I am always impressed by the service provided by KMP.Today, Logan called before his appointment to confirm and his picture ID appeared on my cell phone. He was right on time!He carefully covered his shoes each time he went inside of the house.He looked at the leaking toilet & quickly assessed the problem & developed a plan of action to repair it. He talked with my husband about the needed repairs & began to fix the problem. He also quoted an estimate on what the cost would be.We are very thankful the problem could be fixed today! Logan was very respectful & reassured us throughout this process that the plumbing issue could be fixed today.When he left our home, I asked him to check around his truck because the neighbor’s cat had been seen under it.He got on his hands & knees to double check under each tire for the kitty! She is thorough and follows up promptly… she is on it! We had very old faucet handles in showers, both leaking bad. A sink with cold water running continuously. Called Michelle last night and they came out first thing this morning, now all fixed before 2! TJ and Issac were super great! Very professional and knowledgeable. We had a pipe burst the night before Christmas Eve. Christmas Eve morning I called several plumbers to be told it would be well in to the next week to have it fixed, which meant no water for days. I was frustrated when I called KMP, talked to Rachel and might of cried a little explaining my situation. She was not only very understanding but very sympathetic. She worked some magic and was able to send a plumber out help us same day. I am very thankful I spoke to her today.

Stevie was right when he confidently said he will be able to fix our seemingly complicated clogged pipe. It took him a couple of hours to successfully and professionally fixed the problem. He is honest and knowledgeable. Same with his companion, Daylon, both are polite, focus and patient. So highly recommended.

I had an emergency where my main line backed up. I called KMP and they were out to my house within an hour and a 1/2 on a Saturday late afternoon. My plumbing issue was fixed by 530pm. In addition they did not charge extra for a emergency call. The plumber was very friendly and courteous. Also they have discounts but you will need to ask for them. Thanks to the plumber that came out and to KMP for ensuring fast and speedy service. Yall are life saver!!!!

Steven came to adjust water run due to faulty flapper in the tank. After evaluation, ended up replacing toilet, but was completely under warranty for us. KMP is our exclusive company for plumbing and time after time they’ve proven to us their fairness, dependability, knowledge and friendliness. Steven exhibits all this- keep up the good work!

I had the technician look at my Mini-split AC unit. He was very knowledgeable and informative. The unit will have to be replaced so we haven’t decided on having it done yet. I would recommend them Highly

Logan and Jake were most helpful in making sure my septic line was clear and we are able to use our toilets again. They both were very professional, personable, and went beyond the call. Thank you and we will be using them again if we need to.

I had been using KMP for other plumping services in the past and was greatly satisfied to the work they did. In recent weeks, I did research about air duct cleaning process and other air duct scammers. I decided to move forward of selecting KMP again to perform the air duct cleaning with the trust based previous experience. The crew was polite and kept their work area clean during the air duct cleaning. However, I feel that the quality of the work is a subpar comparing to the price I agreed to pay. The company does not equip with the proper tools. Only have shop vacuum and the electric brush to clear the dryer vent. With these tools, I could have done it by myself. There is no truck-mounted vacuum or cover all the vent creating negative air pressure to suck the dust out of the ducts. I could have selected other local companies. I guess, I was little nice not to point it out right away. Two neighbors in the area have asked me about my air duct cleaning was done recently at my house as they are also interested to have their done as well. I don't recommend KMP to them. Over all, I recommend KMP if you want to use this company for other plumping services, just NOT for AIR DUCT CLEANING.

I needed repair on my toilet. Henry came out the same day I called KMP, and he had the part I needed on his van. He got the job done in @ 10 minutes or less. He was very professional and personable at the same time. Thank you KMP for being there when I need your help.

Insanely quick service. I think i got lucky. But 20mins from phone call to tech showing up. Diagnosed my unit quickly. Only thing i didnt like was they dont give a detailed estimate that breaks down into parts and labor. Just gave me the total. For this instance the total was a bit much for a part i knew probably doesnt cost that much from my own experience. Though differently industries can price similar item way differently.

