I'm always hesitant to have home repairs done, especially plumbing, because I never know what type of service I will get, how long it will take, or how much it will cost. Well, the experience with KMP Plumbing has cured my hesitancy. I called them late Wednesday afternoon. Henry, the plumber, was out by 10:00 Thursday morning to review the needed repairs of replacing a kitchen sink and repairing the facet leaks for the kitchen and the master bath sinks. He gave me the quote with a scheduled return of Friday morning to do the work. Henry was back out at 11:00 Friday morning and had all three jobs completed by 1:30 PM. His attention to detail and explanation of everything he did as he worked and the efficiency that he did the work was refreshing; not to mention his pleasant, happy demeanor. All of that was certainly worth the reasonable cost of the service.

He serviced the sewer cleanout 5 years ago. We requested him this time to examine an old, frozen cleanout. As always, he is professional, knowledgeable and upfront with his recommendations.

4 plumbers later and they gave us better news than anyone else. Very professional employees.

Replaced sump pump. The technician was great, very professional and quick with the replacement. Customer service went above and beyond in trying to get pump manufacturer to honor warranty even though it is two weeks past expiration.

The technician was friendly, very knowledgeable, and got an excellent estimate for me prior to starting the job. He ran new pipe for a gas range in a complicated older home with a hard to negotiate crawl space. He was professional and completed the job in a timely fashion. I highly recommend Fritz Baumann & Sons.

Our service started on the wrong foot because the office failed to call and let us know there was a delay. James turned it around. He did a great job! My suggestion for the office is to be more responsive. The techs have to deal with clients and it is not their fault when you do not return calls. Overall, because James was sooo good at what he does and his personality was really nice, I would use the company again. Thank you for making a stressful situation better!

Hi - we had blockage in our septic lines in our house. 1st visit was fine but they said we need to see septic. They said they could come back on Saturday to finish job. I made call on Saturday saying I needed appointment today and they said dispatcher would contact me which they did not. I called back again an hour later and dispatcher said sorry we don't service my area on weekends. So much for 24 hours per day, 365 days per year. Not very good communication within the office.

Charlie was very professional and easy to work with. He stop by the same day and fix my kitchen drain. Will definitely use them again.

These folks went above and beyond! I would highly recommend them to anyone. There was a lot of work to be done as it’s an older home. They worked hard, stayed late, made sure we got what we wanted and when the new toilet we ordered showed up broken, they put it in their truck, drove it to the store we ordered it from, got it exchanged for one that wasn’t broken and even got the store to refund the delivery fee. John, Tommy, Vernon, Jason, Brian and Rachel were all great to work with!

Quite possible THE WORST experience I have ever had with a contractor or anyone else ever. Totally unprofessional. He never finished the simple task which he was asked. He quoted one price and charged me a totally different amount. They showed up 2 hours after they said they would arrive and left a puddle of water in the basement. This guy was a total dbag. He was nasty and condescending. PLEASE DO NOT EVER CALL THESE GUYS!
