Best Plumbers in Charlotte, NC

First called when my water heater broke. Only had to go without hot water for about 48 hours as they were able to order a me a tankless heater and install it very quickly and on the first try. Answered all questions and concerns without any problems. Jason also gave me his personal cellphone number and any time I text with concerns he replies immediately. Glad I called Julian's plumbing and will not use any other plumbers in Charlotte!

Paul took his time to explain everything, was professional, and provided excellent service.

Called Option One in a pinch on Saturday morning. Ted came out that day and was incredibly helpful. Completed a toilet installation for me that was needed after the old one finally gave in. Yes was courteous, prompt, reliable, and knowledgeable. Will make sure to use them again and ask for Ted specifically if possible for any other plumbing needs that may arise!

I was getting a quote on a tankless water heater. The guys explained every step they would need to take, where the cost is, and pros/cons. I decided to wait for a little bit on the project but I WILL be using them for the job when I’m ready.

TJ did great job of installing our new faucet and was able to do it in a short time so that price came in less than what we were originally quoted. Very satisfied.

Roto-Rooter performed our annual backflow prevention test and did an excellent job! We were able to easily make an appointment and meet the deadline for our annual testing with no problems. Gavin was very professional and worked quickly to complete the test. We will certainly be using Roto-Rooter for our testing each year!

I've used Charlotte Plumbing Masters twice now and have good experiences both times. Once to replace a water heater and again to find a mystery leak that ended up being a tub drain. I've recommended them to a friend with an exterior leak as well. They've been accurate and speedy in everything they do.

Tony was awesome, amazing and a professional plumber. We had plumbing issues for years. He came, diagnosed the issue, and repaired it correctly. I’ve been meaning to write this review for a while. Ritchie plumbing is definitely a 5 star business. Jon has done several plumbing projects for us over the past year and installed a gas line for a cooktop range. He responds quickly, has fair pricing, and does excellent work. Give them a call!

10/10 would recommend. Mr. McCoy answered when I called, had me send a photo of the broken part, and was at our business in under an hour to repair the issue. He provided an estimate on the phone, and did not deviate from it once the part was replaced. Prompt, fair, and easy transaction. Thank you!
