The office personnel was so very understanding and compassionate. She was trying to get the best appointment and kept me informed on the status. The two repairmen were excellent. They went about their job and was very efficient. They removed and installed the new one in record time. I was very impressed with the company and would recommend them to anyone. I would have liked to have a new drip pan but that is a little thing.

We found a leak coming from our washer water hookup and wanted to replace our outdoor water faucets at the same time. They came out that day on time (actually early, but he called to make sure it was ok). Dustin was fantastic! He said that all we would have to do is tighten something to stop the leak and there wouldn’t be a charge for that. We opted to replace the whole thing because it was old anyways. The outdoor faucets look great and work fantastically. He was very knowledgeable, personable, and very honest. He also did not talk down to me, which is very important to me. The prices for Plumb Doctor are also very reasonable!
Didn't return call for emergency for 2 days. lucky I found a service that not only answered the phone but was at my location in 20 minutes.

Dustin was incredible! We had 6 visits from another plumbing company (over the course of 3 weeks) who couldn't identify the issue completely. Dustin fixed our clog and then diagnosed and fixed our broken sewer line within a matter of days for a fraction of what the other company wanted to charge us. He's such an honest, personable, and kind man to work with. We would definitely recommend to anyone!

I couldn't recommend Steven and Plumb Doctor more! I had a plumbing emergency that required a cleaning and restoration company's involvement. They recommended a fantastic company, and were able to come right away and work with the restoration crew with timing so they could get in to fix the issue very quickly and get us back living in our house as soon as possible. They walked me through the homeowner's insurance filing process for the repairs, were very professional and thorough, and checked in afterward to make sure everything was good. They even unhooked a troublesome washing machine so the restoration company could demo the area they needed. Everyone I talked to at Plumb Doctor was incredibly helpful, including Steven, Ashlyn, and the other plumber who was assisting. This is definitely the company I will call if I ever have a plumbing need again.
We had a sewage sump pump that failed and began leaking and releasing sewer gas into our home. I reached out to Steven to have him come to my house because I had no water going to my bathrooms. They didn’t have availability until the next day but when I told him what was happening he agreed to come the same day. He was extremely professional and knew exactly what was going on and what needed to be done to fix it. I can’t praise them (Ashlynn and Steven) enough on how professional they were. He checked all my pipes and gave us an estimate on what it would cost to get everything back to normal. He got the job done within an hour or so and it ended up being a little bit less then what he quoted us which almost never happens. I will continue to only use them from now on and will only recommend them as well. It’s hard nowadays to find trustworthy people that also genuinely care. Thanks again guys!
Tim came out to install a vanity for me. He was extremely nice and worked around my work schedule. Finished the work quickly and was competitively priced. Because i had a bigger project for him to complete he fixed my toilet flapper for free. Things like that are why I will always use Plumb Doctor in the future.
Update - I used Plumb Dr again today and they fixed my toilet flange as well as a bathroom faucet. Jared was excellent.
From the first initial call they did a good job with communication. The technician that came in the house explained possible issues and how to fix it. The communication was consistent throughout the visit. We had a small problem that ended up being part of a larger problem and they were good at diagnosing it quickly finding a solution and completing the work. Would certainly use their service again we needed.
We've used plumb doctor a second time for a different sewer. They were so good and affordable the first time we didn't even bother to get additional quotes. They did a good job leaving minimal damage to the yard. They came out quickly and started work as soon as the permits were in. We'll definitely call them for future issues.

Plumb Doctor came out soon and was able to replace our sewer drain a few days later. They knew exactly where to dig and did the work quickly. They put in a larger callout then normal at our request and at no extra charge. They also came back twice to cut the pipe down to ground level. They were several hundred dollars cheaper than the other estimates we got. This is partially as they don't have the large overhead of a large company but also because they don't actually level off or reseed the ground afterwards.
Miguel came and repaired a leak in my condensate line from my ac unit and strapped up some loose water lines to eliminated my noisy pipes. He was very courteous and prompt. I will definitely recommend Plumb Doctor, LLC to all of my family and friends. I had a follow up problem which I should've had him check on his first visit. Miguel came back today and fixed my pipe and arrived 2 hours ahead of my appointment and had it fixed in approximately 30 minutes. He freed up my day so I could tend to my business and he was on to another job in my neighborhood. Quick and professional, I really appreciate that!

