The removal and installation was coordinated immediately and within four hours the unit was successfully installed by Dan. Fantastic service. Our primary sump pump went out very early in the morning. Fortunately the secondary pump was working but wasn't sure with all the rain we were getting that it would hold. THE TEC came early which was great for me.He installed or replaced the defective product and showed me how it works which is simple . He answered questions for me about up coming things we want done.

I've used Godby numerous times over the years and have always been pleased with their professional service. Most recently, the compressor failed on my heat pump, and despite their busy schedule, the staff went out of their way to make sure their on call technician spoke to me by phone that evening. Joe insisted on coming out the next day to see if there was any resolution during this weekend of severe temperatures. While the unit couldn't be salvaged, I was grateful for the quick response and great customer service from the entire team.

Very efficient. Very informative. Great transparency. Able to resolve clogged sink, and slow shower drain in no time. Also unseated toilet and gave clear and concise explanation of problem, repair quote, and scheduling of repair in just a few days. Brennan and his partner were both just awesome!!!

The company was very responsive and fixed the problem. However, no estimate or even explanation of the problem was provided prior to the work being performed. The result was getting slapped with a $230 bill for something that was covered under warranty. When I called to office to discuss, a manager agreed this was not how they do business and would work with me. Never heard back from them after that.

Checked out basement sewage pump and found a tangled float. A
simple fix had it back running, saving us having to install a new pump. Chuck is a friendly and highly reliable technician who was able to properly diagnose and fix our problem, saving us a lot of money not having to replace the pump.
