They came out within 2 hrs which was wonderful since it was a plumbing and AC issue. My technician was super nice and very professional. He explained everything, even the price. He was incredibly sufficient, thorough, and was an expert in his craft. He was in and out within 45 minutes! Just great service on all ends. I will definitely use Village Plumbing and Air again!

I recently purchased a townhome and was worried about some potential plumbing issues. David came out and diagnosed the problem, and while he was here, he also took a look at several other things that were listed in the inspection report. Turned out I needed a new water heater (which was not a surprise). He gave us a competitive quote for replacing it, and a couple days later, he and DJ delivered and installed it. Their work was thorough and detailed, and they never hesitated to talk through and address any concerns that I had. Highly recommended.

We had a leak under the sink. James got out there on a Saturday in about 30 mins. Much more reasonable price compared to other companies I spoke with. Explained everything he was doing very well, and was extremely helpful. Charge by the job and not the hour, so you know what to expect. Definitely will use them again.

Used this company for a washer leak and they came out a couple days after I called. They were prompt, polite, told me what the issue was and begun on the work after I confirmed I wanted to go forth. They were clean also which is a plus, they didn’t leave work for me to clean up after they were done, so thank you for that. I just needed to replace the shut off valve on my shower, but that service costed me $500. The part was $107 and labor wat $365. This is ridiculous, the tech worked on shower for about 30 mins and the parts only costed $30 online. This job should have only costed $200 at max, I feel like I was riped off.

I am very happy with the work that Texas Premier Plumbing did for my property. The house had a severe underground leak from the water main line, with 126K gallons of water leaked within a short period of time. Texas Premier Plumbing came out the next day to assess the situation and provided a reasonable quote for the job to replace the leaking galvanized pipes with whole new pvc schedule 80 pipes. They started the work right away the next day and finished within two days, with all lawn areas impacted restored to original state. During the job, they found out that the original estimated ~60ft of pipes that needed to be replaced turned out to be 95ft (some of the piping was routed differently), they covered the additional cost without asking for a price increase from me. They also covered some unexpected connection issues with the hot water line to the water heater. In the end, they honored the price they offered upfront without additional price hikes, and did a good job placing a new water main line for my house. I would definitely use their service again when I have plumbing needs for my properties in the area. Thanks a lot, Ben! You guys did an awesome job and earned my business and respect!
