I was connected with Pristine Plumbing after numerous unsuccessful phone calls to numerous companies. I had NO water! I was calling before 8 am on a Monday morning. Not only did Natalie recognize my emergent need but she was able to get someone to my home in less than 90 minutes. Ron & Ronnie asked a lot of questions, checked my equipment in the crawl space and come up with a quote in less than 30 minutes. Sump pump and well pump not working after 25 years. I was afraid they would not be able to get it fixed right away. Not only did I get moved to the top of the line, I had service in about 2 hours. Derrick was prompt, efficient, and immediately got to work to replace all my worn-out parts. I had water that afternoon. Derrick had to come back another afternoon to finish a few miscellaneous things and got everything wrapped up. I spoke with Natalie over the phone numerous times. She was very positive and reassuring each time. EVERY single person I had contact with during this event was EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL! Always polite, explained all phases of their work, and provided everything they promised. I truly felt like I was a valued customer. I can't thank this group of people enough. I would HIGHLY recommend them.

Derrick was called to fix a dishwasher that was clogged. He was very friendly He took the time to find the problem. And Nathan was called to fix a clogged toilet line. Nathan had been here before for the same issue several months prior and remembered me and my dogs! Great demeanor and service! Bonus points: Nathan recommended the membership and it has already come in handy!! And my dogs remembered him too and didn’t even seem anxious around him! These are two large German Shepherds! ?. 05/16- This time Jake and Quinton came out to fix a broken septic tank line. They were very friendly, quick and thorough. They showed me every step in the process and were done within 3 hours! They even came back with grass seed and straw to cover the muddy tracks that their truck left in my yard as I am selling the house! They also put they seed and straw on the mud that was left behind where they had stacked their digging pile! They didn’t have to do that, but really understood my concern for the new buyers!

We signed up for the maintenance program which saved us money same day and in the future. With an old house that has old plumbing, it's nice to find a quality company that we can rely on.

Referred to company off of Angie. Called me almost immediately to offer services. I asked how much this would cost and lady told me she could not quote my install because she did not know how long it would take. I said that’s fine, what’s the hourly rate you bill so I can estimate? (I knew this was an hour and a half job, max). She said she couldn’t give me an hourly rate because it depended on the technician. Which to me seemed odd but I said okay fine. So the person comes to the house the next day, and I told my wife to get a price before he starts. He said $670. To replace an existing garbage disposal and the other one was already removed. I said tell him absolutely not and we will find someone else. He then told her he would do it for $473 instead. Why were being price gouged in the first place is an issue with me, but this price was still insane for a disposal. I said ask him why it’s so expensive, and his response was that the work would take 3-4 hours relocating the drain pipe and then installing the disposal. So in my mind for 3-4 hours of work $473 was reasonable. Way more than I expected since I was pretty confident no plumbing needed moved, but he’s the expert. So he does the work but magically, is done in an hour and 40 minutes as I expected. Except, they still charge my wife $473. So half the amount of time quoted, but same price? So I call the company after he leaves and inquire why something that was was quoted for 3-4 hours at $473 (originally $670) was still $473 when it took half the time. The new lady says they don’t quote work by the hour they quote by the job. Which is the complete opposite thing as what the first rep (Macy) told me and what the technician said as well. So I said why was I told by two people it’s hourly and they couldn’t quote me a price because they didn’t know the length of time , if time isn’t a factor in the price. She said she would escalate and someone would call me by the end of the day. Well not to my surprise, that didn’t happen. I will be disputing this with the credit care company and they can sort it out, but I would never in a million years recommend this company to anyone. The technician was very polite and nice, did great work and was wonderful to my wife, so there’s really nothing bad to say about him. But the company is underhanded, lies about pricing, and when they provide pricing it’s 20-30% more than what they actually want to do the work, just to see if you’ll pay it.

Another great experience with Pristine Plumbing. They identified and repaired a leak in our gas line in 48 hours. Derrick was professional and kind, and kept things as clean and quiet as possible (which is huge when you have a 1 year old baby in the house!). Hire them!

