Leon was VERY FAST, PROFESSIONAL, and QUICKLY found the problem to our garbage disposal not working. He made sure to fix it and uickly resolve the problem! He was in and out very quickly! A+ Service!

I had an emergency - a gas leak was reported at my home while I was out of state. Xcel shut the gas off and would not turn it back on until the leak was found and repaired. In fact they almost locked out the gas service without my knowledge, which would have left the furnace off and house cold during freezing temperatures. I called Royalty Plumbing and Leon was very clear about my options. In short I took his advice and Leon had the leak fixed and furnace burning within a few hours of my call on a Friday afternoon! I highly recommend Royalty Plumbing!

My husband and I have been experiencing what we believed was a leak in the wall. The reason why we believed that was because we would hear it through the wall when we would use to upstairs bathroom. When explaining this to Leon over the phone he was so understanding and asking all the right questions to making sure what it was that we needed.
He was able to explain to me what was happening and luckily we saved money. If we were to have gone to another plumber they would of just cut a piece out of our wall to see what the problem was just to get the same response from Leon, thank you Leon for your experiences.

He worked quickly and was able to help us as my husband and I decided to add services. Leon was able to bring our water shutoff valve up (where it should have been), install a gas line to convert our oven to gas, and replace the previous “homeowner hack job” under our kitchen sink that was causing leaks.

It’s true what you’ve read about Royalty Plumbing and Leon. He’s knowledgeable, dependable, and a real deal plumber. I called Leon with leak from my tub going into my basement at about 6pm and he came out that same evening to assist ( yes, I caused the issue myself when I picked up the “upgrade your bathtub” hardware set from Home Depot and tried to install the whole thing myself with zero plumbing experience). After identifying and fixing the leak (it was a heavy downpour), he asked me to call him the next day to ensure it was no longer dripping from my soaked ceiling and insulation in the basement. He also came back to ensure everything was good to go after I noticed a slow drip and walked me through the steps he’d taken and showed me where the previous leak had been, identifying the tub overflow as leaking due to a cracked/old rubber seal. His services were thorough and affordable. There’s a huge comfort knowing that I’ve found in Leon a plumber I can trust for anything and everything plumbing related. He wore a mask the entire time and held the baby gate for me each time we went up and down the stairs to the basement. Being a great plumber was enough to get the issue fixed, but being an old school gentleman was a great bonus!
