WOW! Very impressed with Eric Fergusons team. Trenton, Alan and Kimberly have been wonderful to work with on my homeowners nightmare. My husband and I purchased a home, after moving in we realized all the plumbing was cast iron, breaking up, backing up and needed to be replaced. My dishwasher was draining into my shower and I was worried it would never be fixed. Three days on the job and Eric's team has turned something awful into a fully functional system. Seriously a work of art and the technology used to replace the cast iron plumbing under the house was noninvasive. Thank you so much for everything! I highly recommend Eric and his team, they have gone above and beyond! Excellent service, great value and wonderful people.

Josh diligently and patiently walked us through all of the options for a new system heat pump blower and AC unit, and make great recommendations. The installers, Zach (the lead) and Christian were everything one would want: they were on time, personable and friendly, and professional; they worked really hard and did a great job on the installation; they checked their work and made sure it was correct before they left; and they did not leave until we had a complete understanding of the new system, how to operate it, and all our questions were answered. They did this all in the blazing heat and direct sun. Five Stars to Josh, Zach, and Christian. Perfect!

This is by far the best company in Northeast Ohio. I am not new to owning a home and have been through my fair share of services. I have a high level of expectation for both a company and their employees. I do not accept subpar performances by either. The staff is more than accomodating to any emergency/unique situation. They are knowledgeable and work very quickly to provide exactly what you need. Their pricing is more than fair and their quality of work exceeds my expectations. Every single technician that has been in my home has done the most exceptional work. I have had an R.O. System installed as well as 2 filter changes, a sump pump replaced, and a major gas leak repaired. The extensive amount of work on my home has been overwhelming and having their compassion makes all of the difference. Both my husband and I have each been alone with them while work was being done and are more than comfortable with any them in our home taking good care of us. Any person home alone having work done should be 100% safe at all times. I do NOT write recommendations for ANY company that has sent questionable people to my home.
Bill spent an entire day here in the freezing cold to fix our gas leak and stayed with us to make sure we were ok until our gas company confirmed they would turn our heat back on. He made himself available to us that evening in case of an emergency. He called me the next morning and made sure we were ok. I highly recommend Pompeii to everyone. Quality people doing quality work.

Rick at Drain Buster's came to my rescue. During the walk through the new home owners discovered a leak in the planter bed. We had one day to fix it before escrow closes. Rick, found the leak, repaired it same day...just in time and at a reasonable price. I would recommend Drain Busters OC to anyone that has a plumbing problem. A family friend recommended Befort Plumbing and Heating to us when our AC went out. They came out same day and fixed our problem. We will definitely be using Befort Plumbing and Heating again.

Twice now I've used Roto-Rooter for unrelated plumbing issues. The first was for a stubborn bathtub drain. I tried snaking it myself, as well as using enzymes to treat the clog to no effect. After having a different plumbing company come to address the drain with no success, I called Roto-Rooter, making sure they had the right equipment for the job.Manny was my plumbing technician sent out from Roto-Rooter and boy did he work hard to clear the clog. He wouldn't give up, even after several failed attempts to clear the stubborn clog. His work was excellent, he was on time, very professional and friendly. I can't say better things.The second call was for a water heater that blew off its hot water outflow coupling. I called Roto-Rooter right away and asked for Manny again. He took care of the problem, made sure I was happy with the work, and gave me a fair price for the job.Exactly what you want for plumbing situations you can't handle yourself.

I called about a leaky toilet. Scott said he couldn't get to it on the day I called but could definitely could come over the following day. Around mid day I called him to see if he was coming out and he totally forgot all about me. And thrn tells me he would be able to come till the following week. Not a way to run a business.

My wife called them for an estimate to replace a broken toilet flapper. After the plumber inspected it, he told me that they could not fix the ball flapper, and instead said they'd have to install an entire new toilet for $400, or $200 if we supplied the toilet. Incredulously, I said it defied belief that they could not fix a flapper, and I would NOT have them do the work. Amazingly, the owner of the business called my wife at the end of the day to say that they could, in fact, fix it but needed to borrow the broken flapper to match it at the warehouse. He said he was sorry his plumber said he couldn't fix it. Mind you, this is a simple ball flapper on a metal rod which the first plumber said was beyond repair. What changed? Nothing, other than my response that I didn't believe it was not fixable. I'm certain they've used this scam on others, so my recommendation is to use another plumber.
