I was very satisfied and happy with Chad. He serviced my furnace. Took the time to explain everything to me, took my filter out and even changed it for me (it was high up on the ceiling). We first found out about Service Plus when my Mother needed some extensive sewer repair. I will highly recommend them,especially Chad, to my friend and will gladly spread the word about Service Plus' excellent technicians. I'm so thankful to have found this company for ALL my future work!!!

Sean came out and fixed several minor issues with the system that Peterman‘s installers had done incorrectly or overlooked. It was all under warranty & they didn’t try to charge me. Nice dude, too; very friendly, knowledgeable and responsive service.

I would highly recommend Efficient Systems, they were very quick to respond. Mark appeared knowledgeable and was thorough in discussing the issues. Their pricing was also reasonable.

The Mold Dogs did a fantastic and thorough job working on our crawl space. They added two new sump pits and refigured the original. As well as removing mold and adding new vapor walls. The Mold Dogs were very professional and cooperative during the whole process. I’d definitely recommend these guys for any crawl space projects.

We’ve been using Northern Comfort since purchasing our house in 2019 and have always been very happy with the level of service and customer support they provide.
