Efren was very professional and took time to educate along the way. His troubleshooting skills were very thorough and accommodated my questions. Tracked the problem down to a faulty outlet that would have took days for me to figure out on my own. Couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome. Sal was great! Honest, upfront, and direct. Knew exactly what to do in my house (I have extremely complicated electrical). He solved the problem fast, even went to get bulbs to replace the ones on my Chandelier! Excellent electrician for the Montrose Area as we have older homes. Good servicemen are hard to fine but I highly recommend Sal 10/10. Thank you again! Will be calling in the future as well!

I had an appointment and they canceled by text in the middle of the day because they overbooked themselves... I had already taken off of work to be home.

Can't really express how wonderful these guys are....but I'll try. First visit was on a Saturday morning (8am on the spot). We had them come out for a partial power outage. Turned out to be a CenterPoint issue. Second visit we had them install a surge protector on our panel (newer homes typically have them already installed). At which time I was advised my panel was the cheapest on the market and we should consider an upgrade. No pressure from Levi just being a great electrician. Third visit was again partial power outrage and again it was a CenterPoint issue. Kendrick advised us to consider upgrading the panel. This is when I became extremely grateful. Kendrick let us know our panel (being the cheapest on the market) used aluminum as the main connection!! As a layman I know that aluminum is a huge no no. All I could think was fire in the future. Electrical issues in the future. So we agreed. Fourth visit was the smooth installation of our new electrical panel. Auggie and Jeremy are the perfect example of professionals. Auggie showed me his work. Perfect alignment of the wiring to each breaker before closing everything up and left with no trace of them having been there. These guys have given me arrival time frames of 8am - 10am each time I call but are typically there at 8am. Makes me feel like the top priority. From the get go top priority. I have used four different electrical companies in the past. Right Touch Electrical is now the company I will be calling. I won't see them for a really really really really long time but when I do; I know I'm in good hands.

I represent a large beverage company and Mid-West has been one of the best electrical companies that we have worked with. Quality first is critical. Mid-West also has delivered quickly and precise on scheduling and project management. I expected a few dates to slip but they have had success delivering on time and working through the permits process and utility process correctly.

I have nothing but high praises for Sal. I am blown away as to how incredible him & his partner Andres just fixed up our home in no time. We had half our house shorted and lost power for more than a week.First I had someone recommended from family that came out & couldn’t figure out the problem. Then I had John Moore come out and all they did was upsell. JM is extremely expensive and after trying to upsell, they told me it may or may not fix the problem. They were very disappointing because they scared me to death the way they presented the issues. I am extremely disappointed with that company.I found Next Door Electric on Google seeing that they have five star reviews. It’s was a little hard to believe anyone would have a perfect “five stars”. But once you meet Sal, you realize exactly why. Their prices are reasonable, they are genuine people who care about their customers. This is a rare trait to find in this line of work. Sal came out and fixed the problem that day! I’m beyond happy and beyond grateful that I found Sal through NextDoor electric. They will do all of our future work! :)

I find it hard to believe I've tolerated such a flawed wiring scheme for so long. When this electrician saved me, I was very grateful! In addition to doing a great job installing the light fixtures, he also managed to keep costs as low as feasible. He was able to set up every piece of equipment on our security system and even made it specifically for us!

Excellent service was provided. He accomplished more than he had intended. He gave a lot of details on the house and was quite comprehensive about other matters. He demonstrated and described everything to me. The cost was reasonable.

Had two 240v circuits installed after my appointment with Mr. Electric was postponed. I am very glad I called TD Stevens who provided a very competitive price with high quality work. I will continue to use them for all of my future electrical needs.