Miguel was our service technician, he was very polite and helpful with making suggestions for repairs and checking a few concerns we had with our water softener. We had a really great experience from the start with scheduling the service call with Ashley and having Miguel to our home, both were friendly and I would definitely recommend using them for plumbing needs. Compared to other plumbing companies I called to check on pricing, this was the best experience we had and Im happy we chose Plumb Doctor we would use them again for sure.

Our home warranty company assigned Plumb Doctor to repair our water heater. Ashlyn called first thing in the morning to schedule the appointment. She was extremely friendly and professional. They were able to schedule a same-day appointment. Our technician, Dustin, quickly diagnosed the problem and repaired it that same afternoon. Plumb Doctor is phenomenal! Scheduling was super easy. They came out on time. They quickly realized I had a bigger issue than first thought. A camera was used and showed the extent of the problem, 108 yr old pipe needed full replacement. Plumb Doctor made the process so stress-free. They came out couple days later and Jake dug up the old pipe & replaced with a new one. Jake was extremely professional and did an impeccable job! I highly recommend Plumb Doctor and will use them only moving forward.

This Plumbing Company is a beautiful bright light in the service industry!!! We called today to get a quote on several issues in an older home that we just purchased. The lady in the office was quite friendly and competent, and said she had an opening today! John text shortly after we hung up and stated he was on his way...I really liked that! Shortly thereafter, he did indeed arrive.
We then explained all our concerns to include a leak in the crawl space that we were informed of during the Initial inspection and we also addressed our concerns regarding the smell of the well water and the need for a whole house water filtration system among other smaller issues. John checked everything out and reported back. He advised us that there absolutely was no leak under the house and further stated it was clean and dry enough under there to sleep. He then explained why we had the smell from the faucet and further told us there was a water filtration in place already and showed us exactly how to change the filter and where to purchase the replacements! This guy has more integrity in his little finger than most all combined that We’ve ever dealt with! We will never call any other plumber in the future...this company has absolutely amazing standards! I had an outstanding experience working with Plumb Doctor. The representative who contacted me to schedule my service (Jamie) was courteous and responsive. My plumber Jason was extremely knowledgeable, professional and experienced. He diagnosed the problem with my water heater immediately and got it replaced without incident. This was one of the best experiences I have had with any contractor!!! I made the initial call on Wednesday when, the Jamie was very friendly, great customer service.... Andrew was the technician that came out and completed the inspection, and gave me a very reasonable price for the job.... Then there was Jason, he was so awesome very personable, friendly and efficient. Yesterday we had your team, Jason and apprentice out to our home for installation of gas line connecting our gas log set to our gas meter. I usually resist doing reviews, but I feel compelled to write one now. My kitchen and garage flooded in the late evening. I researched plumbers online and became overwhelmed with the massive list of names to contact. Tried reaching out to some with little to no success. Was told because of Holiday week I would be waiting awhile. Nearly at the limit of my frustration, I called Plumb Doctor. Literally within minutes, the Van pulled into my driveway.
My tech was named Chris. Josh did an amazing job with fixing the plumbing at our house! The services were quite affordable. Within 24 hours of calling, Josh had the problem fixed! They were even able to refer me/guide me on how to find someone with fixing the floor that was damaged with the water leak. I highly recommend!
Had my sump pump back up 3 times in 3 days, was using a different plumber. Plumb Doctor came out went above and beyond the call of duty. Dustin was the technician and stayed till 9 pm. To fix the pump. Also my hot water tank was ruined in the flooding. He replaced it and made sure we were up and running before he left. Highly recommend.

