Best Heating Installation in Indianapolis IN

Ben Franklin plumbing is becoming my go to plumbing company! I’ve used them on two occasions and both have been great! The plumbers have both been professional and friendly. They fixed the drains in an expedited fashion and were respectful of my house. Fantastic job!

Was told would be $90.00 to come out to check for a water leak and check a tub faucet. Agent sd he ws charged by hr but bec. I said on phn also psbly have leaking faucets he had to no charge me $130 so was more than quoted. Plummer also scratched his balls constantly and told me I would have to call someone else bec. he couldn't find the leak. Also, told me would write an estimate for the tub faucet although it seemed fine yet never wrote the estimate. Agent did fix a seal in toilet found that was cause of water leak (he told me how to fix it) then sd he would replace seal for free and not charge me...then charged me $6.00 plus labor on that also. Agent sd don't be mad at me I know I told yo 90.00. WILL NOT USE THIS company again for many reasons and was referred by someone who had good exp.

Hunter was professional & quick to solve the issue i was having with my dishwasher not drain..... in a 5sec he figured out what the issue was, it a simple little plug...... great service & will use/call again

Brian was very professional in our dealings with him. He was efficient in responding to our call during a busy holiday period while we had our family gatherings in our home. We had problems with our water heater and, because of its age, made the decision to replace it. It was installed within just a few hours of our first call for help. This was much better than we expected! He's just a nice guy too!

On the hottest day of the year they made it out to get us cooled back down. I know they were busy so we really appreciated them fitting us in. Thank you so much

It was our first time using Armor Air and it was a great experience. Our technician Jacob Robinson was very honest, straight forward and knowledgeable! He truly made the process less stressful.

We had a really good experience with Chapman. We returned from a Memorial Day weekend trip to hot weather and no AC. Even though it was a busy day following a holiday weekend, Chapman sent David out that same day. He had it working again by afternoon!

Brian was on time, very knowlegable with questions that we had. Was done with tune-up and installation of surge protector.
