Our house had a few slab leaks so the pipes needed to be re-plumbed through the attic. The guys that completed the service were extremely courteous and professional. The work they did was hard and they just kept on going. I couldn’t recommend them enough. I’m definitely contacting them again if I have anything else done in the future.

Came to me recommended and have been helpful in the past, but not helpful this week. Called several times, but scheduler was too busy to call me back. There are a lot of plumbers out there. Time to move on.

Roto Rooter came out on a Sunday to help us with water coming up through the tile floor. We thought it was a slab leak. Our plumbing technician checked all areas before he preformed a leak detection test which was not needed. The final decision was to push water through the 4 drain from the A/C. We were happy with the service and the technician who came out.

Jacob arrived right on time to fix my leaking toilet. He was very pleasant and professional. The office called to follow up a couple of days later. When I mentioned the toilet still seemed to have a minor issue Lindsey arranged for an appointment the next business day. Everything is fixed and I loved that they followed up with me before I had to call them back. Excellent customer service!

Prompt response to an emergency plumbing issue. Jay W. was at my residence within an hour of my call. Evaluated the problem throughly, explained the problem and in no time resolved the issue with overpricing, even gave military/front line nurse discount that we can all appreciate now. And they also took the precautions of following CDC precautions. Would definitely used their service again with a special request for Jay. Thanks allot.

I just wanted to leave a few words of praise for one of your guys. Hunter came to my house today to remove two bathroom faucets and do a little work on a bathtub leak. One of the faucets was so old and corroded that the piece had become merged with the countertop. The young man had to literally saw it off the sink, which he did not damaging the sink top Then the old drain pipe broke off and he had to go in through an adjacent wall to fix that. The guy worked tirelessly and ran into further complications from our old plumbing. But his know-how and determination left us with two beautiful faucets and a working bathtub. You all should give that guy a raise. He did a great job. We'll be calling you back for a kitchen update, which I promise will be easier. Thank you all, you will hear from us again.

Jason, an employee of Touchston Plumbing, veered into my lane on the Buckman Bridge on December 9th, around 3:36 pm and caused damage to my driver's side mirror. Jason, the other employee in the truck, and a bystander stopped after exiting the bridge and we all exchanged numbers as Jason did not want his job involved, understandably. He explained he would handle any charges acquired due to the accident and we went on our day. Last week, I texted Jason with screenshots of the invoice and informed him that I handled the costs upfront and would appreciate any reimbursement in the matter on January 19th. He did not response. I texted again, indicating that any response would be respectful on January 21st. No response. Therefore, I am now involving the company due to their employee's negligence. Even if I never receive any compensation, I was given insight into the type of individuals this company hires: wreckless, disrespectful, and unremorseful. That's what I get for cutting someone a break.

I used Lettow Plumbing on several projects including my home. I will say that they are good, fast, and very clean. Their employees are also very nice and hospitable. In my home they help me with a kitchen remodel. It was a pretty good size project including trenching out the concrete floor. They also moved water and drain lines around the room to accommodate the new placement of my equipment. They would arrive just when they said they would which to me in huge. They did their job and cleaned up like they have never been there. Chris Lettow even ran the gas lines for my new cook stove island. So I will say that their pricing was also right on point. Not high and really not low. I never take the low bid. They really were worth every penny we paid them and they really went (to me) above and beyond the contract we had. If you need any plumbing work or gas work I would highly recommend Lettow Plumbing. A good honest tradesmen.

Just moved into rental home less than 3 weeks ago. Landlord maintenance people left me hanging after 8hrs of no call no show and me calling and pleading for help all day with 3 bathrooms backed up and unusable. Called Roto Rooter on a Sunday evening at 8:30pm. Dallas was at the door an hour and a half later. Very professional, friendly and answered questions. Didn't waste time. Problem seems to be a much bigger project but not my call to order the work. Headache but at least I know it's nothing I've done wrong. Was charged the time spent assessing the issue and for snaking the line to find out what problem is.

They came out for the free estimate, as I was told it would be on the phone, then after giving me a VERY high estimate (> 3 times what I paid another plumber to do it) the guy tried to charge me $59 for the visit. He called the office and they told him it was, indeed supposed to be free.

After a big name plumber refused to give me an estimate for a toilet replacement, I looked up a local plumber. He gave multiple scenarios and cost ideas. Arrived 10 minutes early, knocked the job out quickly, and over-delivered on his estimate. Absolutely amazing experience!