To start, Ashlyn (so sorry if that's spelled wrong) who answered the phone was lovely! She has great customer service skills! First impressions are vital in determining whether I do business with a company. Then, John came out and did an estimate for plumbing in my crawl space. He was early, very nice and personable and explained what was needed. I will be having them do the repairs.
*Update- repairs are done! Ashlyn called to let me know John could come a bit early which was absolutely wonderful (the earlier the better, for me) John showed up promptly and got right to work and finished in a very timely manner! It can be stressful to need things like plumbing done in your home and these guys made the process a breeze!

Great Service! Dustin Shotts was my repair man. He was excellent , very knowledgeable and did a fantastic job replacing my ejector sump pump and hooked up a new back up battery for me. I would definitely recommend him and Pumb Doctor to anyone needing plumbing service.

Jason arrived on time to install my new water heater and did a great job. He patiently answered all my questions. I also appreciated that he took time to tell me how best to maintain the water heater to extend its' life. That is great customer service. From the initial conversation with John to the final installation with Jason, everything happened as it was described to me. I will say that I was told it would be a couple of hours and it took a bit over 3 hours, so if I had only taken 1/2 day off that might not have worked well. But I know they can only estimate this - different for every install. All in all, I would definitely recommend Plumb Doctor for excellent work and excellent customer service. Thanks Jason and John!

Tim and Josh were prompt and courteous in addressing a small plumbing issue for us. They were extremely professional and friendly. The entire process of scheduling the appointment and getting Plumbing Doctor out to look at the problem was easy. *update- my husband discovered that they didn’t actually fix the problem and under the sink was once again covered in water.

Steve was awesome. He did a thorough inspection to find the gas leak and sewage clog. He explained everything he needed to do and why. He was punctual, polite, and professional. He contacted me when the work was complete and was absolutely the best!
I have used Plumb Doctor a number of times and really have had great experiences every time. Dustin was very thorough in explaining all the repairs needed and took his time in answering any questions we had. Really would recommend them for any repairs needed.
Had a leaky faucet and was worried about water damage to my home! Gave Plumb Doctor a call and they had a tech out the following morning. Dustin was the tech, he came in and found the problem immediately! He assured me that if the leak was fix ASAP I’d have a big problem! So Dustin went and got all the things needed and got the problem fix in no time! Dustin did an Amazing job and was really personable! Jason and Plumb Doctor are THE BEST very courteous, communicative and prompt, focused on the job and making sure both my husband and I were kept up to date with the issue the whole way. What started as a clog turned out to be a pretty major plumbing repair, Jason worked tirelessly at our home for two days straight and made sure the job was not only fixed but left it better than it was the day the plumbing was installed. I recommend calling Plumb Doctor for any service, we used them for repair work however I would consider them for upgrades, refurbs etc. very knowledgeable and great to work with!

With regards to an issue with my sump pump, Jason from the Plumb Doctor arrived on time and did a fantastic job. He identified the problem quickly, replaced the effected pump and did great in cleaning up after himself once the work was complete. I had a backed up drain in the basement, and I needed it fixed quickly. I called on Friday, got an immediate response, and they were able to send someone out at 8:00 am the following Monday. Rudolfo was on time, friendly and professional. It ended up being a very messy job (lots of mud in the drain,) so I was very appreciative that he cleaned up the mess after completing the job. He checked to make sure the drain was working properly, and gave me advice on how to maintain it to prevent it from getting clogged again.

