Scheduling was efficient. Technician came same day. Very knowledgeable and A+ communication and explanation of the problem and what he would do to fix it. Terrible, do not use. They do not stand behind their work. They said they ‘fixed’ our leak, and it started leaking again within a few months. They would not even let me talk to the owner, Shane. I would advise you to use a plumbing company that you can trust.

They showed up to my house within 20 minutes of my call. I needed to have two outside faucets replaced and they had the task completed in no time. And the price was great. This is now my go-to plumber for any future plumbing needs!

We had them install a water line and hot water tank. It worked for a less than a week and would not heat up. The tank is lucky to get skin temperature water and they have no solution and do not call back or respond to email or calls. First we had a leak in the tank and they said it was just a pressure valve. Problem so we had it replaced . That ended up costing close to $400 to repair. Then the tank ruptured and flooded the whole room. It took a week to come out and replace the broken one and that one went bad after 3 days. It’s been over 3 weeks with no hot water or solution. They just send tech out and they shake their head and say see how it goes. Wait it may get warm Later an hour or a couple days. It’s not going to fix its own problem. We need a solution not excuses

I have been a customer for many years and they always provide good service in probably 15 service calls over the years. Only once was there a problem and in that case they did not follow up or return my calls where I asked them to help me with re-insulating my attic where the drain pipe from our upstairs heat had leaked (it was not glued adequately.) I think it was a fluke. We just had them install a brand new heating system for our house and it went without a hitch and on quote. I recommend them!

Chris was early for the appointment, knowledgeable, friendly, polite and had our frozen pipes running again in minutes. Not the least expensive option but certainly worth it for the speed and service

I had first called 2 other plumbers for a whole house stoppage to come diagnose the problem. The first was at night, charged me an emergency service call fee, arrived and took a quick look at it and then quoted me an extra large amount for the next step to fully diagnose the issue. I decided to get a second opinion and called a another company who then came out the following morning, took my service call payment first, tried to diagnose the clog, then said they couldn’t tell what it was but would required a massive excavation in the front yard at an excessive amount of money to further diagnose. I couldn’t get a straight answer on some of my questions and just had a feeling something wasn’t right. After they left, and quite frustrated because I felt I was getting nowhere fast, I then called Direct Source Plumbing and spoke with Amie who was very helpful in taking my call, took detailed notes, and with a sense of urgency, relayed my message to the plumber. In a short time, I received a call from Tyler who gave me an good idea of what needed to be done to diagnose the issue. When he arrived he was extremely polite and knowledgeable about the situation, and took the time to explain to me what he was doing, so that I fully understood each step, and ultimately ended up diagnosing and fixing the problem. He even called and had the master plumber, David, confirm and verify his diagnosis. This is how I wish all service calls could be! Tyler is the perfect example of how the ideal repairmen should be. I believe this company and religious-based group is in business for the right reasons, to truly help people when they need it. I can’t possibly recommend them enough! True professionals!
