For a literal 2 min fix, we were charged $380. Very disappointing!!!Appreciate them for fixing the flush, and I understand there’s a cost to send men out, but one should not charge 3.5 times the price for a service that you know will take 2 minutes to fix.One time price gouging, cost you a life long client. Will not use them again.

We were in immediate need of service with our toilets backing up and showers not draining. We were very happy to find out Roto-Rooter could come out within 2 hours of our call. It was a Monday morning when we called, but we were also pleased to see that if we had checked the day before, we could have had service on Sunday-without weekend charges. We will definitely keep this in mind the next time we need a plumber. There are many companies to choose from in Houston, but when we called Roto-Rooter that day, it was not a question of who we would ask to come out and help us.
