He was on time, fixed our washer pump in a timely manner, was so polite on keeping me updated when he had to leave for a part, and left the place clean. He ran the washer cycle twice to ensure everything was perfect. We are so thankful for David and Sureflow Plumbing and would highly recommend working with them!

My wife and I recently purchased a new home, there was a link in the upstairs restroom. I contacted Active Plumbing and they sent a crew out right away to assess the problem. They determined the job and got straight to work. about 3 hours later the technicians were finished and gave me a reasonable yet fair total for the job. This company is honest, fast, reliable, quick, efficient, knowledgeable and they were also clean; being mindful of the other projects we had going on. My wife and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company. II am a General Contractor (Romnes Remodeling, LLC) and I was in charge of running a renovation in Carrollton, TX. I live in Austin and have made several trips to check on progress. Jim made his portion of the job a breeze for me!

Jim was hired by my clients to replace an old water heater. Originally I was going to do the work, but because of permit restrictions in Carrollton, a permit had to be pulled by a master plumber.

Jim had great communication and kept me up to date with the status of the project. After the permit was pulled, Jim installed the water heater quickly and efficiently.

Jim mentioned that he normally does not do residential work like this. Finding a plumber is hard enough, especially when I live 3 hours away. Luckily, Jim went out of his way to get the job done and it passed inspection with no issues.

I will definitely use Jim for any future Dallas projects!

Chad came in and did so much work today, from front yard to back yard and multiple household repairs. I am so pleased with the quality and efficiency of work, and the cost was very affordable. We have been using Fischer and Boone exclusively for almost forty years. They have taken care of our plumbing repairs in five houses as little children grew up to be some of their licensed plumbers. Most recently we had a very difficult stoppage in a sewer line and they worked tirelessly to resolve the problem. Their fees for repeated trips involving several hours work each time were very fair and their work was high quality. We don't shop around when we have any plumbing need.

Had water and gas lines moved for our washer dryer. Highly recommend. Quick response. Left no mess. Will use them again.

Lorenzo is great to work with! We've had it help us in an emergency as well as used him for other planned work. Each time he is honest, helpful and professional. We definitely keep Master Plus on speed dial for our plumbing needs.

We had a leak in the bathroom of our HOA pool. Phil Metz came out and took care of it quickly and professionally! They are very reasonable in cost and the customer service was excellent.

Both techs that came out to work on my water heater were very helpful and professional! The price was slightly higher from the first plumber I called, but well worth it! Will be doing business again!

The technician that arrived at my house was great. This was a second opinion on a job that had not been completed and they were able to fix my problem for a lot less than I could imagine. Thanks for the great job and I will be using you in the future.

Saw lots of good reviews and the fact that he was based less than a mile from me.. Called at 10am on a Tuesday, described a basic sink issue needing repair. Said he could come by that day. I waited til 5pm and after no contact and him not showing up I and called asking if he was still planning to come. He told me he'd just spoken with me on the phone and had rescheduled, which was not the case. Must have had customers mixed up. A simple enough mistake, nothing worth being upset over. So in an effort to be accommodating, I said rescheduling was fine in any case. He offered a 3-5pm time slot the next day, I said that was great. The entire day went by and I called again at 530 to see if he was still coming. He assured me that he was, but in fact never showed up or contacted me to say he was lost or ran out of time, or anything.

Seems like he decided the small repair I needed wasn't worth his time, but couldn't be bothered to tell me he didn't want the work. Its his choice, that's fine. Just wish he would have been up front about it instead of wasting my time for two days.

Vaughn showed up right on time and told us what he was going to do . He found the leaks. Explain what they were and went to work and got it all completed right on schedule . We could not have chosen a better company than Bullseye . They are very professional and courteous company while keeping a kind and friendly attitude.