AC was down and they worked us into their busy schedule. Michael was courteous, professional, and very capable. Would recommend this company to anyone.

Very professional. I've been hearing noises coming from my walls. I let Steve listen to what I was able to record. He did some searching and calling around for what could be my problem. Once he got an answer, he went to work right away to fix it. He left everything clean before leaving. He was very respectful and very pleasant.

Referred by my friend.Absolute professional.One item that i was not entirely happy: were not transparent when city inspection office was requested for inspection.Could have been city that i reside, city’s inspection office were absolutely terrible while i was following up on it.Once Rachael came back to office, she took care of it.

Paid to have leaking toilet fixed. After 3 “attempts” to fix it and a personal conversation with manager Taylor in my home, Taylor decided to gaslight me telling me his promise to fix what should have been disclosed before any repairs began… he quit and told me to go hire someone else. Still waiting on my refund that I had to ask for!!!! This is how they treat single moms.

Donald with KMP is friendly, professional, and an extremely nice person. He is very good at his job and explains all that is being done. I had a backup overflow in my bathtub and toilet in both bathrooms. I also had a continuous water leak all over the floor leaking out to my bedroom. I called four different plumbing services and all were closed for the Thanksgiving holiday. Finally got ahold of KMP.-Stevie came out earlier than expected, on a Saturday night Thanksgiving weekend. He was very friendly, professional, and kept me informed the whole time he was there of what he was doing. Used his camera & sewer machine to see if there was blockage in my pipe going from my house to the city line. He tried everything he could to alleviate the problem. Thank you Stevie, and thank you KMP for having someone available!I was told the problem seems to be due to all the rain and shifting of the clay soil. It created a hump/change in the angle of my sewer line going out to the city line which caused backflow issue. He told me the sewer line from my house to the city line needed replacing and realigned so it would flow properly again. Service cost for today, $1,000.Estimate cost to dig up pipe and repair, just under $16,000. Stevie was excellent. The cost to now do the repair sucks !!!!!!! Who has $16,000 laying around in their bank account? Just venting. Service was very good. Stevie spent a lot of time outside in the cold and wet!Ray

The most professional plumbers I have ever come across in my many years of needing service. They were prompt and very polite. Prices were in line with others. Will use again.

Daylon was on time, polite, attention to cleanliness. He was dog friendly. He went above and beyond to try to troubleshoot my low water pressure and advised to not service the hot water heater as this was not the problem, saving me money.

Technician, Jesus from KMP came with another technician Clannard to clean out our pool drains. He was professional, costs were upfront, and he worked for hours to clean the drains. He found a major problem with the drain pipe and fixed it quickly and thoroughly. Each step of the way was clearly explained. I highly recommend KMP and their technicians.

I'm always hesitant to have home repairs done, especially plumbing, because I never know what type of service I will get, how long it will take, or how much it will cost. Well, the experience with KMP Plumbing has cured my hesitancy. I called them late Wednesday afternoon. Henry, the plumber, was out by 10:00 Thursday morning to review the needed repairs of replacing a kitchen sink and repairing the facet leaks for the kitchen and the master bath sinks. He gave me the quote with a scheduled return of Friday morning to do the work. Henry was back out at 11:00 Friday morning and had all three jobs completed by 1:30 PM. His attention to detail and explanation of everything he did as he worked and the efficiency that he did the work was refreshing; not to mention his pleasant, happy demeanor. All of that was certainly worth the reasonable cost of the service.

Revisited our instant hot water pump to trouble shoot getting quicker results for hot water. He sorted out some issues, we are tested the system out for a week and then reported back to him

It was very easy to schedule service and our technician was on the early side of the arrival window. I explained the problems and he gave a quote up front. Great service, very professional. Will definitely use KMP again in the future.

Water heater went out on a Sunday night. KMP was on it the next day. Steve and James were the ones sent to do the work. Upon arrival they discovered the new water heater had some dents. Not big ones but dents nonetheless. He asked if they could take it back and get another new one. I absolutely didn’t mind because I want it to be done correctly with no more issues. They ‘easily’ could have installed what they had, but they didn’t want to gamble. In this day, it is hard and rare to deal with those who possess integrity, are knowledgeable, and efficient. I HIGHLY recommend KMP for your plumbing issues. Great five star job!!!

