Dora was able to work us in 2 days prior to when we were scheduled. Jason identified the problem in less than 3 minutes and had a replacement valve on his truck. This is the first time I have used this company and will use again. Professional !

Last night as I went to take a shower my tub had standing water in it along with mystery pieces of debris. Suddenly the tub filled with an eerie red water and even though it was MLK JR day and also semi-late in the evening Chris came out and helped me with my plumbing. Great service!

Also, the girls above me did dye their hair so he was right in telling me I wasn't being haunted or no one was sacrificing a pig or covering up a murder and it was in fact hair dye.

I cannot stress this enough...if you have plumbing issues, call these folks. Jason and Dora own Rapid Plumbing and came to my house 3 days in advance of my scheduled appointment. Very professional and courteous.
Jason knows and values his craft. I appreciated that he stopped to explain things to me, helped me know what I need and what to look for moving forward.
