My daughter lives in the same condominium community (Hammerly Woods Condos) and had a very bad experience with a newly installed A/C unit purchased through another company. When she had problems with her new unit- One Hour charged her $85.00 to come out and tell her that it was a plumbing problem (drain pipe was clogged)and not covered under her newly purchased A/C maintenance contract. Through pure luck she found Nick’s A FULL SERVICE -A/C- Residential & Commercial Plumbing- Sewer Services- Company!So when our A/C went out yesterday - I called Nick’s: so professional and the technicians were here this morning. I can’t express how amazing the technician’s were- problem solved in less than an hour. They also evaluated my old unit- they are scheduled to come back next Friday to address some maintenance issues. I was so impressed with the level of professionalism and the breadth of technical knowledge, I signed up today for a maintenance contract. I went from stressed out yesterday to so happy in less than 24 hours! AMAZING COMPANY!!!

We had a plumbing issue with our shower, and we were confused as to what was causing the problem. Instead of giving us a song and dance about how a bunch of things needed to be replaced ($$$), they instead made a small adjustment and told us that we were all set. And, no issues since. Nice to see such honorable people in a profession where I have heard horror stories about less-ethical contractors fleecing un-savvy homeowners. I have, and will continue to recommend them!

Excellent customer service

The plumber who came to fix our toilet was wonderful. He wore a mask the entire time without being asked. He was completely unobtrusive. He completed the job quickly and cleanly. The bathroom had just been cleaned that morning and it looked untouched. The caulking job at the base of the toilet is very clean and neat (the last people did it were pretty sloppy).

4 visits, holes in 2 walls, and $895 to cap a leaking recirculating line (that we ultimately had to find for them). Late twice and no-showed once. I shudder to think what it would have cost to complete the bubble testing they wanted to do…on a line that would be re-routed anyways…. ?.

Without him I would have been floundering around this process and probably spent more time and money than needed. Mark came out multiple times without cost to me. He had the overview of what was required and what I should do, which were not always inline with his company making the almighty dollar. Super thanks to Mark for coming into our lives during this stressful time.If you are interested in the story: We bought a house and the next day I noticed water coming from under the floor boards in the kitchen. There was no water under the sink or anywhere other than coming from under the floor. Then we had a washing machine installed and on the rinse cycle it flooded the mud room. We called roto Rooter and they were willing to come out Saturday night! We ended up with Kyrell coming out Sunday morning. He was able to clear the line for the washing machine, and I was finally able to do laundry.I mentioned the water under the laminate flooring and Kyrell called Mark to have him come check it out. Mark was at the house waiting for us when we returned from lunch. After some consideration we decided to try to dry the floor on our own. Unfortunately, the floor was not drying, so the next day, Monday, I put in a request to Roto Rooter online to come out, and next thing I know Mark is on the phone, because he saw that we had asked for another visit. He was over in minutes and from there walked us through the process of tearing out cabinets and flooring to find the root cause of the problem. Do you remember, we just bought this house?Five massive fans and an industrial de-humidifier later the floor was able to dry up. Joe was the one who came out and advised it was the water line from the dish washer to the water line. Apparently, it had been installed incorrectly.Now, I am working on the repair and rebuild of a kitchen I just purchased one week ago! Mark was with me every step, from filing an insurance claim to getting all of the Roto Rooter people out with their various specialties. I would text and ask questions and he was always there to answer and support me in each phase. We are definitely blessed to have been connected with Mark! He also, gave me the name of a contractor for the rebuild who I will definitely use if he is half as good as Mark!Thank you Mark Angerstein!

I have an appointment on the 15th of this month for service for my home repairs due to busted pipes durung the freeze. But I've used them in the past several times and I've received excellent service. They're absolutely worth waiting for there service.

Eric was professional and thorough with his work. He fixed a leak in my dishwasher and installed a new faucet and corrected the water pressure in the connections of my washing machine and fixed a toilet as well!! I definitely recommend this company and Eric! Thank you!

The reviews are accurate. I have never been more pleased with a service. We had our whole house re-plumbed by Hugo Plumbing. They are professional, responsive and reasonably priced. In addition to re-plumbing, we also had them move our gas line. They were also able to come out same day for a separate issue we had with our toilet. I highly recommend this business.

Junior and Jason installed my whole house Aquasana water system and a shower head in my bath. They were very professional and did a great job. I used TPP in the past to re-pipe my entire house. They also found the sewer outlet from my house to the street which even the City couldn't find. They are on time and keep in touch. I do recommend this company.

When we moved into our house our faucet for the washing machine was so old and rotted that I called Mr. Rooter to see if they could try to fix/replace it. They were able to come the next day and the tech was on time, courteous, and answered all of my questions. He also did a check around the house inside and outside to see if there was anything else that need to get repaired. Overall I would highly recommend this company to friends and family!!!