KMP did an excellent job putting a gas line in for my fireplace. From the time I called to completion of the job was a very pleasant experience. Duffy was very helpful and explained everything. I can’t say enough about how professional the employees are in the office and in the field. I had to have two propane tanks installed and was worried about the appearance of them. They made it look very nice! I was impressed with this company and their customer service! I will definitely call them if I ever need anything else and highly recommend KMP!

My KMP technician, Aaron, did a great job. He quickly diagnosed the problem that was creating a clogged drain, and then went right to work to quickly solve the problem. We are very pleased with his professionalism, his technical expertise and his great attitude.2d Visit. Douglas, our technician, did a great job performing an HVAC “Tune-Up.” He performed a thorough inspection, was very professional and on-time. We are very pleased.

The fastener nut for the faucet (kitchen sink) had worked loose and it's very difficult to reach - so I called KMP. They've done work for me before and have always done top notch work.This was a small job, especially for a pro with the right tools. Chase & Don arrived early in their allotted time window and they had me all fixed up in short order. No muss, no fuss, my problem got fixed quickly & they picked up behind themselves before heading off to their next job & the price was very reasonable.THOSE are the reasons why I keep calling KMP when I have plumbing needs.

KMP will get my business from now own. Had a quote to replace a section of sewer that roots had got into. They honored the quote from 4 months ago with no questions. The whole crew was great! I'm so impressed with the service! As soon as we called, they were attentive and explained every step of the process in detail. The next day, 10 minutes before arriving, Myles texted me with his picture and information and also called to let me know he was on his way. Wow, that's what I call COMMUNICATION, STRUCTURE, AND QUALITY SERVICE. Duffy was awesome! He identified the issuse after listening to our problem description. He proposed a solution. We gapproved go-ahead and he quickly implemented the approved fixes. He walked me through what he had done to ensure we got what we asked for. He offered additional improvements and I asked him to price out the costs. He followed up with a phone call to let me know he was making headway. We use KMP exclusively for our plumbing issues. We discovered they also work on residential well systems. We couldn't be happier with Duffy and KMP!

After 17 years the gas jet in our wood burning fireplace needed replacing. And, due to a wind storm, a natural gas line to the outdoor grill needed work. Duffy from KMP Plumbing did the job quickly, efficiently, and pleasantly. We have used KMP on several occasions and always received good service in the past. We weren't disappointed this time. Duffy, the service technician who came to my house because of a leaking water heater was awesome! He saw the problem immediately, gave me some water heater & price options--- patiently explaining them all to me . I was pleasantly surprised that he could start the work immediately. They gave me a very clear estimate without trying to add on any addition, non-necessary services. Josh did an outstanding job. He was very courteous and professional. He examined the hot water tank and explained what was wrong with it and the cost to fix it versus installing a new one. We had a leaking shower unit and a problem with our kitchen faucet. Evan and Nick showed up on time and went straight to work to determine the problem. They were able to assess the situation, explain my options, had the equipment on their truck and were able to complete all that was necessary to fix both shower and kitchen sink. They came on time. Nobody is ever on time. They analyzed problem. Then went to the store to buy the parts and fixed the problem. Only regret I have is I wish I had called them 6 months ago. They are amazing and my dogs loved them too.

We called KMP today to come look at our AC unit that stopped working. They sent someone out almost within the hour. Billy showed up and quickly got to work diagnosing the problem. He took the time to show me the issue and explain what was going on. Extremely professional. I needed a whole new unit (which I suspected. Mine was from the 90s and other companies have been piecing it together for years of quick fixes) and he discussed cost options with me. He also helped me with financing. He’s even coming back tomorrow to put the new unit it already! Awesome experience. Would definitely recommend KMP to others!!!!

