Vlad was very kind and knowledgeable. He replaced my Fire /CO alarm. He also explained I needed to blow out dust on the alarms. Also to test them periodically.
The only downfall was not in regards to the tech but the cost. Yikes! Thankfully I only needed to swap out 1 and not 5.

On time and excellant service, what was promised was delivered. Will not hesitate to use them in the future.

Johnathan Berumen was super helpful and knowledgeable with the repair. Was in and out in 30 minutes and was courteous throughout the repair. Did a fantastic job and cleaned up everything afterwards. I highly recommend.
