Gus did a super job and got it finished much faster than we had anticipated.

This was my first time using 800-Plumber. Jeremy was on time, very professional and knowledgeable of my situation and quickly had a resolution to the problem!

Their electrician Josh is AMAZING! Quick to respond, on time, professional, extremely helpful... the list goes on and on. I was having trouble with a machine and Josh was willing to spend his weekend doing research for me to put me at ease. I can’t even begin to express how awesome this gentleman is and what a blessing he is to the blue collar working class folks like myself. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY and hope you get to meet Josh!

My experience was great. James was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond ti give me same day service.

Called at 8:00 and had hot water against 11:00. BT was great. He set very realistic expectations and then exceeded them.

The team and all plumbers are excellent to work with. Juan arrived in time and kept us informed of his arrival, he walked us through the problem and gave us options. Gordon does a wide variety of plumbing, drain, and various other work including water pipe repair, leak detection, general maintenance. They also have a good sized service area around Indianapolis so you should be able to aquire their services if you live around there. I trust them for all my jobs and will continue using their services.

Well at least they showed up. Cause last night they didn’t. Needed two issues fixed and they left without even looking at my leaking drain from my tub into my basement and they did unclogged the kitchen drain at least, I guess I a got one done but still have my leak on that , Ohh boy. Make your own opinion from what I experienced. Nice guys friend and respectful. Just not happy about still having a leaking issue.

The guy they sent me was awesome you should give him a raise. He took care of my back up quick and told me what was causing it. Great company!!!

James showed up on time, did the maintenance and explained everything in a professional manner.

We had water dripping from the second floor into the first floor. We were highly concern about the problem. We needed to get it fixed ASAP. I called like 12 plumbers, and none could help us (2 plumbers told me that they could fix it in two weeks, 2 plumbers stood us up, and 8 plumbers never returned our calls). So I went on google and found Indianapolis Plumbing Services. He answered my call right away. He told me was doing a job on the other side of Indianapolis but that he would come see the problem when he was done. He came that same night around 8PM. He told me what the problem was and told me he could come fix it the next morning, which was Saturday morning. It was a priority for us to get it fixed. He finished the whole job on Saturday. He did a phenomenal job. I was very impressed with his work ethic, professionalism, and quality of work. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a plumber.

I needed routine maintenance done. Christian was more than exceptional. He was patient in explaining the upgrades I need with my HVAC system and the video of the work he performed was great! It helped me truly understand the work he was doing. Finding good customer service and quality work is hard. But, great service and quality is rare. I’m glad I happened to find Christian! I will refer him to anyone I know that needs service.

When Plumbing Doctors came they assessed my repairs and gave me an estimate that was excessive. I told them it was too high so they charged me 69.00 and left. That afternoon another plumber came .He did the repairs very efficiently and left me with a good warranty. Best thing was he saved me over 1000.00. I doubt I call you again.
