We were getting water in our basement and got some crazy quotes and crazy solutions.Someone recommended I call Best Plumbing. The owner spent half an hour or more on the phone with me, had me take pictures and and talked me through things. He was able to figure out it was our sump pump and
which model we needed. He did all of this on the phone with me with no committment on my end. The price was very reasonable also. We are very grateful and impressed with their service!

They came to my place twice. Once to repair my water main line outside and another to replace my outdoor drainage system. I would recommend their service to anyone!

The team from World Class Service in Westerville is THE BEST! Our geothermal unit died during a period of heat and humidity and we could not find someone who knew anything about geothermal. I found World Class Service online and am so happy we did. They are experts and as important, they were friendly, respectful of our home, responsive and they truly knew what they were doing. We had a new unit installed within two days. This was the best customer service experience I've ever had! Thank you World Class Service -- we'll never go anywhere else!

They were great! Seth was our tech and he was awesome. He explained everything, he cleaned up after himself, and he was very polite. He also gave me a couple of options that varied in price and time - which I appreciated. And!!!! They came out to the house within 2 hours of me calling! I’ll definitely use them again!

As a homeowner, I've used this company for my sporadic plumbing needs for over 10 years but after my most recent experience I finally am writing a review. In this case, my water heater failed and was leaking. I called at 7am and in spite of them having a full schedule and even with 3 guys out for various reasons, they managed to fit me in the same day and got me a new water heater installed. I was impressed (again) and recommend them without reservation.

Very friendly and helpful. I called Backflow guy during afterhours for my water backflow device leaking issue. They are able to help me resolve the issue. Their service is great and always on time. Highly recommended.

Owner is super disrespectful and absolutely inconsiderate of a person's time, very arrogant! However, the staff was very nice but he's the most rude person I ever met, sad to say I'm a New Yorker saying this!