I called them for an emergency service call at one of our rental properties to repair a bathtub faucet that would not stop running. Rodolfo Vargas was the technician and he was prompt, courteous and kept in contact with me by phone to advise of any additional work he found. The price was reasonable considering they were there and done within 2 hours from my initial phone call. Will definitely use again!
Plumb Doctor backs up their guarantees on work. Six months ago they replaced our sump pump. The home warranty company, that they no longer do business with, would only cover part of the repair. They recommended work to be done, but it would be at additional cost. We trusted them and they did good work.
Flash forward six months and our sump pump broke down, but was under manufacturer warranty as well as workmanship. We quickly found out that Plumb Doctor was no longer doing business with that particular home warranty company and the initial discussion was one around that company being responsible. We had also stopped doing business with that home warranty company because of poor service and experience so, we were worried this would be a problem. However, we had the recommended extra work done and paid for it. This is where Jaimie from Plumb Doctor was amazing. She conveyed our story and situation to her bosses and staff as well as kept open communication with me. This was extremely important considering my basement was about to flood all over again.
So, within a short period of time Jaimie arranged for Ricky to be at our house that afternoon. Ricky found the primary pump had failed, replaced it on the spot and fixed a leaking pipe. Plumb Doctor was responsive. They were considerate of our situation and time. Finally, they backed up their guarantee on work.

Tim from Plumb Doctor showed up promptly and on time. When he found an additional issue with my water heater, he communicated well, telling me the pros and cons of making or not making the repair. He did a good job and was courteous and professional. All in all, I was impressed with his work!
I had a gas leak in the house I just moved into. The owner was upfront and honest. The worker that was scheduled to arrive wasn’t able to, so The owner arrived at the scheduled time to make the repair. He was very professional and had the issue resolved in no time. I would recommend this plumber to anyone in need of honest and professional work.
Dustin stopped by to inspect an occasional issue I had noticed with a sump pump that was still under warranty. He was very professional and took his time to discuss my concerns and passed along some useful tips on a couple other plumbing improvements.
I WOULD HAVE LOST $2500 IF I USED YOU. I don’t normally mess with reviews. But, if this saves another homeowner thousands or helps to change your business practices then good. Don’t reply and say my name isn’t in your system. My wife scheduled the job. I can post it under her name or a photo of the payment/refund if needed. My main water line was leaking out front by the meter. My wife helped me out and got your company; Plumb Doctor. They came over and told her it would be $2500 minimum because it needed dug. I didn’t speak with them but at that price I assumed the line needed replaced. (We paid upfront and got a refund later). I called the day of job to check in and after a short conversation with your manager I realized you were hand digging and patching the line for $2500. (Didn’t seem right). I complained and your manager came out to my home and stated all his digging jobs start at $2500. I replied if this job took 8 hours that would still be over $300/hr labor rate. He replied by saying in short that’s what they charge and asked if I knew anything about business and profit? (Business must be great if you have work). The manager also stated he recently took a class regarding easements and responsibility when it comes to a main line leak. He affirmed with 100% certainty that the water line between the street and meter (Citizens Energy’s line) was the sole responsibility of homeowner. My water meter was not registering the leak. It doesn’t take a class to know most homeowners wouldn’t fix their main line leaks if they still had water and it wasn’t costing them. I had too many questions so I sent you home (because I knew you were wrong) and had an independent 40+ year experienced plumber come out on a Saturday. In 5 minutes he said Citizens line is leaking and gave me the code and everything from memory that said it’s the utilities companies responsibility to repair. I called Citizens, they came out, and had it fixed (at their expense) 2 days later. This entire picture looks like PLUMB DOCTOR was trying to rip off a woman (my wife) or it was just a complete lack of being a knowledgeable/reputable plumbing company. Rudy (the initial plumber) was very courteous and professional. If I knew how to run a business as good as yours (that was a joke) I would hire him. Alijah Jenkins came out ahead of schedule and found where the leak was under our sink, offered to replace the cracked drain and replace the other that was also old. I'd rather an expert do it so we told him to do both. He was very professional and personable and did a great job with the install. I have used Plumb Doctor in the past, so it was nice they had a record of some of the work they did on the sink before. Previously we had a clog, whereas this time it was a separate issue with the crack in a different area. Alijah noticed it within seconds and I was happy because he was in and out in less than an hour and saved me the hassle and frustration of figurine out by myself and making trips to the store.

