What a bunch of idiots! I had a warranty water heater replacement and even it had written on it to go to a specific location for warranty purposes. They obviously can’t read! Clark Kent took it to the wrong place and screwed up the warranty.

I think Blue Dragon is about a 4.6 or so, so I've rounded up to 5. I had a shower faucet that leaked into the shower. I had tried to get the handle off myself for the repair, but it wasn't budging, so I decided to call a professional. Truthfully i changed my mind three times before picking Blue Dragon. In addition to the shower issue, we had two outside faucets (aka hose bibs) that would drip a bit in colder weather.... i wanted to get those serviced, suspecting an old washer or crown packing,. Last on my list were the valves to my two toilets. I hate multi-turn valves when there's a bowl emergency (about to over flow), and the crowns also leak a few drops in certain positions.With that list I used the Blue Dragon web page contact form on a Wednesday night to place my request. The next day I got an email from the owner (Gilbert Jimenez) detailing his fees and proposing an afternoon visit. I took it, and one of his crew, Matt, was calling promptly at 12:30 to say he was on his way.My wife was on site when he visited. I had to walk him through the wish list a bit again by phone, and he recommended it would be cheaper to replace the outside faucets rather than repair them, I agreed. My wife says he moved quickly from task to task. He had a bit of trouble getting the shower handle off to, but quickly came to a solution and took care of it.All the work was done with two hours of billing (including their standard 1/2 hour for travel).When I got home there were a few detail points that I though needed further attention. I put another request in on the website and promptly got a followup call from Gilbert. He took my 'notes' with no push back and Matt was able to drop by again the next day to address the details.I am very pleased with Blue Dragon's service. I would use them again and recommend them to my friends. I am particularly pleased with their suggestions that were different from my request, but saved me money. They were able to use a couple parts I had in my 'plumbing' box. They were very conscientious about being on the clock and moved swiftly from task to task. And, when I had a couple concerns about the work, they came back promptly to do the fix on their nickel.One suggestion for them is to find a web based contact system that sends the client, by email, the message they leave in the contact form. There was one point in the project when my wife asked didn't you tell them XYZ, and I thought I had, but I couldn't confirm it. Until then, before you hit 'submit' on their web page contact form, you might want to copy and paste your message locally so you have a record.

Our main sewage line was clogged. I called several plummers and only Daniel was able to respond and arrived within 30 minutes! Excellent service and prices. I will certainly call them for future services!

I had a great experience with economy plumbing. My issue was a broken sewer line that was filled with roots. I rented a sewer auger that got stuck in the pipe... I called Economy plumbing and Sean was out within 2 hours. He came out a 8 o'clock at night and gave me a estimate on the job.. I hired him on the spot. The next day he dug up the broken pipe, freed the auger and fixed the broken sewer line. He also helped me clean up the auger; untangle it and loaded it on my truck. I thank Sean for his help in-resolving my issue.

I live in a four Plex they’re working on now and they were supposed to do the work from 8 AM to 4 PM they didn’t show up until 4 PM and we’re drilling underneath my unit until 10 o’clock at night I have a 10-year-old daughter and they kept her up late when she at school the next day I was also without water and she had swimming that night and I was not informed they’d be there that late I also was left without water I was told he would be there at eight in the morning and I waited for him before I left and he never showed up completely unprofessional I would never hire this guy to do your work they do not take you in consideration nor your children and they do all their work late.In response to the owner no nothing worked when they left our plumbing still doesn’t work. They were requested and scheduled to be there during the day not the night get your story straight. If they were here when they were supposed to be maybe they wouldn’t have had people flushing the toilet since they weren’t supposed to be there at that time.

I am a fan! We have complex water heater issues at our home related to the original construction. There was no easy solution. Jeff spent much time problem solving instead of just ripping open walls which would have been much more costly. He came up with a solution that works perfectly. Ted and Jeff fixed other items in our home as well. I'm so thankful to find people that are top notch in their craft, kind, professional, easy to work with and very fairly priced. Excessively high price invoiced after a 2hr late arrival and zero communication following.The work done seems high quality so far - likely an issue with Fast Plumbing the business rather than the plumbers they employ.

Urgent situation. Water coming from the ceiling should not happen. Called Plumb Masters they sent someone right away within an hour his name is Joe. Joe was courteous responsive helpful and fix the problem immediately. Highly recommend them and will give them a OK on next-door. Will recommend to anyone
