Best Water Conditioning System in Indianapolis IN

We had a leak in our basement which ended up being a serious plumbing issue. Any water that went through our pipes ended up on the basement floor. After receiving recommendations and quotes from several companies, we chose 1-800-PLUMBER+AIR. They understood the urgency of our situation and Tammy (sp?) was extremely kind in her communications with us. David and Jerel were very pleasant to work with in an unpleasant situation. They provided details of what they were doing along the way to ensure we understood the reasoning. They also made sure their work was inspected by the city. David gave us some tips about our water softener which was very helpful as well! The owner, Wendy, contacted us which was a pleasant surprise! We also needed a letter regarding the work done and Kyle supplied it the very next day. We will definitely use them again!

I'm so glad we found Weilhammer Plumbing to fix the leak in our slab! He was able to come look at the problem and give us an estimate within a couple hours after we called on a Saturday and then fix it a couple days later. He is very knowledgeable and reasonably priced. I wish we would have known about Weilhammer Plumbing for a prior problem we had with our water heater. At least now we have our go-to plumber!

Grant was fantastic! He was on time (10 min early, actually) and was very thorough. He explained everything he did and told me things I can do to help my furnace last longer. I feel better informed about my home and my furnace because of his visit. GREAT value! I will be scheduling them again in the spring for my A/C and annually from now on. I hope Grant comes back to do those appointments too. I trust him in my home. (I would trust him in my mother's home, if she lived closer.) Highly recommend.

We called B&W for a leak in our water heater. They came fast and located the source with ease. Randy was very professional and explained everything in terms I could understand. Our valve was a speciality piece, not typically stored in their truck, therefore another technician brought the part from the warehouse to save time. I would recommend to others and will call again.

They do a very nice job for me. Jacob came today to do scheduled maintenance. I had another issue that needed attention. I know that he had a schedule to keep with other customers but he took the time to assess the situation and coordinated a follow up visit with another technician to resolve the matter.

Jacob and Robin came to clean my air ducts today and were incredible from the time they got here until they left. My house was pretty messy and we had to move some furniture in order to get to a vent, they were very pleasant and professional. We've used Weilhammer Plumber MULTIPLE times. They're FANTASTIC! They're honest and are willing to give a rough quote over the phone when you schedule your appointment so you have an idea of approximately what the repair/installation will cost. Very honest and frank about pricing, cause of damage, warranties, etc. I would HIGHLY recommend them!
