This is the best Plumbing service I ever dealt with. They're truthful, always on time and will really help for emergency plumbing issues. They do care about their customer.
The guys were hired to clear the drains on our property which got clogged by palm tree roots pretty badly. They worked for 3 solid days and didn't leave until every last drain was cleared. Very responsible and reliable.

Bert is truly amazing. I quoted out a very complicated job to replace pipes from a leak in the upstairs bathroom through the drywall and kitchen downstairs. The previous plumber (who was very good and experienced) was unable to finish the job and said that he had to come back and needed to up his estimate by 2x to finish. I went to Bert after reading all of his great reviews. He came over and immediately understood what needed to be done. His quote came out much lower than the previous guy. He came over with one crew member and was able to finish the job to perfection within a few hours. Then a few days later, a couple of his crew came by to change our bathtub/shower fixtures, also very well done. Bert has a great personality, and friendly & caring demeanor. I have definitely found my new Plumber @First Option Plumbing!

Bert came promptly to replace copper pipes that had sprung a leak. He and his assistant were very professional. We will call him again for all our plumbing needs.
Nice guys came and fixed the leak. However, I cannot recommend them. The owner said he would re-plumb my home, but never called back to set up the time. I called and sent messages. He ignored me. If he didn’t want to do the job, or could not do the job-he could have simply said so. A strange experience. It worked out fine because I was able to get the job done for a much lower price.
We called First Option after seeing water dripping from our garage ceiling. They cut a hole in the drywall and quickly located the source of the problem. The price seemed fair and they answered all my questions.

The guys came on time and were very courteous. They brought the Kitchen faucets as we needed and installed them neatly after proper surface cleaning. We also wanted them to install the filteration with reverse osmosis which they did professionally. They also asked us to call them if we found any leakage or some other problem. They also offered us discount as a first time customer.

Had a slab leak. After talking to them over the phone I had to tear down my wall cabinet so they can do a proper diagnostics on arrival. The next morning they showed up and within two hours the slab leak was located and fixed. They were explaining the issues and remedies along the way. First Option is First Class! This is the 2nd slab leak these guys fixed for us getting us out of a jam. Very upfront, reliable and professional. Highly recommend.

We usually use First Option Plumbing for our office when we are in need of a plumber and we have gotten great service every time! We did have a new toilet installed and we realized there was a small leak after they left. Once I called, they immediately sent out another team to fix our leak. Bert and his team are the best. Any time I call for my house or office they are quick to respond and address the issue. I stopped calling the preferred plumber the landlord wanted me to use at my office because Bert and his team are far superior. Before they start they explain what needs to be done and they give me a price which is always reasonable and competitive. No project is to big or small for his team.

First Option Plumbing was very competitive between 3 bids for our HOA, They showed up exactly on time to do the work and had everything they needed to complete both projects. They were done in the estimated amount of time and left everything clean. We are very pleased with First Option and plan to use them for future plumbing repairs or installations.
I had a leak in one of the copper supply lines under the house that was discovered at 8:00pm. I looked for an Emergency Plumber on Yelp and called First Option plumbing. I spoke with Bert and he said he didn't have anyone available that night but that he could get someone out first thing in the morning. George arrived at 8:15 the next morning and had the pipe fixed and water back on in about 20 minutes.
I hate crawling under the house and hate plumbing, so I'm glad I found Bert. Thanks Bert and thanks George.
Technicians arrived on time, wore boot booties, put wheel covers on the drain cleaning machine, were polite and knowledgeable.
After reviewing the two issues: clogged kitchen sink and clogged bathtub drain, I was provided a fair estimate.
Once both jobs were completed a receipt was emailed.
This company was a referral by my sister in law and First Option Plumbing is now our plumber.
First Option Plumbing has always been there when I needed them.
It was an ease dealing with Brent from getting a price quote, did a good job installing the Flow tech Home anti scale system and carbon filtration to finally cleaned up the place and followed up. Yes, I am happy with the process and product and would recommend Brent / First Option Plumbing to anyone .
This is the third time I've used First Option Plumming. After the 1st time, I knew that if needed a plummer again it would be First Option. Always a quick response on the phone, their show-up is always within the estimated time. Great work, & respectful of our home.
Burt always show up on time and does a fantastic job at a reasonable price. His crews are curtious and leave the job area clean. Burt is a master at figuring out mysteries about where the leak is hiding. All of my neighbors use him too. I've never recommended anyone so strongly.
Bret and his associate were great. I had a clogged sewage pipe in my bathroom. He came out the same day, put a camera in my sewer pipe to try to figure out what was blocking it. This clock apparently went approximately 75 feet out into my yard. He then kept trying to clear it with their large plumbing snake and after a few attempts finally got it clear. He again put the camera down to make sure everything looked good and tested everything out. It is sure nice to have a honest and reasonable priced plumber that you can trust. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Professional, do quality work, use the latest technology and are knowledgeable. I had a pipe leak under our cement slab, they did not have to remove my wood flooring or event jack hammer the concrete to fix the leak. With the latest technology they sealed the pipe. AWESOME Work. Two days before Thanksgiving my 50 gallon water heater began leaking and making noises that sounded like it was going to come apart, Thanksgiving is our biggest family holiday and when we called our plumber he was on vacation, it seemed that any one I called was booked up. my nephew gave me the number of First Option Plumbing and to make a long story short the had a new water heater installed before close of business that day and applied a warranty rebate to my bill that I wasn't expecting . great fast service at a fair price. will use again

Been using first option plumbing for at least 5 years. Bert and his team always stay until the job is done. If they find something unexpected, they adjust and price fairly. In my experience you should expect the unexpected in plumbing. With Bert the unexpected is explained well, usually demonstrated if possible, it is not a bait and switch. In the end I have always been happy with the result; the problem is always fixed.

