Rude plain rude. I have never felt so disrespected by a home repair person as this guy made me feel. I rent so I cant complain about the price. All I can say is they need to work on their customer service a lot! I work in customer service and it does not take a lot to simply be friendly!

Do not ever use Rant's Plumbing!!! Charged me for 1.5 hours of labor when he was there for less than an hour. When i asked him about it, he was extremely rude and said that he charges you the minute he leaves his shop and he would just raise the price of the toilet cost to offset the labor cost if he brought the labor down to 1 hour from 1.5 hours.
Was rude to my wife with an attitude for most of the time.
Danny is amazing. Fixed our problem in 10 minutes. Initially used another plumber that came twice and couldn't fix our issue. Will use Rants from now on!
Excellent service by Michael, came out same day, Michael was knowledgeable, professional and did an excellent job, I highly recommend using their services
Excellent! Always prompt and doesn't price gouge. Has been in business many years in Boulder City and has many frequent and happy customers - otherwise, he would be out of business in this town.

I called rants two times in a couple of past years. Set up an appointment only to get a no call, no show. I have seen their work since and it’s terrible. Don’t waist your time with this joke of a plumbing contractor. I have almost 30 years in the construction industry as an electrician. I can honestly say this company is the worst!!

Called to get an estimate to come out and run a gas line. He told me he’d come out the next day. No called no showed.
Things happen so we didn’t get upset. Called him 2 days in a row and left a VM no response.
Don’t recommend running your business in this matter.

They do good work for a honest price. I have used them twice and I will continue to use them in the future. Best part is that they try to be as quick as possible so you won't be without water.

Have used this company numerous times. They do good work, fair price, and show up when they say they will. They have been in business in BC for years. There is a good reason for this.
Soooo thankful for these guys! I called at 7:00am in a panic! I was leaving town at 11am and woke up to EVERY pipe in myt house vibrating!!! I was so afraid I was going to leave and come home to a completely flooded house. Danny told me he would move a few things around in the schedule so that he could come and be at my house by 7:45 a.m... and he did just that! After searching everything he concluded that a sprinkler valve was going bad and every time that cycle of the sprinkler was turned on and off was when everything would shake. I live in one of the historical homes and I guess the way the lines are routed this is something that can happen. Thank you Danny for giving me peace of mind before I headed out the door to my nephew's graduation!!!!
OK, here’s what happened. At 7:00PM I didn’t have hot water. I found the hot water tank gushing water out the top. I dealt with getting the water shutoff. I called Rants at 7:30PM and left a message that I was out of hot water and my hot water heater was most likely caput. Chuck called me at 9:00AM the the following morning. At 1:00PM I was taking a hot shower with a brand new hot water heater providing what I needed. Great work and service. Thank you, Rants.

Requested an estimate on adding additional sink to master bathroom. An older man came over to take a look and I assume give me a estimate. However, no one ever called me back. Unreal!
Michael called me the day prior to confirm appointment. He was right on time and was very professional and pleasant. I didn’t know what kind of bill I would receive due to unexpected issues with my leaky pipe. I was very pleased with the amount and found it refreshing to feel like I was not being ripped off , as I have experienced in the past with other companies, I highly recommend Michael at Rantz Plumbing. New water heater installed, quick and professional. Only call Rants for all Plumbing jobs, always satisfied.
Rants plumbing is the most unprofessional company with behaviors including yelling at neighbors, trying to intimidate people, refusing to speak with female homeowner - stating would only speak with a man, the owner conducts himself in the same misogynistic manner, not to even mention the pathetic service/skills! The absolutely worst company of all time. Disgraceful
Michael was wonderful! He called to announce when he would arrive, so no surprises, and arrived on time. He listened to the issues, went right to work, and fixed our drains. We have an older home, with bad plumbing, but he was able to clean the pipes and made sure it all worked right. He asked great questions to find the issue and offered additional insight to make sure the problem does not come back. We will continue to use Rants Plumbing in the future!
Michael is the best! He goes above and beyond. 5/5 stars!

I had excellant service today! Danny was my repairman. He actually repaired a water leak at the Elks Lodge that had been a problem for 3 years. Several other men had reviewed the issue and procrastinated because it looked like cement would need to be removed etc. ....Danny drained the water.Cleaned the area. Located a crack in PVC pipe. Replaced and problem repaired. After 3 years of waiting because pthers thought the problem was too hard.

Great place to work. The owner really knows a lot
Called Rants on an emergency leak; got a voicemail stating they are temporary away from phone and will call back shortly. Waited an hour and I called back again, left another message on the same voicemail. It is now over 2 weeks later and Never got any phone call back from Rants. I always support local business’ ; a shame can rely on Rants - they dropped the ball!

I love Rants. Great service, prompt, caring. I’ve had to call on about three or four separate plumbing issues in my old building. I wouldn’t dream of calling anyone else. Dan is really prompt in responding and an excellent plumber.

Danny was excellent installing my hot water circulator. Called before arrival, got here quickly-done in under 2 hrs. Cheaper than 3 other estimates. Made a difficult pump fitting work-fantastic job-I will use again. Completed a job other companies had little interest in doing. Thnx Rants Team!
The service man was efficient friendly. Had an issue but was able to come back later and fix the problem. Great job.
