We have used John a number of times. We find him very responsive and creative and consistently goes the extra mile. When we were looking at replacing our second hot water heater, he suggested removing the second hot water heater and using just one. It worked beautifully and saved us a lot of money both for the heater itself and it electric bills. He carries an excellent line of plumbing products that are not found in the big box stores. He replaced a toilet that was constantly getting clogged with a Toto brand toilet. He also replace a broken faucet with the brand he recommended. We couldn’t be happier with our new faucet and toilet. We highly recommend Pathmaker!

We needed a new septic pump which MKB installed very promptly and perfectly. Then our pipes went hay wire and we were unable to use anything, from the toilets to the kitchen sink. Mike spoke with me all weekend and even had someone here Friday, Saturday, and himself on Sunday. Everyone was kind and professional and made my needs a priority, taking time from their weekends to ensure our problems were fixed and fixed correctly. 10 out of 10 highly recommend.

He was able to tackle a big problem and had our electrical power back on in no time. Our breaker box was very old and malfunctioning. He not only installed a new breaker box but replaced all the old outside wires (without assistance) in one afternoon . Thank you Michael and Son. !

Excellent company and can’t recommend enough!! Came out day we called and installed a new water heater and installed/replaced additional other parts to bring ours up to code. Checked for any gas leaking multiple times to make sure all was safe. Highly recommend and very fairly priced!

My mom and I would highly recommend using this company. Not only did the gentleman arrive within the timeframe we were told, he was so professional, warm and friendly (which is hard to come by these days). The young man, by the name of Tyrell I believe, came in and before even beginning he laid out all the possibilities and the cost. I love how open and honest he was with my mom. Once he took a look and realized our garbage disposal needed to be replaced, he informed my mom and she gave him the green light to replace it. He was so quick! On top of that, he tried the garbage disposal out with her before leaving and sent her before and after pictures of his work. ACC Plumbing did a fantastic job for me installing a gas line to my new fire pit. Brian Thompson was professional, on time and VERY communicative. His pricing was also very competitive. We had some blockage in our main line and was quoted an outrageous amount from another company. Jackie and her team came out and identified the problem and resulted in us saving thousands of dollars. I never write reviews but I will only use Pay Less moving forward.
