Experienced a Water Tank failure -- what a way to start off the New Year! It was very late last evening , past what some of us would consider quitting time, when Jason arrived on my doorstep. Even after his long and rather eventful and challenging day, he still had a cheery disposition. Jason quickly got down to business and within an hour or so, the job was complete. As anyone in the service industry knows, unexpected things can occur while completing a job -- the status updates received via text were appreciated too.

We had a new toilet installed on 11.13.18. The technician was polite, quiet and neat. He explained the costs, completed the paperwork and installed our new toilet in less than 2 hours. He was quiet enough that my toddler slept through it. He tested his work and thoroughly cleaned up, including taking away the old toilet. We are more than happy. Thanks!

OMG I can't even say enough about Ryan that came to my home this morning to camera my sewage line. I was told by another company that my lines were collapsed and would need to be replaced, Ryan allowed me to watch as he sent his camera in, not only was there no collapse no repair was needed. He sent his camera almost all the way to the middle of the street and there was a small issue there which is the city's problem and I'll take that up with them. Ryan thank you again for being so patient and explaining everything to me. If I ever have another problem I will definitely call Metro Plumbing & Sewer thanks to Ryan

Ryan came out and was awesome. He worked in a tight space to fix a pipe behind a wall for a great price. He even stayed late to help with a slow drain issue we had. We were kept in contact with the whole time leading up to it. Can't recommend them enough!

Ryan came to my home today and was very through and willing to answer my many questions about my sanitary sewage line and possible issues. Very straight forward with pricing and good customer service and response time for setting up the appointment. Awesome team and Ryan was great!!!
Just had these guys come out today, and I was very impressed with the service I received from this company. Will use them again in the future, they are professional and prices are fair. Will highly recommend.

One of our bathroom drains was draining very slowly and had been for several months but I am not the type to call a plumber right away... I saw a Metro truck working at my neighbors house and ran across to ask the technician if he'd be able to take a look at my drain problem while they were here. He was very polite and said that once he finished working on the current customers problem he would be right over as he didn't have another call to be at right away. He knocked on my door about 30 minutes later and came inside to look at the drain. It didn't take him long to pull the mess of hair and whatever else had gone down there out and free the drain up. I was extremely happy with the speed and customer service. I would recommend Metro Plumbing to a friend.

Metro plumbing charged us a very fair rate for a sewer snake and a camera inspection. The guys here did a great job of opening the line, they really had to fight the blockage but they never gave up and they were very thorough. They cleaned up after themselves and even gave us some good advise to prevent future backups. .we will use again and refer to friends also!

We called about a small amount of sewage backing up from our basement floor drain. Ryan came out the same morning and inspected our sewer line with a camera. He showed us part of our old clay pipes had broken under our front yard and would need to be replaced. They scheduled the repair for a few days later.
Ryan came out that morning and repaired the pipe within a day. He was very professional and friendly, kept us updated on his progress, and answered all our questions. He explained that they installed a vertical cleanout in the yard which will make maintenance easier in the future.
This is the second time we have hired this company, and we have been very happy with their work both times. Thank you!
Prices are fair and their work was exceptional. Great folks who genuinly care about the work they are doing.

It was great to find a plumber I could trust. I called at 8 a.m. this morning, regarding a leak. Metro sent Jason out within 5 hours. He took a break in between jobs, to make a time spot work for me and get me help the same day. He was prompt, very courteous, organized and honest. He was also very respectful of my home and offered to take his shoes off when he came in (usually contractors don't care, even when it's snowing). Pricing was reasonable and he was very knowledgeable when I had many questions. Thank you Metro!

Jason provided outstanding service. I had a water heater that began to leak and they were quick to come out, despite it being New Years Day. The process was quick and transparent with upfront pricing and an accurate time line for replacement. The new water heater is working perfectly so far. I’d certainly recommend to a friend!

After a no-show from a local plumber who was recommended by a friend, I called several other companies for a same-day emergency to unclog my kitchen sink. This was the only company who was able to send someone out within an hour or so. Jason arrived on time, was very friendly and explained what may be needed without being pushy. Not only did he unclog my sink but explained the current piping was most likely causing the problem and suggested I change it. Again, he left it up to me to decide. I agreed with him which meant he needed to run up to the local Home Depot to get the correct size pipe. To save me a trip, he also purchased some much needed batteries for my smoke alarms. I would definitely used this company again and request Jason for my plumbing needs. Oh...and he left my kitchen spotless and sinks shining!

As a Realtor, I work with plumbers and contractors quite often. I can say, without hesitation, that this company is one of the most honest, fair, and professional I have worked with. Ryan has been to our home several times to help with a very tricky sewer and plumbing situation we bought into. He always clearly explains the problems and only offers the solutions he truly believes we need. He is genuinely one of the nicest people you will ever meet. There has never been a moment when I felt we were being taken for our money. It is encouraging to know there are still companies out there who have integrity and care about the customer.

I would highly recommend these folks - they were the middle man for a job with 1 day Trenchless Sewer Repair, and due to my traveling and then bout of bronchitis, there were some scheduling delays. DeAnna in the office was an absolute joy and professional to work with, staying in touch by email and texting. Even after the job was done she checked to see how I was recovering! If anyone has to deal with them, trust me, you are in good hands!

Had a great first meeting and will be scheduling work to be done soon . The man was very knowledgeable about his job and explained step by step what we were looking at in the camera he didn't try to upsale me on anything like the other company tried to. The quote was reasonable and compared to the other quote I had it was a fraction of the cost.
We used Metro Plumbing & Sewer for approximately 40 ft of sanitary sewer replacement and to install a clean out. They were a great company to work with, very professional and gave us the best price of 4 sewer contractors. Will definitely recommend! Thanks guys, you did a great job!

Ryan was awesome in every way! It was a difficult area to get to since I have a tiny cupboard opening under sink. He promised to do everything he could to get us working and he was true to his word, and I was so grateful to him for getting my sink in working order! 😁

Ryan was very professional and knowledgeable. He was on time and did a great job in replacing the kitchen faucet, repairing the sprayer and replacing the toilet flapper. The office did a good job in sheduling and communications. They accomodated our preference in using electronic payment instead of credit card (and the associated credit card fees). We used Venmo. We will hire them again for future plumbing work.
