Our toilet drains at the office seemed to be beyond repair and we never got any good news from various plumbers. When we found Pineapple Plumbing, they just came, inspected the drains.

Will Nats was a very excellent technician that came to my house. He asked me what was going on with my AC ? I kind of explain it to him and told him, let's see if we can troubleshoot this together. Will went up to the attic where the AC blower was at and that was the problem. He immediately took action and repair the issue. Great job on that. Willthen took his normal safety checks of inspection of the rest of the 2 AC units outside in the backyard.

Shaker Heights Plumbing came out to hook up our new dishwasher, and the water line for our new refrigerator. They arrived when they said they would, and their plumber was very courteous, and professional. Their service was a very affordable price as well. I would recommend using this company.

We needed to get our flooring done before we moved into our first home and Alpha Construction came to the rescue. They are incredibly easy to work with and are so dedicated. They put our vinyl planks in.

We loved their work so much we asked them to put in our baseboards.

And we continue to trust and love their work so much, we've asked them to come back and work on electrical and help put in our crown molding.

Technicians came early, diagnosed issue with CFCI plugs in bathroom, gave me better instructions, and able to get plugs to reset. Yeehaw.

I had an urgent pipe leak and they told me they were coming to inspect. They just never came. I called their phone probably 30 times, and every time it said User Busy. I was trusting them to come, and they caused me to have to wait another several days to get someone out here from a different company, and what kind of business has a phone that doesn't work? Very disappointed.

The service was thoughtful, thorough and comprehensive. Provided photographs of results of work done by a different vendor which was in the crawl space and evidence shows the job was incomplete. Chris is a superb technician and very helpful in explaining the issues we needed to resolve. By completing the repair before prices go up, we saved in the price. Highly recommend Chris and Fayette. Great value for the work performed compared to competitor.

I have used this company on several occasions over a 12 year period and always found them to be reliable and reasonably priced, but my most recent experience was less than satisfactory.
In August of 2017 they did a major job on a house I had just purchased in Harahan, replacing the hot water heater and the line from the house to the city sewer. Total cost around $4,000. The plumbing work was fine, but the sewer work required them to dig a trench across the front lawn, resulting in an unsightly mound of dirt. They told me they'd let it settle for a few weeks, then would return and level the soil. When they had not returned for 6 weeks I called and they promised to come out and complete the job. I called twice more over the next several months and they never came out. I finally got a shovel and did the job myself.
Too bad to ruin a good relationship this way, but I doubt I'll ever use them again.

We paid over 300 hundred and we still have a leak. With a strange faucet. The plumber that came out didn’t know what kind of faucet we had on and bought this. Needed this fixed installing sprinklers.

Axis did an instant hot water replacement/installation for us and we could not possibly be happier with everything from start to finish. This company and especially their field employees are top top notch. We are very very happy...nice job to all!!!