Overcharged.
Tim came out and successfully unplugged a clogged drain. I also asked to have an outside hose spigot replaced and they simply removed an aerator from the faucet head and he thought the leaking faucet was fixed. The faucet threads ended up being stripped and i couldn't connect a hose to use it.
Well, he came back out and charged me $550 to replace it from the inside and used likely in the neighborhood of $50 in parts. It took him about an hour to replace this.
Then he attempted to mortar around the spigot faucet in the stone wall and used a caulk of some type that sagged and fell out. He charged me $100 for this work($5 tube of caulk). I asked Tim for a refund and I will repair this seal myself. I never heard back from Plumb Doctor after several attempts to reach them.
UPDATE 8/31/2018 - The owner, John, did call me back to discuss my un-satisfied results and did personally come out to review the work and provide a credit that i asked for. I have added two stars to my original post for this company. His customer service commitment came through after all.

Tim was great! He explained the repairs clearly and was finished in a reasonable time. Very polite and friendly. Left the area just like he found it, no mess. Previous plumber from another company that first repaired gave me some song and dance about having to replace the subfloor. Tim echoed what I thought at the time...the prior plumber was out for money by doing unnecessary repairs. I will recommend Plumb Doctor to all of my friends.
We had Ricky replace our broken faucet with our new faucet. I was planning on doing the swap myself, but ran into an issue with the house's water supply lines having a push stop valve instead of a ball valve. Not wanting to mess something up, i called Plumb Doctor, and they sent someone out within a business day for a quote. The quote was reasonably priced, and Ricky did a great job installing the new stops and faucet. He even spent the time to clean up a few spots of water, ensuring that his work was complete and tidy. I would recommend them for anyone needing any plumbing work.
Jason gave us the lowest estimate for the variety of plumbing issues we had, but I would have hired him even if his estimate had been higher. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and completed the jobs in a couple of hours. Well done!
I had to call plumb doctor due to a backed up garbage disposal that was making my house smell wretched. Jamie got me scheduled right away and John and the guys came out and did a excellent job repairing the problem at a lower price than the other 5 companies that I had called to get quotes from. I was grateful for Plumb Doctor's quick response to my Sunday evening request for assistance, auguring a clogged toilet. Chris Smith, the plumber, was very personable, and he resolved the problem efficiently. Chris also explained to me clearly the cause of the problem, fixed another toilet problem that I mentioned to him, and he answered patiently and well questions that I asked him, all of which I appreciated.
Our water heater broke and plumbdoctor was one of the top rated plumbers in indianapolis. They were able to come quickly and at a time that worked for me. Very friendly and punctual. Replaced our water heater in a couple of hours and made sure everything was running smoothly before going. The price was right around what I expected. I will definitely use them next time I have a plumbing issue.

Jason came out today from Plumb Doctor to help with my shower that wouldn't shut off. He had the parts needed to fix the faucet but once opendo he realized he needed more tools to undo a stripped screw. He didn't complain, ran to LowesL came back and he was done in a jiffy. Very good customer service! He communicated well and made sure I understood what he was doing. I will definitely use Plumb Doctor again.

If I could, I would give them a 10. John responded quickly to my call about water not draining and starting to back up. The crew that came was very polite, got to work quickly, diagnosed the problem, gave quote for the work. Price was very competitive. Unfortunately the problem required replacing old clay pipe blocked by tree roots. But Ricky came back with crew early the next morning, worked in the cold all day, keeping me updated on what was going on. He even stayed late to fix a malfunctioning shower fixture and snaked out the tub drain. No extra charge! Didn't leave until I was confident the work was done and done right. I will definitely call Plumb Doctor for any future problems.
This might just a review that applies to all plumbing companies. But they're a rip. Had one out, he found two leaks, repaired them, $850. Turned out, was still a leak. They came back out, figured it was probably the shut off valve, wanted to charge me ANOTHER $330 just to replace the valve, which was connected to one of the pipes they already had to remove and replace the day before. When talking with them to see about working on me with the price, they offered a whopping $30 off. Yesterday, they already had the pipe off connected to that valve. And at that point, it would've been probably a 10 minute job to replace that valve. $300. For 10 minutes of labor and probably a $20 valve. Ridiculous.
Josh came out to inspect our problem on the very day we called for service. He was flexible and accommodating to our schedule for the repair. Plumb Doctor worked hard to fix our problem and Josh was so easy to work with. We will use this company again for sure!

