Very professional and knowledgeable!!! John helped me get my older water heater working and even showed me how I can fix for now until I am able to replace it. I didn't feel like I was constantly being sold anything. He answered all of my questions honestly and was very respectful. Will definitely use this company again!

The technicians did great work installing our water heater and removing the old one. The gentlemen were very kind and helpful before they left by showing us how the new water heater and softener works.

Orlando was professional yet personable.He was also knowledgeable. He shared w/ me some possible issues down the road but wasn’t pushy to have me sign on to services I want to discuss w/ my spouse before deciding a course of action.I liked how Orlando treated my home w/ care, keeping me informed of his whereabouts every step of the way. He wore his mask and booties throughout my house. Overall, Orlando was neat in appearance, too.I would welcome Orlando to service my heating and cooling systems should the need arise later down the road.

They were able to come next day from calling about a leaking water heater. Water heater was 8+ years old and had begun rusting inside the outer shield resulting in the leak. B&W was able to get a replacement heater installed same day and also addressed water main line valve that began to leak after work always completed (replaced valve).

Christian was great and would recommend this business to anyone I know. Just wish I could give it more then five stars.

Wish i could have gave 0 stars. Heat went out Friday and told me they were coming....never came and just left me hanging. Called today and nothing....no apology just said they left a message and they didn't saying they couldn't come.....now want me to wait another day...was.a loyal customer.....not now

I called Plumbing Doctors because I had a leak in a pipe in the slab in my garage. Vince took my information and scheduled a 2 hr window to come out on a Saturday. Vince called before coming so I knew he was on his way. When Vince arrived he introduced himself very professionally and took a look at the leak sight. Vince was very clear about what it would take to fix the leak and what the process would look like. Vince gave me a detailed quote with pricing for the job. It was a extremely fair price and I signed off for him to start the job. Vince kept me in the loop throughout the repair and was very thorough. The area was cleaned up before leaving. I would recommend Plumbing Doctors to anyone that has a plumbing project or a plumbing emergency.

Very high priced for the work he did .charged me 200.00 hundred dollars and it only took him 30 minutes to do the job very high priced for what he did. Would not recommend him to anyone for plumbing jobs.

Jon was very punctual, knowledgeable, and friendly to work with on having my HVAC inspected. Peterman Bros has also handled plumbing issues for us in the past. They are an excellent company and I would definitely recommend giving them a shot!

Outstanding customer service! Outstanding workmanship! Ourstanding follow up! Can not say enough positive things about John New and the Efficient Systems Team came through like champs during a stressful holiday season. John and the ES Crew were immediately on top correcting a broken furnace which led to frozen pipes and faulty water lines soaking our downstairs. Dan and Shaun did great with the mold removal in my crawl space. They were very good about communicating what they were doing from removal to encapsulation. They showed me the issue before starting and multiple pictures of the completed work. They completed the job in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend!

Michael has been doing our biannual A/C and Furnace checkup every year for the past 4 years and we love the great work he does! He's so thorough in conducting his work and wonderful at explaining everything to us. I highly recommend this company for heating and cooling, and a plumbing service we did once as well.
