Easy to schedule, appt window of 4 hours given. They called to confirm arrival 30 minutes ahead. Plumber was on time, safely masked, extremely competent and quickly rebuilt part of toilet and fixed bathroom sink which wasn’t draining and needed new stopper. Showed me the pricing ahead (not cheap) but 2 year warranty on the work/part. In and out in about an hour or less. Extremely respectful about minimizing time in the house and socially distancing for safety. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

Great Service

Picked a new plumber at random for the pin hole leak 2 weeks ago. Super fast response and same day repair. This time I called again for another problem that was less urgent. Again, super fast response AND a very reasonable estimate. So far their Customer Service is top notch! I put in an online request last night and the phone was ringing at 8:02 this morning with an estimator here before 9:00. Once we stop breaking stuff I'll need to schedule deferred routine maintenance for water heater and HVAC systems.

I love working with this company. For a small monthly fee I get responsive service and everyone that’s ever come to the house is polite, thorough and competent. I use them to avoid having things go wrong to keep all the systems maintained. But they also are competitive when a repair or new installation is necessary.

I had been having drain problems with water backing up in my basement and had not had success with getting it resolved. I had purchased coverage on the sewer system and that company sent Gordon Plumbing today (Rudy, plumber extraordinaire :). He worked nearly all day to diagnose the problem and solve it, with many issues such as do exist in an old house. He even cleaned up afterward and took time to explain everything he did. I really appreciate Rudy and his level of service....thanks so much!

We had a slab leak, so we had the slab repiped through the walls and ceiling. The team we worked with at Mr. Plumber did an excellent job. They worked hard to understand what we needed and wanted done. They made sure we were aware of the costs and places where we would need drywall and ceiling repaired after they were finished. The crew that did the work called before they came each time, and cleaned up after they were finished. We were pleased with the results and would recommend Mr. Plumber if you find yourself needing similar work done.

I had a gas leak in 2020 where citizens gas wouldn't turn the gas back on because the leak was so bad. I had a different plumber come out multiple times claiming it was fixed, but each time citizens came out, their meter said it was still leaking.I switched to Mister Quik and paid the $90 charge plus the repair cost. When citizens came out to check the leak was coming out at the same rate as before. Of course I'm angry because I've spent a ridiculous amount of money trying to fix this issue, but I calmly call Mister Quik to come back. The same technician returns and then states there was an open valve in the crawlspace and it should be closed now. Then proceeds to charge me another $90. I don't yell or raise my voice but I let him know that's ridiculous since I already paid $90 for them to come out and a repair fee from earlier that day. I talked to the manager and I was basically told sorry not sorry we charge $90 per visit.Well this week I got a coupon for a handyman service from Mister Quik. I had an old oven hood and ceiling fan that I needed replaced. I call Mister Quik to get a quote on this service......they want to charge $90 to give me a quote. Your company can go bite rocks, there are too many companies out here that give free quotes. I commend you on a great business plan to not make free house calls, but that's not going to keep customers long term.I went with Ace Handyman that gave me a FREE quote over the phone, which ended up being cheaper since he got the work done in 2 hours. He was much more professional than the Mister Quik employee that came out to fix my gas leak. And before the Ace worker started he repeated the quote that I was given over the phone to make sure it was alright before he got to work.I'm leaving this review so that people know to search around before committing to a company. And Mister Quik, a little too late, sent me a free handyman quote in my email yesterday. Better luck next time, but I won't be using this company anymore.

They came out to assess the issue immediately and came promptly the next morning to repair. They were very flexible and wonderful! I highly recommend!

Fit me in late on a Friday because I had a slow leak. The Tech, Bobby, was literally running back and forth to hurry and shut off water - and replace a complicated refrigerator water line. McNeely has earned my loyalty, for sure!
