Best Duct Repair in Indianapolis IN

I needed my main drain unclogged. When scheduling I informed them that we have already had someone out that used a 100ft auger and that did not work nor fixed the issue. What do they do. They come out use a 100ft auger (which isn’t going to work) and guess what! It didn’t work. Charged almost $450 and told us we need to call another company. Waste of time and money. When I scheduled, I feel they should’ve told me they were going to do the same thing and I wouldn’t of even went with them. One star because they at least came out quick to do nothing different.

Team was nice and friendly but their craftsmanship was horrible. We figured we were paying for the best when we got our new furnace installed. Unfortunately they left pipes blowing in the wind, the ran it through our attic and took the easiest route possible. In doing so our storage area up there was diminished. Next time I'll hire the weird neighbor guy before I hire these less than professionals.

Gentleman that were sent to due the repairs were very polite and did the job fast and all looks great. I would use them again.

I contacted the company at my neighbors suggestion. The booking process was simple. Day of the appointment was a different story. I was told they'd arrive at 9am. After 9am I received a call saying they were running late and would arrive at 10am. I understand things happen and agreed to the new time. At 10:15am, they still weren't here. I contacted the company only to find out the tech didn't know he had a 10am appt and they wanted to reschedule me. I will not be using their services as I appreciate people who respect my time.

I had a good experience with Dave. He diagnosed the problem immediately. I asked lots of questions to help decide whether to repair or replace. He explained both options without trying to push me in either direction.

Very fast response. Issue was fixed in a timely and precessional manner. Highly recommend.

Very professional, even in the face of my very anxious dog! Mark was wonderful! Quick and unobtrusive, he just did his thing while I was distracting my nephew and the above mentioned “Cujo” impressionist. Mark definitely did the company proud today!!!

Tankless water system. They got me on schedule fast, showed up on time with everything needed to finish the job. Their work is very nice, and the system is perfect.

They were professional and thorough. Very nice young men! I won’t use anyone else.

Mike came to look at our water softener to see if the line lead to our dishwasher as our glasses were coming out cloudy. After confirming it did, he tested our water and it is being softened. He recommended using a different detergent and to our pleasant surprise, told us no charge as he was in the area anyway. I have an upcoming bathroom remodel project coming up and will definitely schedule Mike to help do some of the work... But this time he will get paid!

I called Peterman Brothers for an estimate on a new A/C system. Josh was knowledgeable and explained everything. He even helped me apply for financing. The day of the install, Jesse and Logan were the technicians. They were punctual, professional and seemed to do the job right. I would definitely recommend them and will be calling them for my heating and cooling needs in the future.

Kevin was very thorough about informing me of what needed to be done and explain the process of how it would be done. Although I didn’t choose Efficient Systems this go round I’d recommend them over the other big HVAC companies.

I called Williams Comfort Air to come and check out my a/c. They always give you a time frame for the tech to arrive. I love the fact that they text you a picture and profile of the tech, that will be coming to your home, before they arrive. Mr. Daniel Perez was my technician today. He arrived promptly within the time given. He was very professional and helpful, and gave me lots of useful information. I’m so grateful for Williams Comfort Air and Mr. Perez for fixing my unit, and for the pleasant experience I had. I will continue to use Williams Comfort Air along with Mr. Plumber, both owned by the same company. I highly recommend them!