The technician Nathan was very polite, professional and did a great job. However, the company is misleading in their pricing. I needed a garbage disposal installed in a hurry because we are selling our house and closing in 2 days and work has to be done by a qualified contractor. Garbage disposal started leaking so needed to get it done quickly. Googled and Pristine Plumbing popped up for $69 Garbage disposal installation. I called and the lady did say the $69 was for the service call but if I agreed to the work it would go toward the cost of the install. Nathan had the unfortunate task of informing me the actual cost of a garbage disposal installation was $463.00!!!! What a total ripoff. I only agreed because I had to have it done today. Outrageous and deceptive pricing. Will never use Pristine Plumbing again.

We have used Pristine several times in the last couple years and have always been appreciate of how straight-forward and honest the folks who've come to the house have been, along with the fact that they give several levels of options depending on the work to be performed.

Most recently, Ronnie came out to fix several issues with pipes off of our water heater after another company who we'd used in an emergency fell short and left us high and dry (pun intended). I learned that he's a service manager and doesn't normally make calls, but was out out today along with the owners to help the team catch up after a busy holiday weekend after drastically cold temps that caused lots of plumbing issues. This spoke volumes to me, especially given that they were able to come out day of, after another company did shoddy work and pushed us to the next day three times. This is an excellent example of leadership.

Overall, I highly recommend this local company who truly exemplify customer service. We'll never make the mistake of calling anyone else again!

I am in the process of collecting quotes. Aside from some challenges with the appointment my experience with Pristine has been good. The quote seems to be in line with the others I have collected, so my ultimate choice may be based on my interaction over other considerations. The tech (Nathan) was professional, knowledgeable and did not go into a high pressure sales pitch that would have eliminated Pristine from consideration.

If we choose Pristine I will update this reflect how the well the process went.

I've had Pristine come out twice now, for different issues. The first time I had a positive experience, though the price was a little on the high end, but I don't mind paying for quality/professional work.

The second time, one gentleman who came by was really condescending, and tracked literal feces through my house, giving me the advice that I wait for it to dry before trying to clean it. I would have been better off not having them do anything, which was actually what i had initially asked of them before being talked into a service, and now I'm paying for a cleaning service to sort out the biohazard mess they left.
I shared this information with the owner when they followed up with me about my dissatisfaction.

Nothing, they cannot even keep scheduled appts made three days prior!! Wanted a simple snake ran in main line. They never showed and close to end of appt time they text me to say they will need to charge more. 3x more. They also are not available 7 days. I had to schedule appt out for Monday. No fear called a real plumber who came when he specified and had zero issues. Charging me only $200.

Oh my gosh they are the Best, I called Pristine and spoke to Macee she is a blessing. I needed to get my water leak on my meter fixed. The next morning she sent out Mitchell and his helper out and they done an assessment. It was leaking behind the block wall and the line comes in under my porch to the basement. And also heard a water leak on the other side of the house. So Mitchell and his helper fixed the water leak under the tub and replaced my water heater.
Awesome job.
Same day Macee called to let me know the weather had a lot to do with the next part of my job my water meter leak.
My 3 Super Heroes pulled up early Josh, Jake and Stefan to dig up my yard to fix my water meter leak. It required a new pit and location for it. They worked all day throughout the rain. Got my new pit and water line under the house. The guys are remarkable never did complain at all. Josh ran the backhoe and done an excellent job and the yard looks good. Jake and Stefan ran the waterline and set the water meter. Everyone done a fantastic job from the start with Macee sending out Mitchell and his helper. And my super heroes Josh, Jake and Stefan everyone working together and no one was upset. I am so impressed with Pristine plumbing they are the Best and if I could I would give you 10* on your rating I would. Thank you so much for hiring the Best.

