Had an active leak into my garage over 4th of July weekend. Not wanting to shut the house water off for the entire weekend, I called Big City. They sent someone out within the hour got the job done. The plumber was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They do not work on commissions so no attempt to upcharge. Rates are very reasonable. Highly recommend Big City Plumbing for your plumbing needs.

Started off good but dealing with warranty and insurance they became a disappointment. Even after explained whatever warranty didn't cover I would pay at day of service they still failed to even call to discuss. At day of appointment they were a no show and when called that's when they wanted to discuss payment on a Saturday. Even when told they can bill insurance who is a major major company they refused and I still explained I could pay at time of service. Ultimately not very professional dealing with concerns before day of service to give customer a chance to find other services especially when dealing with a water crisis. Things are time sensitive.

Great service from plumber tech Daniel Leyva. He was AMAZING and very knowledgeable, he also gave great in sight on benefits of water softener which I am definitely going to get installed by Gibson!!!

We had a bad leak on the side of our house during the freeze in San Antonio and after waiting for four days for another plumber and being stood up and calling several other plumbers that couldn't get to us for at least 5 more days Chavarria's had a plumber at our house in 2 hours and our water running in 3 at a fair price. I highly recommend this company it's hard to find a good honest plumber especially in a time like this.

Aramendia is amazing. Wade came out to install a new garbage disposal for me, and was so courteous. He did a great job, and was very quick about it. Aramendia has also been out to my parents' house and have taken great care of them over multiple jobs. These guys are very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. Do yourself a favor and call them.
