This was part of my semi-annual maintenance contract. It was the usual inspection and cleaning, along with cleaning the coils in the furnace/air conditioning unit. A good job was done, as usual. Very efficient and courteous.

My thermostat broke and it quickly rose to near 90 degrees in my house. Tyler from Chapman got out quickly, walked me through what the problem was so I can watch for it in the future, and got a new thermostat installed in the same day.

Reviewed the cost prior to the work. Explained how to use the new system. He was extremely polite and conscientious.

I called Plumbing Doctors to see about getting a gas line relocated after we installed an LVL on our project. They were able to work me and very quickly schedule me in and the technician was awesome. Very quick and efficient and very thorough in his work.

The Technicians (Derek Walden and Dave Talerico) let me know they were on their way and arrived as scheduled. Once they were here, they explained what they planned to do and kept me updated on their progress. When they were done, they went over the operation of the new sump pump and answered any questions I had. The work was professional and done in a timely manner. They were even able to reduce the original quote significantly because they were able to install using the existing drain line. Great experience with Peterman all around!
