Decent job on the actual plumbing repair, but I don't like that they do not have an option to leave a voicemail and it took me longer than necessary to contact them to schedule an appointment to complete the job.
Shawn fixed the leak under our sink and connected our water line to the fridge easily. No more leak. He is professional and has a good customer service. Highly recommend your company to our friends

I Tried to install washer and dryer, ended up breaking a copper pipe. Called 5 star plumbing within an hour Fernando showed up and within 25 minutes pipe was better than new. Fast and affordable no late night fees. Great customer service.

We had our water heater go out and Fernando came out and help us right away! He help so much in getting our water heater to work and did not give up until it was fixed and replaced. Water was leaking from under the toilet in the restroom in my office. We’re all women in the office, do we had no idea what was causing this to happen. The landlord had me call another plumber who didn’t answer, so I called 5 star plumbing they answered immediately. They had someone at my office the same day. Fernando was very professional. He check the restroom and informed me that the wax ring was old and needed to be replaced. He preformed the work quickly and even gave me a discount as a first time client!

Awesome. Just Awesome. Came in to my home very respectful and clean. My son threw a poo-pourri cap down the drain and he cleared the drain and cleaned up his space. Offered his maintenance plan without seeming like he was pushing it on me. Will definitely call 5 star for all my plumbing needs. Will also be purchasing the maintenance plan next year when my home warranty ends for my new home!!!

Honestly been dealing with a dribbling kitchen faucet for way to many months ,today got sick of it, and finally broke down and made a call, I swear Mr Sanchez from 5 star Plumbing was here maybe 45 min, and when he left my faucet was 80% better, yes I recommend, good job 5 star😎👍

Cristian came in on time, very knowledgeable of what was going on and explained the whole process to me. Not only took care of what needed to be fixed but also did more and beyond then what was expected. I am very satisfied with the outcome and service. Definitely don't feel like one more number, he took the time to understand our needs and was 100% professional. I also called them yesterday evening and they offer to come right over but instead I asked them to be here in the morning and they were on time. Very satisfied will def. Call them in the future. I had a slab leak at a rental property which needed immediate attention. When I called 5 Star Plumbing, Fernando was able to go out the same day and evaluate the problem. The very next day he and his crew were out fixing the leak, which involved re- routing the piping through the attic. Excellent service and during the whole process Fernando continued to communicate with me returning calls and keeping me informed of the progress. I would highly recommend 5 Star Plumbing.

The agent was nice , i would have give him 5 starts but we are not satisfied! He was very profesional but he didnt perform a free consult, instead, he verbally told us what he though the problem was, so we accepted to do the job but the problem was still there, the garbage disposal still leaking ! We paid $99.00 it was too much for the job he performed!
we are a senior plus, the issue was not resolved,
this service it should've be free or at least $25.00 so we are very disappointed!

I found this awesome plumber through recommendation on a Facebook post. I’ve used them twice now and they are very reasonable. They came out within an hour and fixed the problem. 5 Star Plumbing is an excellent company with exceptional service. They were able to come out the next day and complete a full inspection to determine the problem. Their prices were very reasonable. The work completed included breaking concrete, repairing a pipe, and laying new concrete. The repair and concrete work were seamless and I was very pleased on how well the concrete looks. I will be contacting them for any future plumbing needs.

My sewer valve was clogged late on a Saturday night. I contacted Fernando and he was on site at my house before 8 am the following morning. He was professional and courteous and detected the problem quickly. Fernando was easy to work with and came to the rescue when we needed it most. If you need a plumber who is honest and will do the job correct at great price then use 5 Star Plumbing. Our house flooded because of a soft clog. The main line needed a new T. Concert needed to be removed and three feet of dirt before they could get to the problem. The job was not too big and their crew easily handled it very professional.. they have a customer for life!

I was changing the cartridges in one of our tubs and I had problems in removing one of the parts. I felt it necessary to call a Pro and Christian came out. He was so polite and professional and went to work. Quoted me a fair price and the man was a good spirit! My 2nd time calling 5 Star and I will use them again. Great Service, great prices.
My water main shut off valve was old and stripped. Had that item replaced. Our guy was super nice and arrived in a very timely fashion. He explained what he was going to do very clearly. He provided good quality work and service. Definately will use 5 Star Plumbing again.

I had a leak in my ceiling and my regular plumber was unavailable for an emergency so I searched online for local company with good reviews. I am so happy to have found 5 Star Plumbing!! They were extremely nice over the phone and was able to send Christian out within 30 minutes of my call. Christian was also very nice, and knowledgeable. He explained what he found, took pictures to show me what was happening in the attic, and was able to repair everything in that visit. He also assessed other issues that could be a potential cause for the recurring issue I was having. Then he repaired everything without any drywall damage!!! The last time this happened I had to find someone to repair a large section of drywall in my ceiling. Christian gave me a great price so I was able to have him take care of a couple of other issues that I needed repaired. I’ve found a new company for all of my future plumbing needs. My mother’s water hose was broken and we didn’t who to call. We found 5 star plumbing online and we are so lucky to have chosen them. They came the same day we called and fixed her hose in minutes. Fernando and his colleague were both very friendly and explained everything to my mom and I.
We will be using their services from now on.

5 Star is awesome! Calling them was the best choice. I made a few calls around and 5 Star was very cordial and friendly (receptionist). Their tech called shortly after to do a quick over the phone assessment and was on his way to evaluate the problem with our plumbing. Gentleman was very professional, he checked eveydinthing he could to properly diagnose the situation and kept me well informed of what was the issue and what he was required to do. Once he finished his work, he verified his work, everything worked well and even better than when I moved in. I would definitely recommend 5 Star and call them again if I ever needed help again.
