James and his crew were prompt, professional, and hardworking. I noticed a slab leak and gave J & J a call. They started working ASAP and worked diligently all day to get it fixed. I'm definitely going to call J & J for all my plumbing concerns moving forward. Highly recommend.

the best plumbing place ever

my experience with them was great! I contacted them on a Sunday about replacing my water heater & they were able to get the job done same day. the technicians arrived quickly, installation was done on time and my system is up & running like new.

Was at my door 2 hours after I called on Saturdsy after Christmas! Smile on his face, explained needed work and charged reasonable fee. EXCELLENT. Would call again

These guys are the best. Came to my home to fix a leaking faucet outside. I haven't been able to use it for several weeks and my flowers are dying at the front of the house. The HOA would have been on my neck soon if the grass started dying too!! Anyway, Henry came and found the leak; it was a simple fix but way beyond my ability. I am now able to water and save the plants, grass and flowers at the front of my home. Curb appeal saved! Thanks American Leak Detection.

Whoever was driving eastbound on I-20 on the morning of 4-4-22 almost caused 2 separate accidents due to reckless driving. If you're going to let them drive a company truck, you may want to get a better insurance policy to cover them!

Ridiculously over priced and predatory in nature. They wanted $650 to replace a short piece of drain pipe, outside of the wall under my kitchen sink(about $10 in parts and 30 minutes of labor). Even the tech that came out said it should be $125 job.

This company operates on a completely dishonest business model. They are incredibly overpriced, won’t give you any sort of estimate up front, AND will charge you $100 whether you choose to accept their bid or not. Avoid.
