Had a major leak while replacing our roof during this pandemic. Friendly staff, Tom made this experience less stressful and was able to fix the leak quickly. He also noticed a pipe that was in bad shape and instead of not saying anything and waiting till it became an emergency issue so they could make more money he let us know what to look for just in case something went wrong, thank you Tom. With that little gesture it allowed us to trust him. We remembered we had some additional services that needed to be repaired and schedule some things to be taken care before it became a problem. Keep up the good work guys.

Jerry,very professional technicians,has been at my property several times and he's great. Codered provided us with same day service (within 1 hour of our call technician arrived) to replace 2 water heaters. The price quoted was great compare to other places.

Tod is amazing! Very friendly and professional. He will always be our go to guy. He is very knowledgeable about anything we ask. And has done several jobs for us. Just recently a new garbage disposal and and work on evaporator coolers. This guy can do it all.
He also installed a water filter system for us.
When you call code red ask for Tod, he will treat you like family. Honest and does not over charge you. He gets the job done correct, in the most efficient time. I would rate him a 10 Star.

Called because I needed service on a Sunday, and wanted my water heater replaced the same day. I was told that the cost was 200 extra. I asked about tankless water heater and was told that it was not worth it even when I mentioned that I was willing to pay for it. When I inquired about their product, their response was we have a different brand in the warehouse, and I won't know till Monday. The call was placed before noon.

Just before 10 pm my cold water valve under my kitchen sink starts to leak. It takes over an hour to finally get a hold of a plumber that would actually help me now and not in the morning. We can't find the main water box anywhere and I had been digging where it should be since making my calls. Thank Code Red Emergency Plumbing for actually helping me out. The tech Kylan got here pretty quick and even he couldn't find the main valve box outside. He decides to do a live cap. Around 60 PSI of cold water jetting out as he tries to cap it off until we can get the water company out here to find this stupid water box to actually turn off our water. It may have took him a few minutes and us both getting soaked...my kitchen, dinning room, den...all Flooded but he was able to cap it off. Around 40 minutes later the water company finally gets to my house and turns the water off so my plumber can fix the valve. My house was almost ruined but he had a powerful wet vac to help out get most of the water up. 48 gallons of water is what he sucked up. Thank you so much Kylan from code red emergency plumbing for being the only tech that I called for help and actually came right away. It was a crazy night but I would use this place again for any of my plumbing needs and if I could, I would ask for Kylan every single time for saving my house from a far worse flood that could have happened.

I want to give a HUGE shout out to TOM. He is the best plumber I have ever worked with. His communication and skills are way more than just a 5 star. Tom exceeds expectations. Came home to find the outside of my house with small geyser gushing from the side of the house, after turning off the water main to my home from the street, I called Code Red Emergency Plumbing and Jodi was so helpful and kind. I received a phone call almost immediately from Jerry, the plumber. Jerry was so helpful, gave me step by step instructions of what to do to rule out a main water leak vs a landscaping leak. I can sleep peaceful tonight! Thank you Jerry!

My water heater went out and I called Code Red Emergency Plumbing based on reviews. Frank was my service person and he was knowledgeable, professional, and on time. The job was done quickly, neat, and accurately. He took my safety seriously during this pandemic. I contacted him after hours for additional questions and he responded without hesitation. They were ok servicemen but they cut the drywall out and could have left the pieces for the drywall person to patch the holes but other then that they were pretty good.

Neighbor was about to leave town. Suddenly they angle valve for toilet shatter leaking. This needed to be fixed gas to allow prices of mind for there trip. Called Goettel and they could not show up until the following Monday. Looked at reviews of Code Red and they looks great. Gave them a short. Todd arrived in about an hour. Had an emergency late at night and they responded quickly and efficiently. Other places wouldn't send a technician until the morning and were charging a ridiculous amount of money. Definitely recommend them. The prices are great and the service is fantastic!

