Well, Summers Plumbing & Heating is the Providers who put Our New Furnace & AC Unit in and who has maintained the Maintenance on it. When I called in the 1st of the New Year I first was very Happy to speak with a Live Person verses an Automated Machine. The Techican who came within a couple of hours was Mr Dustin and he was very. Respectful of Our Home and Knowledgeable of what needed to be done to get Us Heating back to Our Home. I called the 24 hour service, what a joy. I called at 10PM and expressed my emergency. Was assured the electrician would be here by 8am. But they NEVER CAME. they called and said they could squeeze me in on Tuesday. THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD AND THE BBB WILL BE NOTIFIED.

Mitchell, the technician, was fantastic! Very knowledgeable, prompt, and friendly. He was able to diagnose the issue quickly and was able to get the AC back on! He answered all of our questions and explained how a new system would be a benefit to us.