Beware of price you might pay!! I used them to clear a drain in my basement that didn’t drain properly, they tried clearing it and said it was collapsed and it would cost thousands to fix. Online said $99 drain clearing but they charged $270 because I didn’t have an outside clean out. In short I payed $270 for them to tell me my drain didn’t work and the included camera inspection they will not do because there is no point. Ended up doing the plumbing myself for $300

Nathan did a very professional job in installing our sump pump, it was a long job lasting around 6 hours. He had to assess the pump requirements and go out to purchase a new one, then reconfigure the plumbing to allow for sealing of the radon system. My problem is more the exorbitant price I had to pay and the requirement to join their membership for $132/ year. The entire cost to me was $3,438.60.
I had the same job done 7 years ago for $1940, which I thought was exorbitant. But Pristine's charge is 77% higher. The pump cost was $768.60. The installation was $2538 and $132 membership fee. If I didn't take the membership the cost would have been over $3700.
The installation cost of $2538 for 6 hours of work comes out to $423/ hrs.
Who makes $423 per hour?
I am retired and on fixed-income, this is an example of inflation and maybe to some extent extortion to me.
Are there any plumbers out there charging less ??????

Initially no diagnosis was provided just a recommendation to replace the entire water heater. One call to management remedied our concerns and the technician proceeded to evaluate at least the thermal couple. Both management and the technician were very kind and responsive to our concerns. The only reason that we did not use their service for water heater replacement is because we did not have any other estimates to gage their pricing by. If we don't receive more competitive quotes, we would definitely consider using their services.

I had a service call from Pristine Plumbing on 11/8/22. Upon showing the technician that my water softener was constantly draining to the backwash, he showed me a picture of what he thought was the defective part. This part had been replaced in the past 3 months so that was likely not the problem. The technician then went to his truck and called his boss to see what might happening. When he returned, he proceeded to tell me I need to replace my water softener and they could complete the job for $2,400! There was never any diagnostic work or testing done to my existing unit so I don't know what the purpose of the service call was for. I called the office the next day to provide this feedback and they said that they would pass it along but never offered to make this situation right. If you want a new water softener, call Pristine Plumbing. If you want a service call, I suggest you go with someone else.

I highly recommend you to use this company. I originally went with another plumbing company and if it wasn't for Pristine and their professionalism I would have been out around $6,000. The original company did not fix the problem and charged me hundreds of dollars just to have them come back out a couple of weeks later to tell me it would cost around $6,000 to fix. Due to a recommendation I received (Thank God) for Precision I was able to have everything fixed for 1/16th of what it would have cost with the other plumbing company. CALL PRISTINE before any other Plumbers! They will give you ALL your options, explain everything thoroughly, and will do a fantastic job in a very timely manner (they even adjusted their schedule to make it to my flooding house the Same day with in just a couple of hours!!! THANKS AGAIN PRISTINE (honestly you will never know how much you helped my little daughter and myself out) A++++++++ 110%

I replaced my old soft water system with a new updated one. Pristine plumbing did a fantastic job advising me. They tested my old system to assure me it needed replaced. They were honest and upfront about their services, prices and discounts. Very professional. Called ahead of my appointment and sent me a profile of who my technician would be.

I have used Pristine for a few years now- great leadership, training, and professionalism is evident on all accounts. The owner himself is very prompt with responses and communicative, and the service guys he employs that I’ve met/spoken with clearly really care about their clients- the best part is they won’t lie to you and charge reasonable prices. I’m a busy real estate broker and personal investor and I’ve had them address numerous types of issues, from gas and water leaks to water softener/heater installation or rerouting plumbing/drainage issues. PP’s technician Robert, in particular, has been a godsend and has helped save me money and costs in more than one way. They’re flexible and they take time to go over things with their customers- I feel I’m always given adequate explanations and recommendations, and I always seem to leave the conversation with a much better understanding of the problem and why we need to do x, y, or z in order to fix it. They’re definitely the best plumbing team I’ve worked with (in many years in the business) and I’ll continue referring them to my clients as well.

I have no idea how they have such high ratings. They must pay people to review. I called them because of the ratings. They sent this sketchy guy out and some 15 year old kid. I knew there was a $69 assessment fee. I was ok paying it based on the magnificent reviews. My service request was to make sure all of my pipes are winterized with heat tape and insulation. The guy (Derek) gets under the house and is yelling, cussing, screaming because he was scared of the crickets. Is this really a 5 star plummer? No. He shows me that the pipes are fine. The heat tape was on and working but says there is a small corner that could use a little insulation around it. I am aware that putting a piece of fiber glass insulation would take less that two minutes and cost less than $20 if I were to do it myself. The $69 fee goes towards the work if you choose to have them service you. So I said ok, can you do that for me? He says give me a minute and I'll write up an estimate a few min later He quotes me a price for $1800. He can't be serious. This business is awful. I would never ever use them or recommend them to anyone.