I only wish the price of the faucet installation was cheaper and that I didn't let them take the box for the faucet I bought myself. Basically was my second time using this company and I would call them again.

I had a hot water slab leak which another company came out to address on four occasions. They were unable to locate the leak and continued to charge for services and diagnostic fees. I finally called KMP and Zane and Steve came out the following day. Within an hour they had located the leak and completed the repair the same day. The first plumbing company that was sent out to my home was through a home warranty company. They came 3 times and could not find or fix my problem. Our company water heater started leaking over the weekend-we shut everything off on our own and drained it to save on an emergency visit, but called KMP first thing Monday morning. I explained it wasn't a rush and they made it out Tuesday afternoon. Clannad quickly discovered the issue and replaced our entire water heater. He had lots of obstacles along the way but kept a positive attitude the entire time! He genuinely cared and came back the next day to make sure everything was working properly! Highly recommend!

I have used KMP over the years because they are local and there employees do very good work. The down side to the company is that they are getting very expensive. Called KMP for a bid to replace a large residential gas line at our parents house. Jonathan evaluated the issues and challenges and was able to recommend some great solutions. Update, Jonathan and his crew did an excellent job replacing the gas line, and in the process discovered and repaired several gas leaks inside the house. My parents are elderly and Jonathan went above and beyond to make sure everything was in good working order, even coming back out on a Saturday to relight the water heater pilot. Absolutely recommend this company for any plumbing or HAVC needs.

I called KMP after my finding out pipes was leaking after the ice storm we had in Feb. Took a while to get an appointment because everyone was so busy. But KMP sent Donald to my house. I am very thankful that it was Donald that fixed my pipes. His courteous professional but I mostly appreciated his kindness. He talked me through the problem, educated me on my options so I could make an informed decision, and didn’t rush through the job.

Had a late night 11pm issue with my water draining and needed an after hours plumber. Before calling kmp I had called a few other companies and got the same run around, after calling and speaking with Ruben I believe his name was he got me all set up and had someone here in a timely manner. Henry arrived and was very professional from the get go. We went over the different options and prices and I went with what he recommended and im glad I did. He was very knowledgeable about what he was doing and showed me what was going on along the way. He was able to find the cleanouts I had assumed were nonexistent but had been buried in the flower bed by the previous owner. In no time we had a solution to get me through the night and a plan for a permanent fix! I will definitely be using them for any future projects and will recommended them to anyone else I know needing their services, plumbing, electrical, and hvac, I will be using them for it all!!

Stevie and his his coworker did a great job of replacing old plumbing pipe and leaking joints with modern pipes that only had one joint before our leak became a major problem with our Water bill. They were very professional and friendly and gave me the kind of service that I have come to expect from this company after using them for the last 19 years.

Able was incredibly kind and willing to answer all of our questions from the beginning of the process to the very end. The crew, along with Able, came to the house and were extremely careful to cover all the floors where they would be working. We recently had our floors done with Empire and they forgot to put the wax seal back on when they removed the toilet. This left a horrible order seeping out. They also didn't set the toilet right, which left it wobbly. Kevin was the person in charge and was polite and courtesy. Communication was great! They were respectful and fast. Been happy with their works for both my house and business for a while. Their techs are always polite and professional. Recently, I was told to clear my flowers/bushes in the front yard to install the Whole house water filtration (they charge me for $6,000). 3 weeks later, on the installation day, they brought me a totally different filter without even telling me in advance. We don't like this new filter at all. My front yard plants got trimmed to the ground expecting the professional installation. Not even an apology from the lady who I talked to over the phone. These people don't care about your house or what kind of filter they install for you. They care about their work and pay!

My technician was Myles who wasn’t on the list to choose from. He solved my issue with my leak breaker system and while here also paired my water heater with my phone. Excellent service.

