Hired Columbus Gas Pro to reroute a gas line in my basement. Work was completed professionally and quickly. I am very pleased with the service that was provided. Do not hesitate to hire this company.

This company is the most honest company you will ever find. Fast response to the first inquiry. The knowledge of my system seemed to be a second nature. Price was much less than that of 3 other plumbing companies. Gas is their first business not the other way around like most plumbing companies that bid gas work also. I will call them with any and all of my plumbing needs.

I had an emergency with installation of a refrigerator. The water shut off valve was Corroded.The owner was not only great at fixing the issue he came back after the store delivery men refused to complete hook up. He went way beyond my expectation to make sure the refrigerator was installed correctly. This was not his responsibility but he did not flinch at my call for help but instead came back to fix when the store I purchased it from walked away.
He was professional and knowledgeable. I would without a doubt recommend them for any service!

SewerQuest replaced our downspout lines to the street because they were plugged from over 20 years of use. TJ and his crew did an excellent job, making sure all joints were glued and placed on grade. Mike did a fantastic job. Came out within an hour of my call. He quickly found the leaking gas valves and replaced. Pressurized lines and showed me. Assisted in calling Columbia Gas to get service restored that day without any issues. No BS and got the job done. Prior company tried to say we needed all new gas lines and fittings. Would use again. When looking for a reputable plumber, I was at a loss. Thanks to previous reviewers, I felt pretty good about hiring Eddie - and I was not disappointed. Very professional, called to confirm the appointment, called to let me know he was en route, and then did a GREAT job once he got here. He was able to reseat my toilet and drill off a rusted faucet nut for a very reasonable price, all while taking the time to show me and explain what was needed. I will not hesitate to recommend Eddie to anyone I know, and he will definitely be my go-to guy for future services.

Lowes got them to bring out/install our new water heater due to our old water heater leaking. We couldn't immediately find the water main, the home owner thought the washing machine turn off was the main, but we called someone else who knew where it was. Guy wouldn't wait and left after about 5 minutes while we were calling older tenants. About ten minutes after he left I texted and told him we found the main and asked him to bring the water heater back. He said he already turned it in and was on to the next job. Closest lowes is 15 minutes away. Called the main office and got no answer. Next business day I called Lowes and they called the people and they said that they couldn't install it because of the water from the leaking water heater and other stuff in the way, so I went down to see if I was missing stuff. I was, so I understood that, but they couldn't install it because of leaking water. A water heater. Was told to call back once we had the water cleaned up, which we obviously couldn't do unless we turned off water to the whole house for who knows how many days. Money got returned two days later by Lowes, which just sent us into further confusion. My niece called them back today to see what had happened, and what we'd have to do to fix it. Apparently the guy who came out was taking pictures inside our house without our knowledge and sent them back to his office. I already felt cheated, since we paid almost 700 dollars to get this water heater delivered and installed and after a week we got our money back instead, but to find out he was taking pictures in our house without our knowledge is unforgivable. Now, instead of having the new water heater we already ordered, paid for and waited for, I get to go back to Lowes and order a new one and hope I don't end out feeling violated by the next group they send out, which I will beg not to be them.

I had an drain issue on the outside. They charged me $150 to use the camera and gave me a quote. Told me they wanted to wait a few weeks because the ground was still frozen. Not a problem. They never came back, I left them over 50 voicemails. It's been over a year since they originally came out. That is a problem! They never responded until I told them I was going to file a complaint, then he responded within 20 minutes. Ronnie Sr. said he would refund the $150. Wheeland Pulumbing was going to charge me the same amount to locate the issue. R & B did not keep their word and I have yet to receive the check. Scam artist! Don't use R &B!!! Use Wheeland Plumbung!

Got a hole in one of my copper pipes under the sink. They came out, same day, and got it taken care of quick and very affordable.

Our plumber showed up on time like they said they would. He was very friendly and told what was going with our tankless water heater. He had in up and going in a little over an hour. Didn't break the bank like other plumbers wanted to charge us.
