Best Plumbers in Ohio

I had to have my kitchen drain cleared. They provided excellent service, courteous, friendly and definitely a better experience than I had previously with one of the big name companies a couple of years ago. I would recommend them highly.

Just use G and M again and they continue to impress with their level of service, their fair pricing, and their professional work ethics. I felt they went above and beyond in completing our shower remodel. Highly recommend!!!

G and M have come out to our house twice. Once to replace a water heater and once to fix some corroded faucets for our washer hook-up. On both occasions they were fair and upfront. They worked quickly and efficiently and they are our first call for our plumbing needs. Even better is their honesty. We recently contacted them about some plumbing renovation work and instead of trying to do a quick job, they were honest that they were stretched pretty thin and wouldn't be able to do the work before the fall. I appreciate how straightforward they are and will absolutely work with them again in the future.

The service technician was professional, on time, knowledgeable and pleasant. I highly recommend this company and will not hesitate to call them in the future for plumbing services. Also, when I called, the person with whom I spoke reassured me that a technician would arrive soon and he did. I was also notified when to expect the technician. I couldn't have asked for a more professional experience all the way around. Best if all, my drain is running clear!

Bobby was early and did a thorough job and explained the issue with our HVAC. Will def use them again.

If you want to do what's best for your property and not just take the cheapest price you hear, then this is the company you want. They replaced and upgraded our water service line. They were thoughtful and deliberate about the repair, and took the time to explain what is best, why, and how it will be done.

We had our water service line break just 2 years after having it repaired. I interviewed (got estimates from) 5 companies for this job. These guys weren't the cheapest, but considering the improvements they gave us, I think they were the absolute best deal! These guys where the only ones who actually measured the depth of my water line and it was too shallow (above the frost line). That's probably the cause of our line breaking twice. I was worried about digging up the yard since we are planning to sell this year, so they used a directional bore and left the yard intact. They excavated the hole at the street with a hydrovac and back filled with fresh soil, perfect for seeding. They scoped the sewer line and found that the bore would be in danger of hitting it, so they moved the service line over to run parallel to the sewer line and to square off with the street connection. This had 2 advantages: using only a single roll of copper (our original line was over 100ft from the street connection), and it removed the risk of hitting the sewer line. They were quick, organized, communicative, and didn't leave a mess anywhere.

In the end we upgraded to a single copper line with no couplers in the ground, installed at the correct depth, squared off to the street, and our yard is in great shape, all at the same price some companies wanted to dig up our whole yard and put in a longer line at too shallow a depth. And they wore masks (covid); not everyone will do that. And it's a family owned company. I couldn't ask for anything more!

They do everything from leaky faucets to new construction. I highly recommend this company.

The plumber that came to do the work was Adam Wallace he was very nice and courteous he answered all the questions I had about installing my new electric water heater. I was very happy with the service I received.

We had kitchen sink drainage problem. Water wouldn't go down the pipe and it overflowed to our dishwasher and then to the floor. The Roto Rooter was here this morning and it took him may be 20 minutes to unclog the pipe and drainage. He gave good advice too. He is friendly and professional. I would recommend Roto Rooter to anyone. Thank you Roto Rooter.

I had an absolutely amazing experience with Drainmaster! After a sewage line backup, another company told me they inspected our line and tried to but we’re unable to clean out the line and that the root damage was so extensive that they’d need to dig up our yard and potentially cut down our tree to replace the whole line and that it would cost $6,000! I’m so glad I got a second opinion, Drainmaster came out and was able to completely clear the line and run a camera through in less than an hour. And now we won’t be needing to dig up our yard! The technician was wonderful and they saved us a ton of money, I cannot recommend their services enough.

Never showed up. Called and cancelled 2 hours after the 4 hour window was up.

Jared from Mr. Rooter responded quickly and installed a garbage disposal very neatly. He even checked my sump pump as he could tell I was worried because it was coming on so often. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again in the future.

Service People diagnosed and fixed my plumbing issue in a matter of minutes. I'll be calling them again when needed.