Like many in Texas last week, we were unfortunately faced with a pipe burst that flooded our first floor. I knew it would take a few days to get a reputable plumber out because of the backlog, but KMP did a great job of communicating along the way and was even able to get out ahead of schedule. Kevin Morrison was plumber sent out by KMP to assist us and he was nothing short of fantastic. He worked diligently to find the cause of the first leak, and in turn ended up finding 5 additional busted pipes on the opposite side of our home that could have caused additional major damage. I would recommend KMP and specifically Kevin Morrison without hesitation to anyone looking for a honest and fair priced plumbing company that knows how to get the job done!

I initially scheduled an appointment from their google listing late yesterday evening. This morning I received a call at 7:45am that their plumber would be here between 8 and 9am. They sent a text with a photo of their employee and let me know they were on the way. Both Zane and Duffy we professional and we able to diagnose the issue and fix it quickly. Even though I hope to never need them again, they will be our go to plumbing company going forward.

Technicians were great and identified and resolved the problem. Company very professional in all aspects of experience. Only issue I had is that I was charge after hours service fee in addition to repair work done. I called to booked during normal business hours and never stated it was an emergency. They came out a few days later as they were very busy which was no problem. Still don’t understand why service call price increased so much except they knew they could as demand increased due to excessively cold weather.

David was our estimator and installer. Put in a new gas line to the fireplace and replace the water heater. He did everything quickly, neatly and explained while I was watching. Was very knowledgeable and efficient. Thanks David. I would definitely recommend KMP!

Needed drain spigot in water heater replaced wont quote a price on the phone even though the person they sent ended up having to use a tablet to look it up in their system. He was very professional but the company forcing me to pay a trip charge to find out it was going to cost way more that I am willing to pay for a relatively simple job is bad business. Only reason you get stars is I have used you before and the people that come out and do the work are exceptional. Wont use you again without some up front pricing.

Today I had an employee from KMP Plumbing to visit my home. He understood customer service. He was very knowledgeable. He advised me that what I thought I needed (higher price) wasn’t necessary. Our water heater was moved from the inside to the outside of the home. The previous plumbers did not provide proper ventilation; so the safety feature on the water heater would turn off automatically. David was awesome!! I had a bad first experience with Henry. I had him here to find a slab leak. I was shocked by the price to fix the repair, so I rented a jack hammer for $98 busted up the concrete and dug up the hole only to find no leak anywhere at this location. I called back right away that day on Saturday but it was considered after hours so of course I had to wait until Monday morning. I was about to call but I suprising got a call from Rachel first, and was told that Henry would come back out. I asked for another tech and they agreed. Juan came out. Juan is the man. He found the hot water leak between the water heater and the restroom which was nowhere near Henry's diagnosis. He triple checked for me and seemed very confident and showed me proof it was there. I now will wait until my day off on Saturday to attempt this again.

Brandon and Chris came out and worked on a plumbing problem we had on two separate occasions over the course of a week. Super nice guys, very professional, informative and respectful. Would not question calling these two back for any plumbing needs we have. The dispatcher called to let us know when they would be out (morning of the day we called) and we received text alerts when they were almost here with pictures and descriptions of each. Henry M. Came out to locate a major leak in the front pasture. He did a lot of hand digging before calling for a small backhoe. The water line was surprisingly deep in my opinion. I would highly recommend him again as he kept me apprised of any prices and the need for the small backhoe because the leak was proving very hard to locate.The pipe leak was a worthy opponent that finally was overcome with Henry’s persistence. He was the consummate professional and the backhoe operator was up to the task as they had to work near a fiber optic line and did not damage it.I would recommend Henry and KMP again also Rachel and the other girls kept us apprised of times for the service. I had the worst experience with KMP. I called to get a plumbing problem fixed, and was expecting an estimate. The man came straight to my house, and claimed that he gave me an estimate. Was very rude, did less than 10 minutes work and requested that I pay $286. I refused. After give and take with his rude manners, he brought it down to $214. For less than ten minutes job. I must say I have used the company before, and they sent a very polite and efficient gentleman. This time they sent Ronnie. Horrible experience. I will never use them again.

Not only was he on time but he got straight to work. He verified our issue with roots creeping in our system. He even showed me the damage, so I understood how much work he did. I'm very satisfied with his attention to detail.

