I called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing around 10 am and within an hour they called and said the plumber is on his way. By the middle of the afternoon Juan had fixed what l called to do and much more. He was professional, kind, and patient. I would do business with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing again based on how fast they sent Juan and his performance!

The technician Dominic was awesome. Took time to listen to my issues, answered my numerous questions without attitude or rushing me. Cleaned area after job completed. The company kept jn contact with until the technician arrived. Great job, great company.

We hired Hamm & Sons to help out with a commercial remodel here in Lawrence. Yesterday was their first day on the project and I will say the guys showed up on time and were very professional and knowledgeable. Our building is challenging as it is big but they figured things out- got to work and at the end of the day- cleaned up! Thanks guys!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! The customer service is horrific and they’ve attempted to take advantage of our family.We had service plus out in early 2021 to replace a broken water heater. During this transaction all seemed to go fine and I signed up for an annual $9/month subscription that included maintenance on our furnace, AC, etc. They came out this fall to complete an annual checkup on these appliances. Upon completing the routine inspection, the Service Plus employee told me we had a broken component in our Furnace that put us at risk of carbon monoxide poisoning. The fix was either a $3,000 repair or a similarly priced brand new furnace. At the time, i was 7 months pregnant so the risk of carbon monoxide poisoning was obviously a significant concern. While we decided what to do next, we spent $50 on carbon monoxide detectors for the house. Before spending the $3,000 on a fix, we got two second opinions on the state of our furnace. Neither knew what Service Plus had told us and both came back with a clean bill - absolutely nothing was wrong with our furnace, but now we’d spent another $200 on second opinions we did not need. I called Service Plus to share my story and ask for my monthly contract to be canceled. The gentleman I spoke only cared about defending his companies reputation and repeatedly told me both second opinions were incorrect. He’d never seen the furnace - he didn’t have a clue who was actually right. By the end of the call he’d agreed to cancel my monthly subscription and refund me the amount I’d paid so far this year for the subscription… Guess what hasn’t happened?? Two months later and I’m still paying for the subscription and no refund! Service Plus will never receive my business again nor will I recommend to family and friends.

I'm very pleased with Mr Plumber. My technician came out on Friday and made an assessment and gave me a quote. Because of an emergency he came back on Saturday and did the work which I thought would raise the price being it was Saturday but he kept it at the original quote and did a fantastic job. I highly recommend Mr Plumber.

Mr.Quik is expensive. I have no problem paying, but I had a few issues with the service. They installed a new water heater, but didn’t test it before leaving; so they had to come back the next day because it wasn’t working and then again later the same day because they moved the drain line to the washing machine and it flooded the laundry room.To their credit, they were fast and responsive about it. Their personnel is attentive. Good costumer service. I recommend them, but proceed with caution as these things happen.

All points plumbing was assigned to come and fix my bath tub through my home warranty company Choice Home Warranty. They reshceduled more than five times and I would rearrange my schedule and wait for them to show and they always had excuses. Finally, I was able to get a time when someone was going to show up but the technician told me it was going to be around 10:00 at night. I told the technician that was way too late to come to my home. I finally was able to get a technician out to my home after calling and complaining to my home warranty company about them not showing up and they had called the agency and told them I wasn't home when they showed up in the past which is not true. When the technician finally came to my home after I he was over 2 hours late for the appointment and I had to call beg someone to please come and assess my issue the technician walked right in asking how I would pay my co-payment before he even looked at or addressed the issue that I had been waiting for over one month to be fixed. The technician explained the reason why both of my bathtubs were running the hot water so slowly was because of something with the faucet. When he called my warranty company they said I needed to call the manufacturer of my faucet and have them send new faucets but my home warranty company said they would cover the cost of the labor. The technician told me not to worry he had extra faucets in his shop and he would return in three days to install them. He told my copay and went and sent a totally different diagnosis other than what he had told me which he knew would not be covered by my home warranty company. Two days later after I called and complained to my home warranty service about the horrible experience I had with this company the technician sent another diagnosis where he stated my plumbing issues were marked unnecessary which is untrue. Both of my tubs are dripping out hot water, there is no power and no flow. I am a bath enthusiast and cannot take a bath because it takes over 45 minutes to fill my tub and by the time it fills the water is cold. There is barely enough water to take a shower. I am a travel nurse practitioner and I have been on the front lines for the last year in and out of hotels and I was looking forward to be able to take baths again in my tub since I hadn't been able to because I have been living in hotels for the last year. I also diagnose and treat patients and never have I told a patient one thing, put another thing in there chart and then went back and changed their diagnosis without notifying them of my supporting clinical findings for the change in diagnosis and the treatment recommendations. It is unethical and immoral to lie to a customer, saying you will be back to finish a job when u have no intentions of doing so and than lie so you wont have to come back and do the work you were paid to do. I still cant take a decent bath or shower, I have to pay out of pocket since the technician lied to my company and he said I had sediment in my water heater, and replace the water heater which in some circumstances it can be covered but not the way in which the technician lied and said it was due to sediment. The technician also had a horrible cough, wore his mask more like a chin strap than a face covering, I have taken care of hundreds of Covid-19 patients across the nation and I was scared to have him in my home with this barking cough but thank God I'm fully vaccinated.

I used armor air for topping the refrigerant and checking for leaks. The technician who came, Tim, was supposed to come back after a week to check for leaks. But he didn't show up even after 2 weeks. So, I had to call them to send another tech. Justin did spend a good amount of time looking for leaks and was quite thorough. He recommended replacing the coil. The problem is ever since he left my AC does not cool enough during the day to maintain the temperature I set. I guess I may be calling them again if this problem continues.

We had a great experience with Chapman during our home inspection process as the sellers. Specifically, Keith was professional, punctual and kind. Dispatch called to give us 45 min notice of when tech would be arriving. After some negative experiences with other local companies, I will definitely place my first call to Chapman in the future.
