Very professional and excellent customer service. Absolutely zero problems and the finished work looks great. This is the second time I've called them out to fix something and both times have been great. 10/10 will call again if something else in this forsaken house breaks!

Yesterday was their first day on the project and I will say the guys showed up on time and were very professional and knowledgeable. Kyle was very professional and thorough. He pointed out our need for a better insulation blanket in the attic, and that is a point that we’ve been aware of for some time. I need to check with our homeowners association to see if that procedure is appropriate in our situation. Overall, given the weather situation when he arrived, he did a splendid job.

I scheduled my regular A/C tuneup with Godby. My technician was Dan Adams. He was very professional and cleaned my unit like it hasn’t been done before. He noticed some unusual noises coming from the compressor. He checked and my unit is still under warranty. Parts have been ordered. Completely satisfied. I have been a Godby customer for 45 years, in the same house! It’s gotta be Godby.

If I could give negative stars I would! Stay AWAY from this business!We paid $20,000 for new HVAC and a mini split. First of all - appointments are not EVER kept! Technicians showed up at 3 p.m. when we had a 8 a.m. appointment. They stayed at my home until 9 p.m., work was not complete. It took a full week to get HVAC and mini split installed. Let me tell you...it did not take a week for them to get their money, they requested it from the bank before the work was complete.Technicians left a hole in our garage wall, quality control come out and fixed it. A month later we started to see water on our bedroom floor (upstairs) and down our kitchen wall (downstairs). The technicians did not install the drain plug correctly on our mini split. The water damage this created has left us with needing new floors, walls, outside wall, insulation, and paint on 2 floors of our home.Service Plus - mini split has had 3 technicians - still is not fixed - we have waited 2+ weeks to get someone to come make the correction - again we had a first appointment - text, no technician coming today, this is for an appointment made 10 days ago! Managers are supposed to call back, we never receive a call. We have tried to be kind and patient...our patience is running very short. We have not gotten any apology, no offer of some type of refund for $20,000 that is literally running down my walls. Here is a thought...the owner of this business should show up - see what customers have to deal with, and let us know our hard earned money spent was not a scam. Oh and when we get the copied response like all the other 1 stars...I am here to tell you, if you call that number, you will go on a return call list that never gets touched.

Man, Plumber Dave was awesome! he cleared the clog in our sink, in no time flat! we used another plumber service previously, and that didn't work. But Plumber Dave fixed it right this time.! 10/10 would use again.

Ken has been with us to replace hot water heater, water softener and replace the toilet. Very dependable and reasonably priced. Very trustworthy.

Beware - can't event troubleshoot and unplug a toilet - Plumbing 101. Had 2 plugged toilets, 1st tech came out, threw a wad of toilet paper down each toilet, tried to auger one, said they were fine, and left. Both still plugged. I went to Lowes and bought a small auger and tried unplugging myself. I got a bill for $180 - he was only there 5 min and did not unplug either toilet. Called and they lowered the bill to $90 and I said I would only pay if they came out and fixed it properly. 2nd tech showed up, flushed the two toilets and said the flapper valve was closing too quickly. Did not even try to auger either toilet and coerced my wife it paying the $90. Now I am out $90 and still have two plugged toilets. I am going to Lowes to get a longer auger (was using the 3.5ft one in between the plumber visits) and fixing it myself. My advice, fix it yourself or call someone other than Gordon.

I believe the man who done the work did it well and knew what he was doing! He was friendly! My only concern was the cost it was more then I expected!
And because the didn't may it yesterday I had some damage!

These guys are amazing! I had a mini emergency with a water softener rough in that needed replacing and they were able to come out the same morning I called and had it all fixed within an hour. Highly recommended! Thanks Oscar!

Overpriced (over twice the price they quoted me on the phone), poor workmanship, bad customer service.

The heat had been going off and on. We called armor air and Lance quickly came out and fixed the problem for us. He was extremely efficient and a friendly guy. Armor air is a good and honest company.

The service charge was expensive but the work was to my satisfaction after the second time around.

Good experience, knowledgeable and personable, also professional. Would definitely call for him again!!