I can’t rate this company highly enough. The office staff is friendly, extremely efficient, and helpful. The plumber was here in less than an hour after they opened the office in the morning. The job was done in 20 minutes, of course it was a tad pricey considering we could have done it ourselves, but it would have taken us longer to go buy the parts and replace it. In this case, convenience and time saving were key. We will be contacting them in the near future for some other plumbing issues that need to be resolved.

We had a leak underground and they were able to locate the leak and determine it was in the front yard. Turns out we had quest pipe, so we decided to just replace the whole line. I called and they had someone come out the next day. It was a two day job right before a holiday and they fit us in. They kept us informed of what was happening the whole time and made us part of the decision making.

David Allen was able to diagnose the issue with our hot water heater and repair the unit in a timely manner. He arrived on time. We are very satisficed with the service he provided.

KMP was amazing, we were having issues with our toilet not flushing and could not figure it out. They ended up having to remove the whole thing and we had a toothbrush stuck in the toilet. They awesome at letting me know what was going on and explaining everything and was the most cheerful plumber I have ever met.

Don't know HOW this place has such a high rating. A technician came out for my toilet, that had be running for about 30 minutes before filling. I was told there are no parts being made for this toilet and he needed to install a new tank, for a whopping $350. I was shocked the cost to install the toilet new was not that much!! So, I was stuck paying a $39 service fee for nothing. Called this morning to Home Depot...they have the parts I need for this toilet $39.99 in stock!! What a rip off! Apparently, this a good place to call if your pockets are deep...mine are not. If your not looking to get scammed out of ton of money...move on.>>>UPDATE>>> Received a call apologizing for my experience with their company. Returned my service fee promptly. This is the first time I called KMP to correct a problem I had with 2 outside faucets. They showed up on the designated time, completed the repairs in a very professional manner and did so in a very timely manner. They emphasized I had a one year warranty on the repair and appreciated calling them for service. Two days later, I had a minor problem with one of my repairs and within 30 minutes, they were out to correct the problem! My hats off to them!!!

I called the day after Christmas to set up an appointment, not expecting much, my main plumbing line was clogged and I had my tubs filling with dirty water and toilets not flushing. After speaking with the lady to make arrangements and letting her know i had small children she assured me they would get it fixed today and would try to hurry as to not put me or my children in inconvience of having to stay somewhere else. She gave me a time frame and was very nice. The service tech guy, Henry, I believe, for here on the dot and was not only fast but very efficient. He had my main line unclogged in less than 30 minutes. He told me it was due to root growing from a tree and he unclogged it and got us back to running water. I was super impressed with how nice and fast they were. I would definitely recommend them and use them in the future.

We have used KMP Plumbing for years. We annually get a clogged kitchen sink and it would be $150 less the coupon. Plumber has always been courteous. KMP came out today and the plumber was very condescending to my wife and quoted $300 for the same service we always get. We paid the $29.95 service fee and sent him on his way...won't be using KMP anymore.

I've done business with KMP as a vendor for the company and never had any problems with them. I decided to use them as a customer and that is a different story. In August 2013 I had a problem with a leak in my front yard and was happy to call a local company to come fix the problem. They fixed the problem which did not take long at all but cost a little under 300 which seemed pretty high but I thought the problem would be done so I was okay to pay the bill. Come to now in August 2016, the same exact problem has started leaking in the same exact spot. I called KMP to see if there was a warranty or some sort of discount since they were the original Plumbing company to fix the problem. I was then met with terrible customer service by the woman who answered the phone and would go to the line did the ground move? and continued to not give any answers or solutions. I was then transferred to the boss who said that they back their work but was not going to warranty or discount anything for fixing the same exact problem and good luck with trying to get a company to give you a lifetime warranty.

I had a leak around the condensation line on my tankless water heater. The fear was that it might be the heat exchange. Turns out it was just a clog in the condensation line. David (the plumber) was able to figure this out and resolve it quickly. He also gave me some great advice to keep the problem from returning: put some bleach or some white vinegar down the vent on the condensation line. Since this line is shared between my water heater and the A/C, it will help both systems run more efficiently.Thanks, David!