After talking with my daughter and found out that she had a new water heater installed for $1000.00

Nathan was the best. Really. He didn't mind me asking questions. He went above and beyond explaining everything that he was doing and why he was doing such. (I had a pinhole leak in the copper pipe from my water heater.) Nathan knew that the shut off valves above the water heater were not good and replaced them both so that I would not have another problem anytime soon. He is also a dog lover. Instead of asking me to lock my dogs away he loved on them as he did his job professionally. (All 3 are 60lb + and the most needy was my pit bull. )
This is the 2nd time I've used Pristine Plumbing and it won't be the last.
Nathan, keep being the honest, sweet, above and beyond young man that you are. The world needs more people like you! By far the best guys and gals in the area. The lady I dealt with on the phone was knowledgeable and got Joe out to us quick. Joe was awesome. He's been in the business a long time now and had nothing but good things to say about this company...Oh and it also helped that he definitely knew what he was doing!

If you are in need of a plumber look no further. And I'd say ask for Joe but the way he works and how good he is to deal with I would bet he gets booked pretty quick.

I also believe Pristine stands behind their work as he told me if I have another clog in 30 days they'd come back out and unclog it. We live in a 96-year-old house with a clay tile sewer line about 13 feet below ground and 110 feet long. The Saturday after our 2021 family Thanksgiving our line gave out, backup into the house and filled with sand in certain sections. The house was unusable, and we had to move out. I talked with many vendors and settled on Pristine. Ron (Pristine owner) was experienced, knowledgeable, and honest. He took me through the details of the project, estimated time frame, and the issues that would likely surface. The price was reasonable and fair. During the project, Pristine communicated clearly and often letting us know when workers would be on site and when they would not. They also let us know the names of the workers coming each day. Most days, for our project, Pristine sent Mike and Stephen. I want to say a few words about these two hard-working men. Mike and Steve were committed, diligent, and most admirably, took pride in what they were doing. They were experienced, confident, and efficient and worked as if they had done this type of repair a thousand times. This gave my wife and I the reassurance we needed during this disruptive time. I highly recommend Pristine and would hire them again in a heat beat. Thak you for fixing our sewer line!

They showed up with 30 min of speaking with them on the phone and after taking a look the plumber said he'd better work up a quote for me. I was on a tight deadline because I had AirBnb guests arriving that day but he spent over 30 min tapping away at his phone to work up my quote. This was a simple job, it should not take over 30 min for him to work up the quote. When he was finished he showed me his phone so I could see my options - there were SIX different quotes ranging from $793 to $1,357! Upon further review later, I still cannot tell the difference between these quotes, they all seem to result in the same conclusion - a fixed leak. What could I possibly gain by spending $550? The repair itself took him just over an hour to complete so even at the lowest quote of $793 that I paid I feel like I was COMPLETELY ripped off and taken advantage of. But I was stuck because I had guests coming and he knew that.

I had an extremely slow draining kitchen sink and called Pristine Plumbing for a service. I thought their promise of $99 or It Is Free Main Line Drain Clearing covers this. However, the plumber could not resolved the issue. When I argued that I should not pay because of their promise on their website, the plumber had to call someone, and came back to say that the only way I didn't need to pay for the service is to schedule a jetting service the next day (cost is $449), and pay $100 today and the remaining $349 the next day. (later during the aftermath the owner says that the promise if only for main line, and kitchen sink does not qualify). I normally would have shopped around for a jetting service but didn't want them worked for nothing so I let them schedule the jetting service next day. Unfortunately, to my surprise, their Jetting didn't work either. What's even more surprising was that the plumbers the second day didn't even know the deal of the first day, and was going to charge me the full $449. I had to call the office and have them to call the people from the first day to sort it out. Now I spent $449 without getting the issue resolved. So, if you have the same wrong expectation of the promise as me, please be aware that Main Line clearing guarantee does not apply to other drain issues like a kitchen sink drain. Their plumbers were OK but dealing with their back office is frustrating.