We had a water leak on July 4th weekend. I called 14 different plumbers. Some said we can do it Tuesday. Others said they were out of town for the weekend and couldn't help. Most wouldn't even answer my calls. Plumb Doctor was the first and ONLY plumber to say -- yes we have emergency techs working. We can be there within the hour. Whew!! Technician Chris is worth his weight in gold. These guys have earned my business for life!!

These guys are awesome! During the great Siberianapolis pipe freeze of 2018 they found the time to help me resolve my frozen pipe issues. They have been super busy but helped me troubleshoot and fix stuff and even came out between runs. Very knowledgeable about houses especially. Call these guys, they are fast and want to help.
Water line under sink started to leak right as businesses were closing, but not these guys! They were able to come out and fix the leak same day. Thank you Dustin for being courteous and professional.

Jason - from the Plumb Doctor - did a great job for us. Had several items to replace and he got them all completed timely! Jason is a great representative for the Plumb Doctor.
Due to an non-emergency issue, Plumb Dr had Alex scope my drain that they had put in three months ago. He was pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable on what Is causing the issue, and Plumb Dr has not hesitated to correct the problem in a timely matter.
Within the first 48 hours of moving into my new home, so many things went wrong and no hot water was pretty close to the top of the list. I called the home warranty and they put me in touch with one plumbing outfit that will go unnamed because they said that they were so busy that it would be four days before they could get to me and if i didn't like it, I could find someone else...so I did. Home warranty put us in contact with with the Plumb Doctor.
Although they were extremely busy, they were able to have someone swing by and help me out later in the day. They were able to finally track down the problem and I had hot water within an hour.
Then, like an idiot, I left my garage door open last night and the pipes to the water softener froze. They were able to walk me through the process of shutting off the water softener and opening the bypass.
I would highly recommend them to anyone and have their number on speed dial right now.
Frozen pipes. Plumb doctor was the fastest and same day service. Lifesaver every other big plumber couldn't see me till Friday with negative weather and frozen pipes. He let me to the pupe and said heat for 20 mins and you'll have water. Great honest plumber with and gave me free advice. 2 days no water . one phone call and a half hr later I got water like predicted. Thank you plumb doctor!!
Toilet leaking into basement with rotten wood. All fixed and Dustin will come back Thursday to replace pipes with pex. Also installed water softener. Dustin is a honest worker and I would easily use the business again!

The owner held my last check because a company vehicle that i was driving broke down. He blamed me for this and kept my last check. He said i owed him for the repairs. It was leaking fluid everywhere and overheated. How's this my fault. People should know how this company really treats their employess. They can be on time all day. Great service. Quick response and they were able to get my pipes replaced quicker than any other company I contacted.
Beware these people are rippers, make sure to call other plumbers too, they will rip you off in minutes, estimated ridiculous amount of money for the jobs. DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH ESTIMATES, CALL OTHER TOO.?

There was a miscommunication between the technician and my husband about the services needed. I called their office and explained what was needed and the technician came back and did the work.

I have used Plumb Doctor a few times for various plumbing tasks. They have done a great job in each case.
My Dad had a clogged kitchen sink & Josh had it fixed with in 5 minutes! He did a great job.
Alex was great! He was professional, fixed 2 issues, and fully explained what he was doing.
He's going to have to come back. But he did what he did today very well. 5 stars for this.
Tomorrow will be the big deciding factor for me though.
Excellent service. Tim was very courteous and informative as he took care of our plumbing problem.