Called Bert for a clogged drain. He came out and explained I had a broken pipe under my slab, warned me it could be more. Was able to go in under my stove so saved the rest of the tile floor and replaced about 8 feet of bad pipe. Followed through and filled the hole and sealed the floor in one day! Provided pictures of his work and called to keep me informed of what was going on. No surprises. Even came back and laid the tile. Nice to only have to deal with one company that did the job from start to finish.

George was able to diagnosed the leak and was able to isolate it to a tub overflow gasket issue. He replaced the gasket and plate and caulked for a good seal then tested for leaks. He was courteous and polite. I didn’t get the advertised 10% new customer discount as he stared the service fee was &120 and that was what he charged for the fix. The service was fast and simple.

Called Bert on late afternoon for a slow drain and backed up toilet. Bert scheduled for an appointment next morning at 10 AM. Got a text at 9:20 AM that Ivan is on the way. Both Ivan and Jacob showed up before 10. Jacob quoted price to clear the blockage and toilet removal. He also replaced the fill valve, flapper, wax ring and new connector. I also asked him to look at the slow drainage on upstairs bathroom faucet. The price is reasonable, and very cleanness. Both Jacob are supper professional and friendly. We appreciate the awesome job and we will be First Option Plumping for life and definitely recommend them to family and friends.

I called multiple places to repair a leak and First Option was the only one that could come by that day. Most wanted me to wait up to 4 days. I called Bert the owner on Sunday and had my water heater replaced by Monday. He and his crew were very professional, polite, and timely. And the installation was done professionally. I had the Navien tankless water heater installed at his recommendation. This new water heater is working out great. Great company.
They came on time, searched for the problem, then fixed the problem. This was scheduled to be a possible major problem but turned out to be a minor fix, but they fixed it anyway with the same professional service as if it were a major problem. I ask them about another type of service that they did not do and they referred me to another company that could help me with my problem.

Probably just lucky; but flawless. Last weekend my house went crazy and two (vanity and washer) drains backed up. i had one router service come out and fail (cleared the wrong line) and then I tried with my home depot router and couldn't get to the clogs. Saturday i was exhausted so I called First Option Plumbing instead of trying again.
Called at 8:30. Person, not robo-call, said he could get a person out at 10:00-10:30. A few texts came and then Jesus showed up at 10:20. Very polite, in a clean uniform, in a newer plumbing panel-van (equipment matters). We asked him to don a mask and he had that and shoe covers on immediately. Showed him the drains and got a quote that was what I expected, and low market probably for two simple clogs. Within 20 minutes he had the washer cleared. Half an hour later had the vanity cleared. He reassembled all pipes and cleaned all areas. Emailed invoice was just as bid (no need to call the supervisor with the big-machine). So; basically; flawless.

Burt arrived on time with his partner. Every time they went into the house, they put on shoe covers. He did very thorough tests of our pipes for a water leak. Both men were friendly, very professional, and easy to talk to. I will contact them again the next time I have a water problem.
Fabulous. I call them for any of my plumbing needs. Trying to install a sink for the washer and they are fair, reasonable and safe.
I needed assistance with my furnace and I called First Options. I didn’t tell my daughter and later she told me she needed repairs in her bathroom so I will be calling them again in a couple of days.
Very professional, courteous and knowledgeable employees make doing business with First Option a pleasure.
Responsive in communicating with you when you call or text. Workers are professional, clean, courtesy, and take their time in explain your plumbing problem. Recommend highly.

Great job. I called and got service the same day. Plumbers were on time, friendly, and got the job done quickly and efficiently. What I really appreciate was the fact that i was informed about the status of my appointment. In my experience, plumbers that I’ve called don’t keep there appointments and don’t bother communicating that they won’t be able to make it. Bert and his team are professional and they do excellent work. Plumbing leak repairs are a pain for a homeowners. These guys took the edge off that bad experience.
Plumber specialist Bert was very punctual and professional. He knew exactly what to do and he fixed the leaks in our toilets downstairs and upstairs within 1 hour. The problems were solved. Bert also recommended another professional repairman who could fix a hole in our kitchen ceiling. We were very satisfied with the repair.

I have used First Option Plumbing several times over the past 3 1/2 years. I own an 83 year old beach cottage. I have replaced toilets, shutoff valves, main gas line, and more. This last project was replacing two water heaters (tanks) with tankless systems. I never worry about the quality of the work and First Option stands behind their work. I wish I could find a contractor of the same quality.
While nobody wants to need a plumber - my first call will go to First Option Plumbing when I do need to make the call.

Bert is very reliable and trustworthy, you won't be unhappy if you call him, he will go out of his way to take good care of you.
I have used First Option Plumbing 4 times now. Bert is always quick to respond and come out to give a quote. His pricing is very fair, his employees are very timely and courteous and always a job well done. Most recently Bert came out to take a look at my bad gas supply line to my fire pit. He said they would try to replace it without having to bust out concrete around valve, but he couldn’t guarantee it. He gave one price and a higher price if they had to go through concrete. I couldn’t be there that morning so I couldn’t verify if first attempt worked or not. Bert texted me that they got lucky and the cheaper quote was going to do it. They could have easily added the more expensive option without me knowing if it was legit or not. Bert is an honest plumber who you can trust.
Had to reschedule and Bert had his crew come out that morning. Had them put in a toilet, George and Jose were very nice, fast & efficient. Yes would definitely use them again.