On 12/28/2021 I discovered we had a leak in the pipe between the flow meter at the street and the main shutoff at the house. On 12/29/2021 I made a few calls to some plumbers I’d used in the past but received zero calls back… except from one, Pristine Plumbing. After explaining the issue to Josi, she got Ron to come out the next day to assess the issue. On 12/30/2021 Ron came to the house, confirmed where the problem was, and presented me with a couple options. I decided to go with running a whole new line via bore as we’ve already had repairs on the old copper line. Ron gave us a job start date of 01/06/2022 which we were good with considering the scope of the job. At 0800 on 01/06/2022, Derrick showed up and started the job. He had to dig a large hole in the yard by the flow meter and bust up concrete in the garage to get the new pipe hooked up. One thing to note, 01/06 and 01/07 were some really cold days. I didn’t hear anyone on-site complain about it. On 01/07 they came back even though it was quite cold and bore the line. Derrick, Mike (I think that’s his name), and another gentlemen stayed until about 1800 to ensure everything was working and cleaned up. Billy came out today to finish up the concrete work.

As someone that believes good customer service doesn’t happen as often as it should now days, Pristine Plumbing nailed it. They not only did a great job, they did it with a great attitude. Everyone was a pleasure to deal with and I’ll recommend them to anyone I can. Thank you guys!

After a not so great plumbing experience with another company, I decided to give Pristine a call, based on all the positive reviews I read. I am not disappointed. They did an awesome job and trust me when I tell you it wasn't an easy one. So happy and the best part, they cleaned up after the work was done. They didn't leave a mess for me to clean! Love that! If you need plumbing done I highly recommend giving them a call. I also found the cost reasonable, let's face it, plumbing ain't cheap. I didn't need to be nervous, they were quite fair. We had our main water line replaced after two separate slab leaks with the old line. Pristine plumbing arranged for all the services involved in the installation. It made the process less overwhelming. We also had a new hot water heater installed because ours was very old and needed to be replaced. Overall, we're very happy with our service from Pristine. Derek was the main person I interacted with and he was excellent. Answered all of my questions.

Update 5/26/22. We had the heating element go out of our water heater. Derrick showed up one day to evaluate. At first it seemed like just a pilot light going out issue. He left, no charge. The water heater quick working again that night. We tried to light the pilot and it wouldn't stay on. Derrick was back out again the next day and we got the part we needed (under warranty) and he replaced it. No charge. A bit of an inconvenience (as these things always are), but thanks to pristine we were no worse for the wear and it didn't cost us anything. Great stuff!

I originally called Pristine because they said they found and repaired slab leaks. Unfortunately, mine was such that they didn't have the capabilities to find. However, they recommended a locator service and scheduled the appointment for me. Once the area of the leak was narrowed down, Pristine was able to fix it. It probably took them longer than it should have but that is because they were granting my wishes of not busting any flooring inside the house (the leak was repaired in a storage area under a stairwell). They were respectful, professional, and answered all of my questions. I won't hesitate to use them again.

We've worked with Pristine Plumbing to complete major plumbing work at a previous property and our current home. Ron and the team are completely professional and consultative. I never felt like they were trying to sell me on anything, but rather they were laying out the options and providing recommendations based on their knowledge and experience. The work was completed quickly and efficiently and the team communicated with us on the progress every step of the way. Our most recent job was a big undertaking including a complete sewer line replacement to the street, sump pump installation in the basement of our historic home, and they also ran water lines up to the 2nd floor so that we can move our washer and dryer up from the basement. We had a 10 year old water heater that was installed with the house. The sensor went out on it and we were not getting any hot water. Mitch, very patiently, went through our options to replace the sensor or to replace with a newer model. He explained that replacing the sensor would just be a band aid that could last a day, week, year or 2?? He had no way of knowing, but knows that water heaters tend to only last 8-10 years. We were on the upper end of that. He had with him a replacement and was able to get it installed in a couple of hours at a very good price. Keeping in mind, that I called Pristine Plumbing at about 8:15 am for a broken sensor and had a brand new system by 2pm, I would say that this was the best service I have received from any trades organization. I would highly recommend them.

