Brian was very professional in our dealings with him. He was efficient in responding to our call during a busy holiday period while we had our family gatherings in our home. We had problems with our water heater and, because of its age, made the decision to replace it. It was installed within just a few hours of our first call for help. This was much better than we expected! He's just a nice guy too!

I have used B&W multiple times for plumbing and have been satisfied with the service and the tech in each instance. I feel like there is value (alhough they are certainly not a discount service). I intend to continue to use B&W in the future so long as they continue to provide service comparable to what they have provided in the past.

I would highly recommend Williams Comfort Air. My air conditioning broke and they had a technician to my house within 24 hours. Chris Mann was the service specialist that repaired the HVAC. He was super helpful in explaining what happened and now I’m enjoying a nice cool home ?

We had our hot water heater go out on a Friday night. Plumbing Doctors answered an after hours call on Saturday and got me scheduled immediately to get it replaced. They were quick, courteous and professional. I would highly recommend them. Very pleased!

Mike is the guy you want working on your plumbing needs. I had him come out and install a gas line for me. I was originally going to do it myself and had already purchased the materials. He didn't blink an eye, used my parts and charged me a reasonable hourly rate. Also, he obviously takes pride in his work and I recommend him highly. I'll be calling him next time.

The representative Antonio was incredibly kind, professional, and really felt like he had our best interest in mind. He didn't try to upsell us on anything, nickel and dime us with extra small fees, nor try to talk us into anything that didn't sound like what we needed.Overall, it was (cheap) money well spent for a thorough diagnostic. Much better than the last experience we had from Family Heating and Cooling. Looking forward to taking further steps to fix our AC with this company.

Our unit wasn’t working correctly. We had called several companies trying to find someone to come out the same day but had no luck. Finally called Efficient System. Not only did they come out on the same day but they came much earlier than we expected. The service technician was EXTREMELY patient and understanding as we had a family emergency during the same time frame our air went out. He waited at the door until my niece arrived to let him. He didn’t complain or get upset. Thank you Mark!!!!

Complete rip-off. I’d give him ZERO STARS if an option. Robert Poteet is a liar, and dishonest person and will cheat you out of your money. I am not his first victim. This guy intentionally damaged my HVAC system, then tried to tell me I needed a new one. Took money from me and never returned . Robert Poteet- look him up on Indiana Courts mycase.in.gov. Complete CROOK!