We quickly discovered the 1 1/2 main water line while having a hole dug for some large palm trees... it was Saturday. A quick run to lowes told us that 1 1/2 inch pex pipe was not a simple fix... not only did lowes not carry the pipe we needed, but the tool to do the fittings was about $2500!!! I called Ferguson pipe supply and they recommended Code Red. I gave them a call, and Jerry came out and was able to fix our busted line, and route it around the hole so that we could still put in our palm tree, within 20-30 minutes of getting the parts. Very happy, and very pleased. He went out of his way to give us extra service, and had a CAN DO attitude. THANKYOU

One of the plumbers left my door open and my cat … escaped. We just moved into this place and it’s on a busy busy road . I’m a disabled Veteran and My cat is a VA certified emotional support animal ..he is my best friend. When I discovered my door standing open and my cat gone..

I’ll admit I was more than ‘Heated’ when I addressed him …. But there was no call for his couldn’t care less attitude … patronizing comments, and aggressive response towards me. The bottom line was he left my door wide open and unattended… for whatever to go missing … or some creature or bug to come wandering in … he was in the wrong all the way around.

I did speak with a super nice woman there who was a great listener and knew my pain and anguish over my missing kitty an innocent creature that depends on me for caretaking…. And I depend on Kitty for companionship

I am so thankful for Code Red and their plumber Jaime. We had our toilets back up at our church and I immediately called for service. They were able to have someone out (Jaime) within an hour. Jaime was professional. He took the time to explain what was going on and was able to look at a couple of other items that could use attention and suggested how I could repair them without a huge cost. Ultimately, the toilets and sewage line was unclogged. I got a good scope of what our lines look like and what to do to prevent future issues. The services was top notch and honest. There was no trying to see me something I didn't need. I would definitely use them again and recommend their services to others!

Dennis is such a breathe of fresh air to work with. So incredibly knowledgeable in his field and always willing to explain what needs to be done.

So, this probably would have been 5 stars up until the end.
We got a huge water bill and turned out we needed our water main replaced. Their quote was reasonable and they started work the next day. Tod was quick to reply and very nice.
After the first day of digging and breaking up concrete they realized the main wasn't where they thought it was. So at that point decided to use a locator (not sure why that wouldn't have been used at the beginning). In the end, ended up running a completely new line, took it in through the garage, through attic, and down to connect at supply to house.
We paid for the job in full and he was going to come back Saturday to fix the sprinkler lines they broke and cap off the old line into house.
***No show on Saturday, said he would be there Sunday. No show and no reply to messages on Sunday. Monday finally replied and said he would come on Tuesday. Came out Tuesday, fixed one broken line. Left multiple other sprinkler lines broken, and never capped off old line to house.
He was also supposed to quote 2 other jobs that I need done, but I guess they don't need the business. Since it took 4 days and several no call/no shows to even get one thing fixed, I'm giving up. Hired someone else to fix the sprinkler lines they broke, and another plumber will do the 2 other jobs.
If you use them, they do decent work. But don't pay the full bill until AFTER they complete the things they say they will do, or they won't get done.

He fixed a leak pipe for us in October of 2021, and gave us a very fair price for it. The same area started leaking again in May of 2021. He came out to look and fixed it no charge. The problem wasn't with his original work, it was something else in the same area, and he still didn't charge me. He's an upstanding guy. 10/10 do recommend.

First of Jerry was a lifesaver!
So, some outside pipes were broken, by me, and didn't know how to fix it. Did some googling and called a few places. Some other companies wouldn't come out until 8AM the following day! Jerry came out to fix what needed fixing within the hour. Everything was fixed and looking great!

Code Red Emergency Plumbing is fantastic. A carpenter installing some shelves in our home office hit a water line, causing a leak and the shut off of all water to the house. I called Code Red Emergency Plumbing around noon, and the polite and competent plumber Tom was here in about an hour. The whole situation was resolved before 2 pm and for a very reasonable price! I called two other companies purporting to provide emergency plumbing services, but one had no available plumbers until the next day and the other could get a plumber over three to five hours later. I am very glad I called Code Red Emergency Plumbing, and they will be my first call for all of my plumbing needs going forward. THANKS!!