The plumbers arrived within an hour of calling them which I was very grateful for since I had a leak that I didn't know where it was coming from and ruining my carpet etc. My husband and I had called two other plumbers before finding this company. One could not get here until August 4th and the other never returned my call. So I was very relieved that they could come right away. Both of the gentlemen were friendly and professional! They found the leak right away. They had it fixed and completed quickly. I'm glad we came across this company and would call them again if I had a problem.

Came out in a few hours, told me what was going on. Had an additional person (manager/owner) come out and give me more information. First job price was 100% reasonable. I need other work done. I am now a Pristine branded Hoosier. I need some tough serious work done. I just need to think about it. I was treated with respect and 100% given that time. All I can say is Pristine Plumbing is not so pristine. Watch your wallet with these guys. They promised to give me a rate before they started the work. They did not do so even when I asked them to give me a rate a couple of times. They did not give a price until the end when they told me what the total was and that's when I fell off my seat from the high price. Not only that, the pipes were leaking after the intial visit. Bottom line, make sure you get a commitment in writing from these guys before you get fleeced and don't pay them a dime until you're completely satisfied that they did their job correctly.

This company came out to unclog a drain. After them coming out twice because it still wasn’t working we had to call another company who said that it was the trap that was full. The service manager is saying there’s no way that was the problem yet our washer works perfectly fine now. I even had the documentation to prove it, they didn’t offer anything of a refund just said it wasn’t possible but a SEARS PLUMBER fixed our washer. I do not recommend.

I called at 7am on a Friday. The owner, Ron, came to my house for an estimate a few hours later. My basement was flooding, and after his team spent hours trying to fix the issue, we realized my old clay pipe sewer line need totally replaced. They have an awesome 12 month no interest finance program that you can use if you run into a big issue like we did. They also have a transferable lifetime guarantee, which was the icing on the cake. I was very pleased with each person that works for them, especially the owner for being present and so helpful. They kept me calm during a very stressful day, and are fixing the problem quickly so I can finish renovating my house to move in. I will he calling Pristine for any and all future plumbing needs (praying I don’t have any more though lol)

My home is 120 years old, I have 80 year old clay tile pipes. my pipes require a skilled maintenance and service. Ron with pristine plumbing has provided me with expert service, knowledge, and troubleshooting to make sure I could get a backflow preventer without having to did up my whole yard and maintain my lines. this has saved me a lot of money and my clay pipes have a long life ahead. He was awesome explaining the necessary service so that I understood it clearly and could make the best choice. It was a pleasure to finaly work with a company that actually has integrity and knowledge and gave me a fair cost. being a single woman I find serious irregularities in the quotes I get from home repair companies. I never had this problem with Ron at pristine plumbing. He has always been more than fair. I am very grateful for their services !!!! thank you so much for being honest!!!

Sam did a great job. It wasn't his fault that he was late as the person that took my appointment information sunday not only spelled my whole name wrong but also the wrong address not matter how many times I said it to him. Lets start off by saying I own real estate and I am also a general contractor. These guys are the truth they came and used the commercial hydro jetter to remove a piece of backer board from the 4 inch drain pipe that was 40 ft inside of the drain. Most other plumbing companies don't even own a commercial hydro jetter. Not only did they give me a competitive price but they came next day and also removed the stone. These are the only guys I would recommend for any serious plumbing issue. I have them on speed dial from here on out. Thanks for the price match and also being punctual. I couldn't find better guys in 12 years of this business. They are truely a must hire!!!

Will charge you $350 to test your gas line for leaks and give a big spiel about how they don't trust what the gas company says about where leaks are, except they'll blame the gas company for not telling them there were more leaks when they missed some, and thus *have* to charge you a second time for repairs that should have been caught the first time.

Left a review the other day. Apparently google took it off. Ron refused to answer a couple questions I had regarding a water heater. I thought he was a professional but apparently was wrong.
Edit: This is called a lie. You were unprofessional. This was way prior to the pamdemic. Second lie, you obviously didnt bend any normal practices because we didnt do business. They know that it’s not only my sewage but my neighbors to, I’m still smelling sewage do to the job not being done right and the sewage they left for me.