Had them come fix the worst stopped up toilet I have ever seen. Turns out someone had flushed a bunch of baby wipes. They arrived on time and were in and out quickly. Didn't try to charge for something I didn't need, and told me to call if I had more problems so they could come make it right.Will definitely recommend to others!

Called this company today in a minor panic as a DIY project went South. The lady stated they were booked for the day, but that they could get me in the following morning. My house is as old as I am and this past year, everything that could go wrong did. But thanks to Henry at KMP, the last thing we'll ever need to worry about again is the plumbing!When a family member accidentally pulled the pedestal sink off of the bathroom wall, we called our longtime trusted repairman, Randel, to fix it. Randel discovered a serious leak under the house while repairing the sink and the floor in the bathroom.I called a friend who's a contractor and asked him to recommend a good plumber. He gave me the number of Henry at KMP Plumbing, saying that he was the best plumber he'd ever worked with. Now, that's an awesome recommendation! KMP sent Henry right out and he got to work immediately.Randel is not just our repairman, he's also a close friend, so after watching Henry work for a couple of hours, when Randel pulled us aside, obviously impressed, and said, That guy really knows his stuff! we knew we had met someone special. What started out as just a small repair turned into a BIG repair and a lot of remodeling that put my family in a hotel for a month. Henry tackled the plumbing issues under the pier and beam and brought everything up to standard. He repaired and replaced the pipes under our old house and told me that I wouldn't have to worry about them leaking again for a good 40 years. He went the extra mile for us to make certain that everything was done right the first time.Several months later, we discovered a totally unrelated leak inside the house from the p-trap under the kitchen sink. To his credit, Henry told us months ago that we should also replace the plumbing under the sink and bring it into the 21st century, but we put it off. This time, there was no question who to call. Henry came over and quickly assessed the problem, called a water restoration company to do thermal imaging to see if any water had leaked under the cabinet (it had) and then he took the time to help me understand exactly what needed to be done. The plumbing under the sink needed to be replaced and modernized. I agreed and he replaced the offending pipes quickly, the price was fair and now there's no longer a Frankenstein concoction of weirdly connected pipework in the sink cabinet that's in the way of everything we put in there! Nice!We think Henry is a rock star. Courteous, friendly, expert service! After Henry repairs a problem, we have confidence that we won't have to worry about it again. They don't make 'em like this guy anymore. We recommend KMP to all our friends and will always call them for all our plumbing repairs.

I had a leak in my yard. It was from a water line that was 6” underground. There was a wet spot in the yard and did not require leak locating. The leak was directly under the wet spot! My wife was charged $879 for someone to dig 6” under ground and add a $5 dresser sleeve to patch the line. You should be ashamed of yourselves for the price gouging.

They got the job done quick. Very $$pricey$$ Professional Service! Would have been five star but the price was high for 10 minute job.

Charging $250 to remove a panel on the ground and calls it “locating” a leak. While the gentlemen was professional, it’s unfortunate that they would classify that as digging and providing a service. Originally told by phone it would be $70 to come take a look at the problem and then charging a ridiculous amount in person.

We had a backup in our house, we found out later it was in the sewage main line from our house. We called KMP plumbing late Saturday hoping we would get a prompt response due to the Open 24 Hrs listed in the About section of their FB page and the Give us a call at XXX-XXX-XXXX 24 Hrs on their own website. We did just that and after not receiving any response overnight, messaged them on FB the next morning. Then we got a response that They will get back with us shortly which never ended up actually happening. Luckily we were able to clear this problem up ourselves, but if you are actually in need of prompt plumbing services, emergency or otherwise, I would advise using another company.

I changed from all electric house to LP gas for the furnace, cooktop and tankless hot water heater. I did the trenching and laid the gas line from the LP tank to the house, but needed a certified installer to do the actual hookups both at the tank and inside the house. Brian handled it all, answering all my questions at every stage.These folks are now MY plumbers.
