Tech identified a couple of issues with AC, explained the problems, quoted a price to fix. Price was good, repairs done while he was here. Great service, nice people. It would be a mistake for you not to use Godby.

We have had B&W out to our House several times. They replaced our water heater when we bought the house, they replaced our AC unit when it was going out a few years ago and they have helped us with a few plumbing issues along the way. The technicians are always friendly, professional and they know what they are doing. Recently Max came out and made some major repairs to our plumbing. He was fantastic. We also had D come out in the past and he was very friendly and helpful. Their prices might seem high but good work isn't cheap and cheap work isn't good. We always call B&W for any HVAC or Plumbing needs we have; I recommend you do the same.

We called to get wiring done to install out hot tub. They wouldn't give us a round about price but also no other company would either so we decided to have them come out since it is a larger branded name. We wished we would have looked into the electric before buying the hot tub because it is a large additional expense. Ours was specifically because we needed a sub panel installed because our house doesn't have enough power available on our breaker which wasn't there fault. That being said after our bad news after bad news, we couldn't be happier with the experience we had with Mister Quik. From Connie answering the phone, asking how she could make my day better to Eric coming over and being a truly honest person. Josh had to come back out due to the placement we were needing for our hot tub aka needed longer wiring, and that also was an excellent experience. They are wonderful about calling, being on time, communicating, their customer service. Even though it was a cost we weren't hoping to spend they worked with us on the price and were just honest about it which is why we chose to work with them. We can't thank them enough for their quik (see what I did there) service and assistance with our job. Thank you all!

The whole team at WCA are great to work with. We had a new system installed, what I appreciated was our house was fully inspected and recommendations were provided. We ended up with some new duct work that was resolving rusted ducts, a new return on our 2nd floor and new units. Thank you!

Water heater broke and I called on a Sunday afternoon and ACTUALLY SPOKE TO REAL PERSON! Dan came out at 10 am on Monday and was done by noon. Prompt, experienced, pleasant, tidy. A pleasure to deal with. I only wish all service providers were this attentive and efficient.

First off I will say my tech was very nice professional and very respectful and got the job done he did a good job have no complaints with him. But I did have a problem with once he got her it was 83 dollars but the company had him come from bloomington which is far from where I live to unclog my kitchen sink but there was an after business hour fee which I had no problem paying because he drove all that way to fix an easy fix I probably could have done myself , but that was sprung on me before he got started it was total $208 to unclog a sink with my sink snake. They should make that clear on website that they make house calls after hours and show prices for that. But other than that he was awesome .

Josh and Adam (in training) came to service furnace for winter checkup. They serviced and found a problem. Josh back in 2 days with new part. Josh was knowledgeable, polite, and efficient. Highly recommend both Josh and Efficient Systems.

Every worker that we’ve encountered has been extremely kind and professional. They send text message reminders and they always send a bio of the worker who is coming over. I love that safety feature!