Called Code Red to investigate some drain lines in a possible new home. Todd came out to the home within 24 hours. He was professional, timely and full of helpful facts. Todd took the time to ensure all of our questions were answered and offered his contact details for further questions or plumbing needs. I would call Todd in a heart beat for any plumbing needs. This is such a reliable company. Very fast response to each call. They were here within the hour! Others we called said 24hr or never showed. One of the calls happened to be an evening weekend emergency too! Each call is just as important to them. Everyone from the person answering the call to the plumber is SO kind, caring and honest! We've used them twice and each time, we've received excellent service. Our guy is Jerry and luckily he was here for us both times we needed service. He is wonderful and such a nice guy. Easy to talk to and walked us through every step so we were in the loop the whole time he was here. My 5yr old found his work van to be very cool! Look for the plumber vans/trucks with a super hero! I plan to use them for any other issues that come up in the future and I will definitely recommend them!

Dennis and Jerry are full on rock stars!!! We have had nothing but trouble with the plumbing in our new home since the first day. The plumbing installer could never get the problem correctly diagnosed or fixed and finally blamed us for the problems and refused to provide service. Longer story short - I called Code Red Plumbing and was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism and speedy response. Jerry showed up on time, listened to our issues and within an hour had the problem diagnosed and a plan put into place. Two days later, as promised, Jerry and Dennis showed up on time and completed the job. And as an added bonus, they were clean, helpful, professional, respectful and fun. Yes, I said fun.

I broke a pipe in my yard on a Saturday evening and Todd got there within an hour of the accident. He finished the job quickly and with a great price. I definitely will call them next time I have any plumbing need.

My plumbing company the honest plumber closed down so I called someone new. I am only giving 1 star the Technician Eddie was nice and friendly and knew what was needed, however this goes for the company itself. When I called them on Monday April 4, I spoke with a guy who normally doesn't answer the phone to schedule appointments, he told me if I wanted him to come out today it would be a little more in cost. I asked him how much for estimate he said its no charge unless they do the work the same day and that would be 69.00 he also stated that fee would be applied to the cost of the repair. NO NO NO not true well I don't see how its true. Eddie came and looked at my toilet 2 of them were doing the same thing water kept refilling up it was due to the handle not sitting correctly causing the rubber stopper to not shut properly. Upon inspection Eddie stated oh I have a handle in my truck I can change this out real quick for you, me thinking okay great he did the same for the toilet upstairs I was thinking okay well this shouldn't cost that much I knew he wasn't replacing them for free. When he came back inside my home with the billing agreement did I get a sticker shock of $98.00 yes $98.00 for two handles he said well me coming out here was $69.00 already. I said no they told me it was a free estimate they had Eddie thinking he was coming for a service call not a free estimate I'm sure. I told him I bought a whole kit from home depot for 24.00. I handed him the check and said thank you have a great day. I called the company to let them know I was not pleased with the fact I was told 69.00 if work was done and the guy on the phone stated management said it should have been $125.00. Oh okay guess what they just lost a customer do your research before getting service done I usually ask how much something will cost before they fix it but I ASSUMED well you know what they say when you assume. I didn't have a problem with paying the 69.00 grant it he came out and did replace the handles but 98.00 or even 125.00 is too expensive he didn't even get dirty.

I sent a detailed message of the plumbing repairs I needed to have done to Code Red Emergency Plumbing via the Contact Us! link on their website--2 days in a row. However, they never replied to my messages. I reached out to another plumbing company, and I received a reply within hours. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time with Code Red Emergency Plumbing.

Code Red Emergency Plumbing left a Google reply for me on 5/10/21. They stated they called me the following day at 7 am. Unfortunately, this couldn't be further from the truth. I NEVER received ANY form of communication from them--not even an automated e-mail reply. What's more, if they didn't feel they were capable of performing the job I requested--the next day or any other day, for that matter, the least they could have done was reached out to me to let me know I'd need to reach out to a more qualified plumber.

This is the third time we've used Code Red Plumbing. They are very professional and get someone out within an hour. Clay was here a total of 5 minutes great company!

Awesome service from Jerry who is a plumber with Code Red. Called Code Red 24 hour service at 10:30pm and Jerry was at my residence in approximately 20 minutes. I had two toilets that wouldn't flush. Within a few minutes Jerry knew what to do. Come to find out that my sewer line was clogged. Jerry ran large snake cable through my sewer line and in no time toilets flushed and sewer line was cleared. Jerry even gave me a 10% military discount. Thank you Jerry and thank you Code Red.
