Best Plumbers in Ohio

We contacted Amanda Plumbing to install a ventless propane wall heater. They promptly came out to give a quote and we scheduled within a couple of weeks. Our home is very old, built in 1880, so we worried it would be quite a challenge but nonetheless, the installer, Dan, was more than capable and did an amazing job! The unit looks great! We have used Amanda Plumbing for a few projects and will continue to do so if we need them!

I used this company to install a whole house humidifier. They were able to come out the same day to review my house/furnace and provided recommendations and estimates. They were able to come the next morning to install the system, which was done well, quickly and professionally.

The best

We woke up to a leaking sump pump pipe that was ready to burst. We called Benjamin Franklin plumbing, they said it would be between 8-9 am, but the plumber called us and was here at 6:45. He replaced the sump pump and was in and out in 30 minutes. Saved our basement!

Our toilet kept backing up and we couldn't figure out why. So we gave these guys a call. They sent someone out right away and figured out we had issues with our pipes. They were able to get it fixed in a timely manor and we professional the whole time. Was hoping for an easy fix, but they sure made the process an easy one.

So my home warranty company sent them out to me to diagnose my hot water heater. They never contacted me to schedule an appointment, I got the appointment date and time from my home warranty company, which i thought was odd) A guy showed up on the scheduled day and between the time the was allotted. He did his estimate and had me sign it and gave me a copy and stated that it would be a few days before i would hear back from the warranty company. Long story short, I got the approval, but when i called to schedule, no answer and left a voicemail. of course NEVER heard back from them, So ended up having another company come in and replace. so if this is how they treat Home Warranty customers, wonder how they treat paying customers. all i know is I would not call them for anything !!!!

Harmony was dispatched to my home by Sears Home Warranty (Also poor service). The Harmony technician ask for payment before he got in the door to assess the issue. Once inside he tried to ignite the pilot ( which was the problem I had called for) he attemped twice with no success he stares pilot assembly needed replacement at $300. After I told him we really needed something resolved today due to I had just brought my wife home from hospital and we needed hot water he attemped to do a couple more things which resulted in him stating the the tank was leaking and needed replacement and I will have to contact Sears Warranty to coordinate a replacement. Needless to say I called Atlas Butler Plumbing and they had my water heater running within 10 minute after arrival. Harmony Plumbing and Sears Warranty are both scammers

Don't bother trying to call. We've had two appointments booked with this company through our home warranty and took off two days of work. Both times they were a no call no show. When I called they said that we would have to reschedule that they were to busy to make their appointment. I'm only giving 1 star since 0 stars is not an option.
