My hot water heater died last night. I called Ben Franklin at 7:30 pm and was able to get an appointment for the next morning. They were out and diagnosed the problem by 9:30 am and I had a new water heater that afternoon. The installer was very friendly and explained things too me. Overall a great experience.

Called for a clogged sewer drain on Sunday. Hamm's drain person showed up in a timely fashion and spent 2 hours cleaning roots out of the sewer drain. Professional, courteous, friendly, and above all very skilled.Fee charged was very reasonable, particularly for Sunday service/

The girls in the office that scheduled the service were so friendly and helpful! The guys that came out to install our lights went to Lowes for us to pick up light blubs because we forgot to get them prior to them coming. They were very friendly and very quick! I would definitely use Godby again and refer their services to anyone looking.

Paul did a super job. He was very friendly and explained what he was going to do. He was going to be checking my main line with a camera as routine maintenance. He asked if I was having any problems or issues, When he was complete he let me know and again asked if I had any questions. I love this company and would give them and Paul a 5 star rating...

We discovered a leak late on a Friday night and they were super quick to respond and fix the problem. We then had them out several days later to replace our main water shut off valve to the house and we couldn’t be happier. Very responsive, prompt, and knowledgeable. Clint and the main office were great to work with and we will definitely use them in the future.

Want to simply talk to an actual plumber for 2 min before they come out? The answer is no, with a snippy attitude. So I hired one that let's you talk to them first. It worked out quite well.

I am the property maintenance supervisor for a local condo Association and the residents that have had to deal with McNeely and their plumbers have made it a point to let me know that they were incredible to work with compared to other plumbers that we've had out in the past. The staff is great at communicating with the residents on every occasion which is a rare quality sometimes in the plumbing, And they will go out of their way to do anything that they can. While our initial experience was good, Nathan was solid, we are now out several hundreds of dollars for a capacitor the rep claimed we needed to fix our A/C; it did not solve our issue, and we are looking at hundreds more to get another potential fix. The current ‘potential fix’ is one the initial rep claimed was definitely *not* the source of the issue- time to find an A/C company that respects our dollar.
