My husband and I are beyond pleased with the service we received the past two days from Plumb Right. From the first phone call and immediate scheduling to signing the paperwork, this was truly a positive experience. We needed a procedure done to our master jacuzzi tub (new overflow and bottom drain) and our service technician, Frank, was honest with us up front about pricing and then very efficient with his work. Their prices are very reasonable for the area and they are very informative and happy to answer any questions you have beforehand. We will certainly be using this company for any plumbing services we need, and will be recommending them to our friends in the area. Thanks again Frank and Plumb Right!

Charlie came to my apartment in Cypress and was able to quickly clear a clog in one of my building drainage lines that was causing a backup in my kitchen sink as well as my upstair neighbor's. He was professional throughout the visit and I really appreciated that he took the time to clean the work area afterwards. It was extremely messy and dirty as you can imagine if you have ever seen the gunk that come out of drains. My only gripe and it is a small one was that he showed up about 30mts late because of a scheduling mix-up. That said, charlie was helpful in returning my calls to their office to let me know charlie was on his way.As several other reviewers have said, Charlie charges a fair price (by Houston standards) for good quality work and customer service, which I wholeheartedly agree with. They are my new go to plumbers and I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and co-workers.

I just wanted to say thank you to Kevin for taking the time to thoroughly explain and answer all the questions my aunt had about her system and the services that were required. He was professional and made sure she understood what was needed. In today's world, good customer service is hard to come by, so again, thank you Kevin!

It was my first time calling a plumber and I had a great experience with Donnie. I called him last minute and he was able to come out early on a Saturday morning. He was very timely, efficient, and professional! Will definitely recommend to anyone who needs a plumber.

We were having issues with our hot water heater sending hot water to showers and sinks. I called 3 other plumbers out to fix it prior to calling Steve. No one was able to figure out the problem or fix it. He was professional, honest, and reliable. Not only that he followed up with me days after the repair just to be sure I didn't have any other issues. I will be calling Hungen Plumbing for all my plumbing needs!

Their water heaters are so efficient that I was able to downsize to a smaller unit and still meet the hot water demands of my household. It's great for saving space and money.

Terrible. The phone person was nice when I made the appointment but the service was terrible. We have had a smell coming up from the shower for a week now. The guy comes out and in less than 5 min, without looking anything just says, clean your shower. And charges $105 bucks for a trip charge. Does not see if the trap is dry, does not check the vent. Nothing, just tells me my bathroom is dirty. It is not. Waste of time and over $100. Do no use. I frankly want my money back.

I know when Peter comes out to my properties the Job gets done above and beyond. His communication of the Job completion is AMAZING. Super respectful, and professional. I can speak for most of the managers I work with and owners; when we have our weekly meetings or Board meetings if S&K was dispatched for whatever reason, Peter is announced with props. Recently another plumber was dispatched and was not happy with his communication and received a bit of rudeness. Peter was off but immediately came to help out and I felt 100x relived. I again praised Peter and thank him and his communicating regarding the issue. Peter knows most of my properties like no other and literally loves his job because Peter is the best one out there. Kathy and Peter you both rock!

The owner, although a EXTREMELY short and gruff sounding gentleman, gets in there if ya know what I mean. The guy getz the job done. I highly recommend this company and it's vertically challenged owner. Lol. Sup Alfred

Hangs up on customers

David did work on my house in 2018 and replaced plumbing. He tunneled under my house to repair a line that cracked and roots were growing. He 'guaranteed' the work. I had the same issue again the following year, he came out again. The second time, he removed the toilet and basically cut the roots. He did not tunnel again, he did not repair the issue. Now, I am having the exact same issue. I had another plumber come out to tell me the work was not done correctly. He did not replace the pipe correctly. I do not recommend this company. I agree with the last reviewer. He's a jerk. He was very condescending on the phone. There are many other reputable plumbers out there. Save your money and use someone that truly guarantees their work. I spent over $2000 on the work. It was not cheap.

I had a great experience with Bic's Plumbing Company... The secretaries were very kind? and helpful...It was a major emergency job and they helped me out with this matter. The worker (Edwin) was very professional and I was very impressed with his knowledge on how to resolve the problem. I will definitely recommend this company and I will use them for my future projects again...Thank you Bic.??
