Exspensive and insufficient would never use again

Used Nick's plumbing for the 2nd time. First time was a small job. This time I had leaky pipe in the wall. Ended up being poor installation of water softener with PVC pipe / cheap connectors. Nick's technician said PVC and copper normally should not be used together so recommended copper pipe replacement to match what was already in the house and I would likely continue to have problems with the PVC.Work appears very good. Text alerts were good. Professionalism was good as well. The technician even arrived early. I cannot give more stars because of pricing methodology. I thought the technician was giving me an estimate when he told me how much going with copper pipes would cost since he said he would have to go buy the products and the amount of time to replace it was not yet known. And I assumed that copper pipe was much more expensive -- my searches since then indicate it is more expensive but not as much I assumed.20 ft of copper pipe + 2 hours of work/getting supplies = $1400. And they ended up having to connect copper to PVC in the end because they could not replace the softener connections but at least it is outside the house where those two meet.The home office confirmed that pricing is by the project before they start. There is no breakdown of costs on the invoice to show labor and parts. I do not use plumbers much for repairs so this may be standard practice. However, since I was unfamiliar with this practice, I wanted to share. The work appears to be good quality though.

Wayne and his partner (I feel bad for not catching his name) came out to my house to fix an issue I had with my shower. They were on time and very polite the entire time. They talked me through everything they were doing, and before they did it they made sure I was good with the charges. All in all the best experience I have had with a plumbing company. The guys even had to drive 25 minutes to pick up unexpected parts. They made sure the whole job was done before they left. Couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend!

His crew installed an outside clean out. Then after talking to Loren, he spent quality time testing and searching for a leak that the water company says we must be having. He is very professional in his work and how he explains the process that he uses.

I had problems with my hot water heater for years. I had them replace it and they were awesome. The hot water heater was installed the same day and they were very polite and professional. If you need any kind of plumbing help I highly recommend them

Came home Friday to a pipe leak, waited for tech Friday night, got call they couldn't make it until Saturday morning. Tech/Marty was very informative. He was very professional. Fixed the problem and replaced the pipe.I would choose him again Price was not in my budget, but what can ya do, you need running water. Anyways I also want to give a shout out to their water restoration team. Got fans drying out the bathroom wall. They and I are waiting on a working dehumidifier Third time's a charm. I appreciated how they worked and showed up on my time so I didn't have to miss work.

We have used Lucky’s Plumbing on two separate occasions and could not be more pleased with the quality, efficiency and value of their work. Attached are photos of our most recent plumbing repair which required patio area excavation and localized sewer line replacement due to a severe blockage and near collapse of a 50+ year old line. The work crews were technically very competent and Brandon and Emily were most helpful and responsive throughout.

I had an after hours emergency (busted pipe)I felt like each person that I spoke with cared about my situaton and wanted to help me. A tech arrived even quicker than expected. Turns out the pipe replacement would be a 'two man job' but he did a temp fix so we could have running water and needed to schedule to come back with another tech to complete the work. He was flexible with time/date to work around our schedule. I was nervous about cost too since this is a bigger company and the after hours service but the price was very reasonable. Overall great expierence, will definitely keep that magnet on my fridge for future use.

Lindell did a great job repairing my water heater. He explained what he had to replace and the process to replace the parts. Lindell is a nice and very professional repairman.
