Service on 3/19 performed...Gus C and a gentleman in training arrived punctually and personable. Fantastic job by both! Completely satisfied....4 Stars is the highest I give anyoneService on 12/18Gus C once again with awesome service...punctual, gave me several options with my water heater issue along with advice. I hope Ben Franklin takes care of Gus well for he has given exceptional service to me....RARELY I give 5 stars but Gus C has pushed that 4 star to a strong 5 star rating which is great for Ben Franklin which I hope reciprocates down to Gus C...truly outstanding! And it's not because I've had too much coffee...lol...Gus knows his stuff! I see a valuable employee for sure!

I think Hamm & Sons is a really good plumber. Our whole family lives in Indianapolis and have used them for years. They are very honest and friendly and you dont get that feeling that they are trying to trick or overcharge you that you get with some home service companies.

We will definitely keep using Hamm & Sons Plumbing when we need repairs.

5 stars to Cameron and Jason for the plumbing repair work. Previous owners had covered up the crawl space access and we were left in the dark how to get underneath the house. After some troubleshooting, these guys found the access panel, located the leak, replaced the water lines, and installed new ball valves. Courteous and extremely helpful with my questions and concerns and they were very conscious and considerate cleaning up after the repair. I would most definitely recommend these guys for any future repair work. Thank you Cameron and Jason.

Service Plus offered a whole home plumbing inspection. Jake was very thorough in his inspection of each area and also answered all my questions. He also commented on the condition of each area examined.As a part of this free call, the water heater was also flushed with great results.I have used this company in the past to replace a sewer line with excellent results.

Tried to replace a hot water heater shutoff valve myself but couldn't get it to stop leaking. Made a call to B & W around 6, or a little after. Got a call from Michael at 6:18. He got here before 7 and he got the valve replaced and our water back on in short order. Great experience!

I called these plumbers a few weeks ago because my home was experiencing weird sounds in the pipes. Ended up being trapped air, but it sounded like moaning animals. We had a toilet drain issue for about 3 days. Hunter, Warren, and the rest of the team tried many options and finally solved our drainage issue. They were very patient with all our questions/concerns us since we did not have a toilet for basically 48 hours straight. I appreciate all their hard work in getting the job done.
