Best Thermostat Installation in Indianapolis IN

Not impressed. They are very slow to work with my home warranty company. I have been without hot water 5 days now. Sure hope they get to take hot showers at their own house!

Normally it’s a smooth process. Unfortunately yesterday was a disaster. Summers was out to install a humidifier. They were supposed to be here between 12-2. First round showed up on time. At 2:16 the Lu said tech was on his way. 2 hours later he showed up. They didn’t have the humidifier or the parts so he had to go get one. That’s why he was late. Then he was here until 8:15pm

Kenny and Deacon’s work was meticulous. They are knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. They replaced our water heater and humidifier. The work area was left clean. We are extremely satisfied and would use Godby again.

Today Colin came to our home for a check up on our HVAC. Not only did he find a problem but he helped us find a solution. He spent time making sure we understood the problem at hand, what solutions we had, and steps moving forward. He had great communication and understanding of our situation. 5 starts for Colin even if our HVAC didn’t have good news for us.

Reggie and Nick were very professional,nice and respectful. They were very through it the options plans that suited my needs.

Brandon Oxley repaired my toilet and replaced a sink faucet. He did an excellent job. He also offered to help me with any other plumbing questions I had. He helped me with a clogged aerator. He was very professional and competent.

McNeely has been a company that I have worked with for many years as an HOA manager. They are always quick to respond to emergencies, the technicians are professional and clean up the service areas very well.

This company will be the only company I will use for now on. Prompt service, Harmon went above and out of his way to help me. Saved me a lot of money. I will reccomend them to everyone!!!

Good service was provided when I got my 6 month checkup on furnace. I would highly recommend them and their courteous service tech. Very happy.

Perry Sisk arrived within the promised time interval to check for a possible gas leak around the furnace. He performed several tests and confirmed there was no leak. He was courteous, efficient, and knowledgeable and offered suggestions as to what to do if I smelled the rotten egg odor again. Overall, I was very satisfied with the service.

Donny Brown provided an excellent quote and pointed out some things about my older system that the previous business quoted missed. My installer crew composed of Will, Daniel, and Josh showed up and installed my new system in a timely and professional manner. They were very attentive to any questions and made sure I was satisfied with my service.

Dan was very professional and did a great job. Good explanations. On time. Very satisfied.

Had this business quote replacement of AC and furnace- their quote was more than double the competition- $9000 vs $4000 by a couple reputable other companies. Yikes! I shop around when I am spending this much money. They clearly depend on customer ignorance.

Cody did an excellent job on the repair. Quickly and efficiently. My only complaint is how long I had to wait for a repair to be scheduled.

Rob and Dick were courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly. They lived up to their company’s name.

Jordan K. was a great Service Technician to work with. He arrived when expected, explained what he'd be checking while he was here, and even remembered where the thermostat and heat pump were from the last visit several months ago. He was very polite and well-spoken throughout the visit, explaining different things and providing information about what was working fine, what seemed slightly off-kilter, and what action he recommended. He was already familiar with our service plan and what discounts were included with that as well.

Great experience, as always.
Had furnace issues yesterday & Williams Comfort came within a couple hours & got everything running. Joey was great...very informative.
