We called about a small amount of sewage backing up from our basement floor drain. Ryan came out the same morning and inspected our sewer line with a camera. He showed us part of our old clay pipes had broken under our front yard and would need to be replaced. They scheduled the repair for a few days later.

Ryan came out that morning and repaired the pipe within a day. He was very professional and friendly, kept us updated on his progress, and answered all our questions. He explained that they installed a vertical cleanout in the yard which will make maintenance easier in the future.

This is the second time we have hired this company, and we have been very happy with their work both times. Thank you!

Kimball came today and was very efficient!! He was a god send!!! Where another company was going to charge me 2499.00 for a new hot water heater said it wasn’t going to start! Fast same day service. Clean and friendly associates. Removed shoes before entering my house. Identified the problem and began work within 5 minutes. After clearing the drain James gave me an estimate for an additional job I requested. Before leaving we joked and shared family memories. Family owned business that takes pride in their work. I have been using Mike's services since 2006 when he first installed a toilet for us. He has always provided quality work at very reasonable cost. Mike has been responsive to my scheduling needs and on-time for the scheduled work. I am still sorry that I did not have him replace my water heater the last time. The service I used overcharged me and tried to include non-plumbing services as part of their contract! I learned the hard way to first call Mike!

The service man was efficient friendly. Had an issue but was able to come back later and fix the problem. Great job.
