I had a fantastic experience with Weilhammer Plumbing just over the phone. I had contacted this agency based on the Goggle reviews and I am glad I did. I spoke to a gentlemen on the phone and explained the problem I was having. He gave me a couple things to try in lieu of a service call. He said he would be happy to come out but had possibly an easy fix based on what I explained. I did what he said, and my problem was no more! He had also told me if that worked what the permanent solution was. I really appreciated him giving me the advise and saving me the money of a service call. I will call him first for any future plumbing issues.

I’m on their service plan for my geothermal unit. They performed system checks and shared the information with me as they went. Tech was in training, but knowledgeable, professional, and friendly.

5 stars go to Adam. Great professional. I do have pause in paying $8-9000 for a HVAC system and then be charged $70 for a failing under warranty part that takes 2 mins to replace. I'm of the opinion if something is under warrenty that all cost associated with making the unit whole needs to be absorbed by manufacturer or manufacturer's representative. I already pay $175 plus a year for a person to come 2 times a year to charge even more to repair anything they my find. But then again, times have change haven't they.

I found Steve Wiinter and his staff to be very professional and responsive. Steve called me to set up the time and he was here at that time. He quoted me a price for his work and did not deviate from that price. I would recommend Winter Plumbing for your plumbing needs.

We've used Weilhammer Plumber MULTIPLE times. They're FANTASTIC! They're honest and are willing to give a rough quote over the phone when you schedule your appointment so you have an idea of approximately what the repair/installation will cost. Very honest and frank about pricing, cause of damage, warranties, etc. I would HIGHLY recommend them!

We were impressed by everyone associated with Indy Residential from the office to the 3 members of their crew working on various electrical issues, repairing a small leak on an old outdoor gas line and adjusting locks on large sliding windows (in our sunroom). I've recommended them to our neighbors and the new home owner.

His crew showed up next day as promised and did a beautiful install and cleanup with no oops/ extras, and some helpful care advice for getting stretching its life past the warranty.
