We had them install recessed lighting in our new home. It’s quite an ordeal on the first floor as they have to cut into the ceiling not only for the cans but also to find wiring etc. However, they were very responsive to our concerns and offered some alternatives and solutions. The second floor went much quicker and they were very detailed about exactly how we wanted them placed/spaced.All the employees were pleasant, professional and efficient

From my initial call (at 7am on a Saturday morning) the Right Touch team was responsive, professional and very easy to work with. My initial contact was with Will who gathered information about what prompted my call for service. He listened and offered feedback that helped shape my expectations of what would happen during the initial evaluation of my system. All of my questions were answered and concerns addressed. This was the most horrible electrician I've ever called. Mr. Sparky has been bought out and new owner. The electrician they sent out was fiddling with my electrical outlets and now been burdened with an enormous repair with another company. He did NOT know what he was doing. He was all over the map on his quote and kept back peddling when asked with a question. The quotes came back all over the map and was $$$ exhorbitant for what was needed. Not only have I now been saddled with enormous damage from the electrician at my home but I called the owner back, asked for the owner. He never called me back, sent his wife to call me. She laughed at me on the phone, refused to return my $89 service call and said they pride themselves on making money 100-200/week calls of $89. They are looking at volume and not integrity. The old Mr. Sparky reputation is gone. Mr. Sparky is no longer the owner. I would never recommend this company. Horrible! Customer beware!
